I had a tour with Carissa (I think that’s her name) and she was really nice and attentive . She answered all my questions and took her time to explain step by step the application process I can’t wait to call this place home

I found out about this gem of a community through social media. My spouse and I were looking for our next move when this location came to us. Let me start by saying how sweet of a concept this is. Apartment living, yet in your own house so to speak. We booked an appointment with Karina to see the layouts and get more information. She is an absolute sweetheart; she has such a genuine, warm energy. We were made very welcome, and this just immediately felt like home. We had looked at other apartments, which were nice, but either the floor plans did not work, or the vibe was just off. The Preserve has everything we hoped for. I cannot wait for our official move in!

I went on a tour of the community yesterday, and I must say, I fell in love!! The community is perfect for anyone who is looking for a home without the responsibilities that come with home ownership.The property itself is beautiful. It’s a hidden gem, tucked away from the traffic and hubbub of the city. Think of an apartment community without sharing walls, upstairs or downstairs neighbors… yes, please!! However, what really got us was the friendliness and positivity of everyone we encountered.Karina, the Property Manager, is an absolute doll!! She’s attentive, personable, and genuine! She patiently addressed all of our questions- and we had A LOT, lol! While touring, we encountered several of the contractors, maintenance, and grounds staff, all of which were delightful. We loved the community so much that we applied on the spot! I highly recommend it and am looking forward to moving into our new home!!

I actually wanted to update my review to share we applied today. Veronica set us up and was nice enough to answer all of our many questions. Looking forward to making this our home!——-— ———————————————————I haven’t moved in here but did do a tour and thought the property was beautiful. The staff was awesome. The deciding factor to not move in was due to yard size and the needs of our dogs- otherwise it’s in a great location, is beautifully designed and an awesome property.

Veronica was beyond helpful & super knowledgeable! The AGM or GM (Jessica I think?) also helped me out when I messed out signing the lease. I’m moving in, in a few weeks and I’m thrilled to have a management team I already have a great relationship with!Property wise I can’t speak highly enough of it! Brand new build and the idea of “tiny homes” are unequivocally private and uniquely innovative!After having a terrible experience at a different (unrelated) property, The move into Preserve can’t come soon enough!

Karina and Melanie were both wonderful to work with - they were able to answer all of my questions. The maintenance team does a great job. I had one very minor issue arise and it was taken care of in a timely manner. The entire move-in process has been very smooth. These newly constructed homes have very thoughtful layouts.

Moving sucks! But finding your new home doesn’t have to!I’ve been searching for a new place to live for the last week. After many tours, and meeting tons of leasing agents, I had almost given up on finding my new home. After putting my house on the market, I got a buyer and I needed to move fast on finding something quick. One day on FB I saw an ad for build to rent homes. I had never heard of a property like this. So, I clicked the link and I scheduled an appointment with the property manager Karina. She greeted us with the biggest and warmest smile. She took her time to explain how this property is vastly different than others. She answered all of my questions and made me as comfortable as possible. Having not been in an “apartment” in the last 15 years, this was all new to me. Karina made this experience a great one. We applied and will be moving in soon! So excited for this new chapter at The Preserve at Woodridge.

The whole staff is amazing. Nacho the maintenance guy is super sweet and very helpful. There was a few things we needed adjusted in our place and nacho had no problem coming in and adjusting and or fixing the issues. I’m glad we chose to call this place home for our family. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone that is looking for affordable and a friendly place in Kingwood.

We visited Preserve at Woodridge during our recent house hunting trip from Cleveland, Ohio to Houston, Texas. Our realtor greeted us at the Club House along side Assistant Community Manager Melanie Ullrich. The amenities are brand new. The clubhouse, pool, gym, and yoga studio were immaculate. The outdoor grill next to the pool has yet to be used. We felt as though it was like a resort.Once we toured both the 1, 2, and 3 bedroom options, we settled on the 2 bedroom unit.Not only were we amazed at this well thought out community, our seasoned realtor was also asking where other communities like this were being built.We”ve found nothing like it. They even have multiple options for long and short term leasing.Melanie was terrific in her support, knowledge, and genuine concern to find us what we needed. Perhaps it was the fact that she herself recently began her new adventure in Texas after living much of her young adult life in Europe.We will move in soon and hope to meet many others who share a similar experience!
