    I absolutely love living here. From the moment I moved in, the staff has been incredibly welcoming and responsive to all my needs. The property is always clean and my neighbors seem pretty cool so far.The amenities are a bonus - the pool area feels like a resort, the gym is always clean and well-equipped, and the clubhouse is perfect for hosting friends or getting some work done.My apartment is spacious, modern, and filled with natural light. I especially appreciate the attention to detail, like updated appliances and plenty of storage space.The location is fantastic too, close to shopping and dining, yet tucked away enough to feel private and serene. The sense of community here is wonderful; the new manager has made it a regular to throw events that make it easy to connect.I highly recommend living here to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to call home!

    The apartments is maintained well, landscape neat and welcoming atmosphere.The new management is definitely on top of things. Its clear that the management team takes pride in maintaining a high standard of living for their residents. In comparison to where I am staying, this location is my best choice once my lease is up.

    I love living here! My experience has been great from day one. The staff, the convenience of the location, and the atmosphere are great. I have even gotten my best friend to move here because I love it that much! Jackie and Charles are so amazing to work with! They are always ready and willing to assist, incredibly polite, and professional. I would recommend Prose Hardy Yards to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live that’s perfectly nestled in the heart of the city.

    I moved here from the apartment complex next-door. When I first called about inquiring information, Charles was super polite and helpful and he was really patient with the entire process of me moving in Jackie was also super helpful. They both make you feel comfortable to come to the office with questions, and they always have a great attitude whenever problems come up, they’ve been super professional. I think they’ve done an amazing job, both Charles and Jackie in the way they interact with their tenants.These apartments are doing amazing with the way that they are managing the property. I am so happy I moved here!

    My experience at Prose Hardy Yards has been amazing. I’ve lived here for almost the past 2 years with no issues at all. The location is great, the amenities are amazing, & the leasing staff is wonderful. Charles is very kind, helpful, & knowledgeable. Anything I need, I go directly to Charles because he knows the answer. The property manager Jessica Casler has also been amazing. Any problems that arise, she takes care of it right away. She’s also very kind & understanding & is willing to work with you regarding any problem or issue. As mentioned, location is amazing, staff is phenomenal, & of course the rates are very reasonable as well. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to live downtown Houston or right outside downtown.

    As of November 2023, I have lived at this property for nearly 4 months. I found this property last minute while trying to move to Houston in time for a new job, and I knew it was home when I did a tour. The tour had to be done virtually since I was still out of state, and Jackie, whom I still keep in touch with, was more than hospitable when showing me the units. She was welcoming, personable, and knowledgeable about the property. I really appreciate having personable staff at Prose Hardy Yards like Jackie and Charles, too. Charles is very helpful with any issue you may have and caters to your needs with kindness and patience. When I first moved in, I was having issues with my key fob and Charles helped me resolve it with maintenance. The location of this property can’t be beat. When I tell people about it, I tell them that I have no complaints, but I do wish I had a balcony. You will not regret Prose Hardy Yards!

    I got a new job in this area of town and these apartments were the closet and nicest ones I could find close to me. Not only do I enjoy the apartments but none of it would have happened without Jessica’s help! She was very respectful, nice and straight forward about the leasing process and she made me feel at home from the very beginning. Had I had a bad experience from the agents it would have turned me off from the whole experience, but this was the exact opposite and I am very glad I had her as my agent for me to secure my apartment. If you want to live around the corner from downtown and 3 mins away from the St Arnold brewery this is the best choice.

    I’ve been living here for almost 10 months now & I have not had any issues living here. My leasing agent Jackie made my whole move in process easy & less stressful & she was willing to help me out with whatever issue i had during my move in. She’s awesome & also the leasing agents in the office are also nice & always willing to help out. The apartment is beautiful & I love living here.

    I’ve been in this apartment for about 2 weeks now and I love it here. From the beginning, Jackie explained all the details of moving here and made the online lease signing was easy. I was a little apprehensive about moving to a new complex but the management has been efficient and fast about handling issues with trash, noise and move-in. My code wasn’t work for the gate so I emailed Jackie. It was fixed by the end of the day. The front office is very responsive and overall very hospitable. Also, the neighborhood has felt safe thus far. You can not hear any train noises in your apartment and it is never really loud, even on weekends. So far, so good and I am excited to continue living here in this area and apartment complex.

