Alright so, still kinda new to the property but this place is refreshing, quiet and safe! I am enjoying my stay here. I appreciate the wonderful staff and management! Shout out to Asia Jones and Brittany Thomas in the Leasing office for always being kind, professional and assisting me and other residents when needed. Those ladies are gold! I enjoy the community events and efforts to bring us all together. Looking forward to the rest of my experience here! Definitely a nice place to stay! -

Prose District West her been a really positive experience. Especially since relocating. The resident events are really great, the manager sets them up really well and the team is super nice. Asia and Brittany are great to chat with and I met Dawn the new assistant manager and she is the best! -

If you’re looking for peace and quiet, avoid this place. The noise from neighbors—loud video games, bass shaking the walls, and no respect for quiet hours—is happening right now, in the middle of the night. I’ve complained multiple times, but management hasn’t done anything about it.Unless you’re okay with being kept up all night, I’d suggest looking elsewhere. All the reviews about the noise complains are true. RUN!2/17/2025 Update:The management team, especially Jose, reached out proactively and resolved the issue. I really appreciate the prompt response and effort to make the living environment better. It’s great to see management taking resident concerns seriously. Thank you for addressing this so quickly! -

I am in Awe of this place. I recently moved in about a week/half ago from Maryland & I’m absolutely in love. The process was extremely easy & smooth. I applied for an apartment & received my approval status within the next couple hours. I even made some changes to upgrade my apartment afterwards, which they took care of with no problem. The staff is extremely kind & attentive. The community is clean & beautiful! The rental office is always having events or food trucks for residents. The pool is my favorite. It’s cleaned everyday & I couldn’t thank our cleaning staff enough! The trash service & 24/7 gym is a bonus!! The app is absolutely the best thing ever, I’ve never lived in a place where you didn’t have to call for maintenance. I submitted my request yesterday while reading at the pool on the app. It was put in progress that night. Today while I was working, he came in & completed it. Quick, easy & convenient. Prose will definitely be my home for as long as God allows it. Thank you Prose! -

I had a wonderful experience with Asia. A current resident, who loves the property, recommended it to me, and I can see why. Asia is incredibly knowledgeable and provided amazing assistance, the best tour I had today out of 8 apartments. Based on our interaction, I was ready to move forward with leasing. However, while I truly want to live here, the floor plan I fell in love with is unfortunately outside of my budget. -

Asia assisted me in touring the exact floor plan I was looking for! Very informative, sweet, helpful and down to earth. I applied for the unit that day I was so impressed. The amenities in the unit are beautiful and of great quality and the community is astounding. I’m excited to have my first apartment here at Prose and have her to thank! -

I’ve only been here a week, but I’ve already had a great experience! Brittany, Asia, and Jose are all so friendly, respectful, and easy to talk to. Anytime I have a question or concern, they’re quick to help and make sure things are taken care of. -

Asia is such a gem! She really takes the time to assist with your needs and even if she can’t help, she will always follow up. I am always thrilled when Asia is there because I know she will listen and do her best to get towards a resolution. Now as far as the other girl Brittney, she could work on her people soft skills. The internet was down a week ago and she was very short and rude to the residents. I get that she was on the phone with the internet people and it was a stressful situation but that doesn’t give you the right to be an asshole! Most of my encounters with her have been unsettling, not sure if she has a lot of bad days or just not a people person. Overall, this is still a welcoming property and I encourage others to visit, just make sure you ask for Asia 😊 -

I got to tour this property and LOVED it, not only was it so nice and clean but the staff in the leasing office were amazing! Jose and Brittany answered all the questions I had along with the property manager Julie. She introduced herself and asked how my tour went to ensure I had everything I needed to apply when Im ready to make my move. -

I have not moved in yet but I do want to speak on the professionalism that the staff has at this location! The manager Amanda and the assistant manager Jose, and Brittany (I believe that is her name) have been phenomenal during this whole process! Every question I’ve had, every concern has been met with the utmost kindness and quick responses! I am truly excited about making this place my upcoming home in the near future. The floor plans are beautiful and the grounds are well maintained from what I have seen so far. Keep up the good work! It’s appreciated! -

I waited to give a review until I was moved in and got a feel for the complex and apartment as a whole. I can’t say enough how much I love the complex, It’s beautiful and the staff is so nice and patient! You can tell they care from the moment you apply until well after you move In. My unit was beautiful, clean and I’m so happy here. I’m grateful for the staff: Brittany, Jose and Norma. I really appreciate all of you! -

Jennifer was absolutely amazing! She was informative, punctual, and very helpful throughout the entire application process.Update: It’s almost been 12 months and I can honestly say I haven’t had any major issues with living here. Maintenance requests are resolved quickly. If you WFH, be mindful the internet is private owned and they do experience outages every now and then. My only gripe is the stairwells. My hallway is always occupied by a bunch of wasps nests and spider webs, specifically under my door lamp. They’ve started pressure washing but I’m hoping they’ll find a better solution. -

I have had very good experiences and services at Prose District West. Maintenance service was very helpful, fast, and professional. The office people are very organized and professional. They also stay on top of any issues that arise.This is a beautiful place to live and peaceful. -

I hope corporate and in-office staff continue to move in such a manner. Because of their commitment to valuing this property and ensuring that residents have a positive living experience, Prose District West has been a nice place to reside.___________________________Not only is this a newly constructed property with amazing amenities and thoughtfully designed floorplans, but most importantly, the staff here is nothing short of outstanding. I have personally observed each staff member consistently surpassing expectations in their commitment to ensuring exceptional customer service! These guys have a good thing going at this property! Im impressed. You should DEFINITELY check it out! -
