Prose Northwest is truly a special place to call home! From the moment we moved in, the entire team has gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Natalie Chavez (the manager) and Amber Cox (the assistant manager) are absolutely incredible—always kind, approachable, and willing to help. The rest of the staff, including Charles, Sara, and Byron, are just as amazing. It says so much about this community that we not only know all the staff but feel completely comfortable with them. Their warmth and dedication create such a positive and inviting atmosphere and not to leave behind the fun and cute community events they organize for us.Of course, no community is perfect, and there are occasional issues here and there with neighbors—like some leaving dog poop around. While it’s not the staff’s fault, they still go the extra mile by helping clean up when needed, which speaks volumes about their commitment to keeping this community amazing.We especially love the beautiful nature areas here. It’s the perfect place for daily walks with my toddler, kids, and our dog, and we cherish our picnic breakfasts outdoors. Even with small imperfections, this community continues to feel safe, peaceful, and well cared for, thanks to the incredible team.Thank you, Amber, Natalie, and the entire Prose Northwest team, for creating such a wonderful place to live. We are so happy to call this home!

Prose Northwest Apartments have been the best decision Ive made in a long time! The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, making residents feel truly at home from application to lease term. The community events are fun and welcoming, creating a great atmosphere to meet neighbors and build connections.The amenities are top-notch, including a relaxing and beautiful resort-style pool, a modern fitness center, and sand volleyball courts. For pet owners, the dog parks are a fantastic addition, and the lush landscaping throughout the property adds to the overall tranquility. Prose Northwest is a place youll want to call home too! Highly recommended!

Been living at Prose for 1 year now and it has been the best! everything about the community is great and most of the staff is great and easy to talk to!The managers Natalie and Amber are always there to help and if you have any questions Damaris, and Byron are great. The maintenance team is always quick to resolve service requests as well. Im glad I chose to live at Prose and the resident events are always fun!

I was torn between Prose North West and another community here in San Antonio, and Im happy I chose Prose NW! Sara made the application process so easy to understand and was beyond helpful once I was approved. My move in was so easy and they had the place perfectly ready for me. Its been a great few weeks already; the maintenance is always out on the property keeping up with the grounds and amenities and the staff is always available. An extra perk is that the office is great about coordinating events for residents, which has been nice! I love my apartment (A2) and it has everything I wanted: nice finishes and plenty of space. Trust me; you will not regret choosing Prose North West!

After living in three different apartments during my three years in San Antonio, I can confidently say Prose North West is the best. This community is beautiful. Whether it’s the pool, fitness gym or the common spaces, everything is kept well maintained and clean.The staffs here truly set this place apart. From management to maintenance, everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful. They create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. Any concerns or questions are addressed promptly and with genuine care, which is rare to find.One of the best things about living here is how much they value residents. From hosting fun events like recent fitness activities, amenities like volleyball court to being pet-friendly, they truly create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.If you’re looking for a clean, well-maintained community with a team that truly cares, this is the place for you! :)

Prose Northwest has been one of the best decisions we’ve made. The amenities are always clean, it’s a very safe area, and the apartment is beautiful and cozy. The staff has been very kind. Amber has helped us throughout the entire process and is always available for any questions.Highly recommended, an excellent place to live.

My significant other and I moved in a couple months ago and we completely love it! Super friendly community and staff! Love all the events hosted by management. If youre looking for an apartment this is the place to live. It is also super dog friendly for those with fur buddies! ❤️🐕

I waited to live here at least half my term to write a genuine review and to hopefully answer as many questions people have as far as reviews.Apartments: They’re nice. I’ve had no issues with bugs, or other issues. They’re very spacious and an amazing price.Leasing office: Everyone is friendly. They’re helpful and quick unlike many apartments. They also go out of their way to convenience you as best they can. The application process was also the easiest thing I’ve had to do.Patrol officer: Amazing. 10/10. The man I’ve met on many occasions is quick, and as helpful as possible while also making the area feel safe. He takes his job very seriously and is always patient and understanding.Parking: Parking is fairly cheap, they do tow which is actually great for safety. Sometimes it’s tricky to find a spot but that’s only happened 1/2. They also have paid parking which is great to utilize and a fair price.Maintenance: The maintenance is great. They’re fast, understanding and great at what they do. Their emergency services are also extremely fast.Overall a great place to live. I’ve been in many apartment complexes and this is the best by far.

Safety and luxury are two things that are really important to me and Prose North West has been a great living experience for me so far! I love being so close to The Rim and a lively area however the traffic nearby has been awful since 1604/IH10 construction has began. I have experienced a handful of noise disturbances but nothing crazy. Amenities are also very nice and kept up well. Maintenance has also been amazing and extremely helpful! Overall, I recommend checking it out if you’re looking for a new home!

For my first apartment this fits the luxury look i searched for! The brand new Samsung appliances are amazing. The spacious one-bedroom with tons of storage made my decision to live here easy. The leasing office is also super friendly, especially Bryon. Bryon delivers top notch customer service!

Prose North West has been the best decidion i could have made, to love in! My partner and I moved in a couple months ago and we have had a blast. The events managment coordinates are so fun and allow for a sense of a tight knit community. This complex is super dog friendly and the units themselves are so spacious and very nice! I LOVE LIVING HERE

This place is amazing. Me and my Significant other just moved it and when I tell you this is a very nice place. Its still very new so new we have amazing kitchen appliances and its so quiet and tucked off. Im big on privacy and its great and omg so spacious!Sara was super helpful and so resourceful and made sure to keep us updated by via email or phone to make sure we were always in the loop. I cant recommend this place enoughThank you Sara and Prose team. me and my partner couldnt be happier!!

Prose North West is a great apartment complex, as a college student it is very close to UTSA and has great amenities like the sand volleyball court as well as enjoy grilling in the grills that are provided to the residents! The team is great and always very helpful!

Attended the Prose North West pool party on 06/21. I was a guest. My boyfriend is a resident there. I’m the realtor who referred him.The party was fun. They had a dj. They catered their residents with food and drinks. Had amazing hula dancers there too. The party was a family friendly event.I am definitely going to let clients know about this beautiful complex that take care of their residents.

This new community is absolutely beautiful. I met with a leasing agent and he showed me around the property. They are running some great specials. I was told they could be prorated through out the whole year. Come to find out there was some confusion about that on the leasing agents end. The specials could only be offered up front. I had already paid the application and admin fees. I was able to speak with the manager and regional manager. They were more than happy to refund my money and apologized for the confusion. Greystar management is top notch.

I was looking for a luxury style apartment at an affordable price and great location and prose north proved to be just that. spoke with charles and he provided me info on all the amenities offered at prose, the most important one to me being there was a dog park! i also love that the apartments are brand spanking new and in an excellent location. charles was super friendly and attentive and answered any question i threw at him. prose north is definitely number one on my list in my apartment search! thanks for all your help charles!!