    Jackie has been so helpful throughout my leasing process and my stay here at Prose!The only downside of the residence is the noise but I wouldn’t take off a star for that. Would definitely recommend.

    Ive been here since Dec 1st and everything has been going great! Jackie in leasing is amazing at following up and she made the leasing process easy as I moved from out of state. She even Zoom called me touring my unit which was amazing!My move in was seamless and my keys and unit were ready on time.I had a minor issue with the water not getting hot on the first day of move in but Walter was quick and efficient at getting this resolved in less than 24 hours.Amenities are clean and well kept. I love the free wifi in the common areas. My only complaint would be the lack of my fellow neighbors cleaning after their big doggos. The grass areas are saturated with waste (luckily there is no smell)Very excited for what the next year brings @ Prose Hardy Yards. When you come in ask for Jackie!

    First I would like to say I am not typically one to write reviews unless I experience something great and I can say everything has been PHENOMENAL. From the application process to move in day to now being here for a week my experience has been TOP NOTCH!Their communication has been top tier since I submitted my application. They have excellent communication and clearly value their residents. I have had maintenance come a few times and they are amazing, quick to respond and they make sure your issue is resolved.The only thing that may bother people is the train that comes by a few times a day. HOWEVER, I am a light sleeper and work from home and can say its really not that bad. Definitely never want to leave.If you are thinking about moving here PLEASE DO. Especially if you want to live near downtown without paying downtown prices everything is 5-10 minutes away.

    Great Place with great staff and service. I also love my floorplan.The reason I give 4 stars is the upstairs neighbors are heavy feet walkers and their dog constantly can be heard running around( i bet he is large). Staff has spoken with them but what can one do.I am getting used it most the time.I am glad I moved here and for the money it cannot be beat.

    I’ve been living at Prose Hardy Yards for about 6 months now and absolutely love it. I recently transferred floor plans and Diamanesha in the leasing office was so helpful. She answered all our questions and made our move-in process so easy, which is all one can ask for when moving. I definitely recommend this property and appreciate the efficiency and responsiveness of the management.

    This is my first week here and I am loving the place. Seems like a nice community to live ima db plenty of space to run around and have some quiet time. Residents are friendly and staff has been very helpful throughout. My girl, Jackie Rideau, did an amazing job of laying it all out so I could choose my favorite floor plan and unit. Diamanesha was also great help! All staff members were very communicative and helped me out effectively!

    I have been living here for about two weeks now and I could not have made a better decision. From the very start Diamanesha accommodated my work schedule in order for me to be able to tour the apartment I was interested in. From start to finish she made the entire process super easy and made me feel at home before I even knew it would be my home. I love that I live at a place that does not take days to respond back when you need them. This community is very quiet and I feel safe living here. Ask for Diamanesha if youre searching for a place to call home. She will go above and beyond for you.

    If you’re planning on visiting these apartments, ask for Erica! She is super sweet, funny, and knowledgeable! I came in to tour and she immediately took the lead and was very informative and helpful. She had an answer to every question I asked, and when she didn’t know the answer, she went out her way to find out! The inside is absolutely beautiful & the location is great! It’s easy access to the I10! If you’re questioning whether or not to lease here, do it! You will not regret it!

    What an incredible leasing team, truly excellent leasing agents. Kenny and Charles Made a process ive considered difficult or stressful simple. We already desired to find a good location in Houston and comfortable apartment.The tours reaffirmed our desire. They insured that the process was as efficient as possible and we had all the information we desired andKenny went the extra mile concerning benefits or Promotions available. He also happen to have homemade cupcakes. I finished the Houston half marathon earlier and was not opposed to something sweet! I look forward to living here.

    I came to tour the property and I can say I love it. Diamanesha made it feel very welcoming! The property is still kinda new and the upkeep was great! I been to the property before and I can say it’s not just the tour path that looks great! Diamanesha was amazing and when it gets time for me to lease in the summer I’m definitely leasing here!

    Ive been here for a month. I like the community and love my apartment. So far everything is good. Im not thing I would say is the insulation could have been better. I can hear everything in the hallway. I can sometimes hear my neighbors alarm going off. Its not terrible but for those who are light sleepers this could be a problem.
