The move in process could not have gone any smoother thanks to Yass! She is absolutely the reason I was sold on moving to Prose. Throughout the process she was consistently warm and welcoming, tended to my family’s needs without hesitation, so professional, incredibly kind and patient. The office staff is lucky to have someone like her on board. As she said, the property is actually very clean, quiet and everyone stays to themselves but are also friendly. I am so glad I decided to trust her! I’d give 10 stars if I could just for her service and the property overall!

SEeretty good apartment over all everyone in the leasing office is a great help ! I want to thank Aunjelice personally she answered all my questions and was a great help throughout my leasing process. She also answered emails quickly for any questions i had and always has a welcoming energy to her anytime i come in the leasing office !! The only down side i have to say about the apartment is the bugs and spider webs outside the complex/in the stairwells so you will get a few bugs in your house nothing major i just wasn’t used to it so i clean twice a week to prevent further bugs from entering the apartment. Lastly the walls are think i live on the second floor the neighbors near me i can hear clear as day when im in the restroom and the people above me i am woken up occasionally from the loud footsteps.

Ive been a resident now for a full year. This is the cleanest complex Ive ever lived in, internally and externally. Maintenance is quick and efficient. The atmosphere is very peaceful and diverse. The units dont have balconies, making them extremely spacious. Residential amenities are kept up really well. I really havent had any flaws while residing here; its easy and worth it. I honestly had some trouble during my initial application process, but that was from the previous incompetent management team. Everything has been smooth..highly recommended.

I have no idea where to start with this community. Everything from the community, to amenities, and the environment are all great. I feel that the environment has improved very much since the change of staff. They have many fun events and are very accommodating to our needs. Since moving into the complex 2 years ago, I have been extremely pleased with it. There is a high level of positive energy all around. The staff are always helpful, caring and very kind. I lived in Prose South Main for 15 months. Jose and the maintenance team are absolutely amazing! Jose was always so kind and welcoming. I had an issue with time at move out and he was extremely accommodating! The maintenance crew was also kind, welcoming and efficient every time I saw them and/or needed repairs done in my unit. I’d also like to shout out Jasmine. Not sure if she’s still at the property but she was always great to work with and super sweet. Although they did have a few staff members with questionable attitudes at times, they didn’t last long. Which showed me that the property is true to making sure the customer service was held to a high standard. Thanks guys!

I enjoy living here. So far so good! Quiet neighborhood. I will say, I hope that part of the future plans is to add more pet waste receptacles around the complex and benches in the second park. More lighting would be desirable as well especially the second dog park. Just some things that would make our community even better. Im sure itll be worth the wait if they do decide to add these features.Edit:After living here for well over a year and a half, weve renewed our lease. While the office doesnt always answer calls on the first try and there are issues with the renters insurance being billed even though we have it, its been fairly easy to get it removed. Our upstairs neighbor however has been very loud and inconsiderate to what they do. They make so much noise at all hours of the day AND night. But overall we are satisfied with living here; especially the proximity to everything!

I will say she went over and beyond because I ended up making a decision to lease. You are a rockstar. Oh did I mentioned how friendly office atmosphere is?very cohesive staff.

The community is so clean, so nice, and quiet. It’s ducked off which I love. Not a lot of traffic. The unit she showed me was very nice and spacious along with a very nice quote. I think I’m sold. I recently toured this property and it is definitely one of the nicer communities Ive seen on my search. Its tucked away off a main street, so its very peaceful and a clean property. Upon entering the leasing office, I was greeted by two very nice women in the front. Jose gave me a tour of the property and provided me with a lot of useful information. Im looking for something come June, but in May, I will definitely be back! Definitely a great experience!

Elaine is the best! I am moving here from out of state and she has literally helped us every step of the way while securing our apartment. I will update my review after moving in, but definitely 5 stars so far!UPDATE: I have moved in a little over two months ago and I love the apartment complex! Its 15-20 minutes from most places I go to, and its super safe in my opinion. I only have two complaints1. The walls couldve been made a little thicker, because I dont like that I can hear my neighbors sometimes2. I would prefer that we didnt have to use fetch for our packagesOther than that, I literally have no complaints. Definitely would rate my experience with Prose South Main a 4.5 or 5 stars!

Honest review from a current/new resident -I recently made the move from Florida to Texas, and I used a locator who recommended Prose. I flew up for a weekend, toured about 10 complexes, and Prose was my top pick. I would say that the initial tour is very convincing, the staff are beyond kind, and therefore it was easy to fall for the property.The admissions process -I was fortunate enough to where I knew I had been approved for the apartment very quickly thanks to Kathleen, however we did have to do further paperwork since I was enrolling in the lower income program (Which is fantastic). This was the only place I had applied, and I knew I needed a place to live. I will say it was mildly stressful because I did not receive my lease until right before my move date, I think it was 4-5 days before I had to move. Since it took so long I had to wait even longer to set up my internet (long story, but easily resolved), and I was pretty stressed out about the whole situation.Move in went pretty easily, I will say the one downside was that there werent many clear instructions. I didnt know any of the rules on valet trash, how the gate worked, all little things usually included in the welcome home letter that werent.I had a couple maintenance issues at move in, however they were there the next day and fixed everything up perfectly. Ive moved around a fair bit so, while yes its annoying to move in and not have hot water, it was relieving to see maintenance not only be there so soon, but fix the problem effortlessly.Id say that bugs are definitely in the building, but not a problem per say. With the trash coming in and out they just kind of tag along for the ride. Is say its more of a minor annoyance than anything else, so I havent bothered to put in a request.Overall, the apartment is stunning. Parking has not been an issue for me at all, I always have plenty of spaces to choose from.I will say the one current issue Im having is with security... I have found a lot of times my doormat is flung around and I find things stuck to my door.

My husband and I started the application process early February, paid $400 for app & admin fee we were told we would move in my March 1st now nearing April we still havent heard anything back. Ive called multiple times to get an update but they just say they havent heard anything from Housing They did explain to us its a new system but they normally get a 24 hour turn around so I dont get why its taking so long for us, I dont know how they have so many good reviews maybe its the regular apartments and not the income based ones. We keep checking our application and the move in date keeps getting pushed back so we are looking into other options because this is ridiculous to not even get a courtesy call or an update. We had high hopes for this place because we loved everything about the community but the communication was terrible at least for us after they took our money they didnt get back to us at all! 🚩

I Like the apartment I just don’t like the fees are high the staff was nice to me and I hope I don’t get a bad vibe once I move in. The covered parking will work for me. Well I was reading the reviews on the other complex that y’all have wasn’t good hope we don’t have those problem that they having I just want to know I’m going to be safe when I’m coming home and security camera are working. My plan is to move in on march thanks to Ashley and Alexis where really nice and helpful hope they can change the fees hope the property management can change that almost 700 dollars and fees

The apartments are nice, Jose is the best human you can meet, very kind and always helpful. Management is responsive, the leasing staff are very nice always and manager will personally call you to address any concerns no matter how many. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the package delivery. The package delivery system is flawed, residents are mandated to sign up with a third party package delivery company so, you have to ship all your packages to that company who will then redeliver it to you for a monthly fee. This has been a major inconvenience for me because this company closes at 5pm so you cnt even pick up your package from them if you work a 9-5 and also also busy after work plus, it’s a far distance from the apartment. Then they sometimes dump your packages at your door which is what the other couriers would have done for free in the first place. If you want your package handed to you, you have to wait for days until you are available. I wish they could get LuxerOne lockers or Amazon hub lockers like other apartments so you have 24 hours access to your packages and save residents the unnecessary pain. This may just be the reason I’ll not be renewing my lease as this has been a major inconvenience for me.
