Love love Love the location!!! I been here 4 years and have had nothing but a great experience. Love how spacious the units are but I really came here for the garage lol. Very quiet area and how close we are to so many things. Maintenance is prompt on any request submitted. The office always provide so many activities and I love to mix and mingle. I have been living at Premier at Prestonwood for the last 3 years, and it has been an absolutely wonderful experience. Despite a few occasional mishaps, the community is friendly and welcoming, and the management team is always responsive and attentive to the needs of the residents. The townhomes are spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with modern amenities that make daily living comfortable and convenient. The location is perfect, with easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options. I highly recommend Premier at Prestonwood to anyone looking for a great place to call home!

I’ve been living at Prestonwood for about 3 years and have had nothing but a positive experience. The location is perfect—close to Addison and just 20 minutes from my job. The apartment itself is really nice, with a comfortable layout and maintained features.The new manager and maintenance team have been very helpful and responsive whenever issues arise, which I really appreciate.On the downside, I have a classic unit and would prefer white cabinets, but that’s a minor detail compared to the overall great experience here.I would definitely recommend this spot to my friends.

I throughly enjoyed my time here at Prestonwood for 2+ years because of the amazing staff that has remained professional, welcoming, attentive and overall the best management/leasing team. This complex is very safe and worth the money for comfort, mixed with luxury. I have lived at the Premier for nearly 22 years. That must tell you something about how I feel about the property. My requests are always addressed- I know they will always be taken care of. I’ve never had anything that was not quickly attended to, and to my satisfaction. The units have really unique spacious floor plans, and include washers and dryers. And OH! GARAGES too! During my many years of residency here I’ve had the pleasure of meeting many nice neighbors. I’ve really enjoyed our new management team, Patsy, Karime and Hugo.They have all given me excellent service and are always helpful and cooperative. They worked with me in so many ways when I moved from a two bedroom unit to a one bedroom unit. They truly made my transition easy, and smooth. This new management team is working very hard to ensure their residents feel welcome and secure . I really love my new apartment- it’s about the unique floor plan, the GREAT location, and the super folks who address requests!! I’m very happy to continue to call The Premiere my home. Twenty two years say it all!

Karime is a miracle, so helpful and always on top of everything yall should give her a raise as shes a hard worker. The pool is always kept so nice too, overall everything is pristine here. I been here for 5 years and Im about to renew my contract here. I was planning on getting a house but I live so comfortable here. Everytime I request a maintenance they arrive the same day! They take care of your issues fast and easy. Its a beautiful property and highly recommend it to anyone looking to live comfortable. The staff in the office are so friendly and helpful. Norma is a huge help for these apartments, shes always generous and looks out for the people.

Lived here for a few months now and really like it. The floor plans are unique and spacious. We love having the garage for extra storage. The front office staff has been extremely nice to us and any maintenance requests have been completed in 24-48 hours.Only real complaints are minor. Not many green spaces for animals to use. And some people don’t clean up after their pets. Also it would be nice if the bathroom and kitchen fixtures were updated.I’d definitely recommend this place to someone looking for a place to live.

I have really enjoyed the new management. We moved into the apartments in the spring of 2018; premier has since taken over as management & they have gone above and beyond to update and renovate the complex. They resurfaced the pool, painted the buildings, added some modern touches, and maintenance is responsive within 24 hours. They have specials such as pizza night, painting, free movie rentals, etc; it’s a nice touch to living in the complex!The employees in the leasing office were always friendly and helpful; Norma, Olivia, and Gabriel. They’re great.

I have really enjoyed my time living at the property. The location makes it easy to get to work, down to town/around town, and is near many restaurants and grocery. So far the staff (Norma& Olivia & Lalo) are very friendly & they have a great response time to fix any issue . Norma is always so nice and answering my questions I have. Olivia the manager has a great team and that always good. Regarding my living experience I enjoy the balcony view. The two car garage is a big plus. The price is fair compare to other apartments around the area. I haven’t had any issues with receiving my amazon orders & I order a lot of stuff. My neighbors are cool and so are the people from this community. Oh & Tom Thumb & Chick Fil A are also my neighbors lol. Come by & check it out yourself.

I love the layout of the apartment! The neighbors are very friendly, its quiet here and the lighting at night is very well lit. Maintenance is very responsive and was able to work with my boyfriend when I wasnt there to resolve move in issues very quickly! The office staff is very friendly and great. I have lived here for 3 years. We’ve had several managers and staff in that time period. The currentAssistant Manager, Norma, is the best of all of them. Since she arrived the whole atmosphere in the leasing center seems much better and more organized. Norma is always available and responsible to requests.Having good, competent managers is really important to making a rental experience a good one. Norma has made The Premier at Prestonwood a very pleasant experience.

This is definitely one of the best apartment complexes to live at. Makes it feel like home, awesome area and shopping centers around here. Its fully renovated and dont forget it has garages to keep your car safe. The maintenance here is fast and they make sure to fix stuff in no time.

I moved into these apartments in May and Olivia Rodriguez has been a joy to work with since. I told her my situation, she helped me the same day and got me all signed up and helped with my application. I got approved the same week and I LOVE my apartment. It’s beautiful, the maintenance is always there when needed and the pool is always a vibe! Definitely the best place I’ve lived so far in DFW.

Pretty cool place to live, but has its issues.Ive been liking my time here with Advenir. The floor plans are really cool and unique, the corner units have tons of windows, the appliances and counter tops are nice and updated, and the garage is super convenient.Its not all sunshine and rainbows, however.The rent is a little high for a property that was built in the early 90s, especially considering all the newer options available in the area.The linoleum (not wood) flooring feels super cheap and is very thin. It pops up all the time requiring me to glue it back down.The walls are paper thin. Ive never lived somewhere where I can hear my neighbor snoring so youll need to make sure to run the fan and have a noise machine to drown out any late night chats your neighbors might be having.Still a solid 4/5 from me, though.

Nikki and Ashley in the office were absolutely amazing.I unfortunately had to break my lease due to a relocation and they went far out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed.The apartments have an awesome layout and a great location with Tom Thumb next door.This place is a much better option then living in all of those new mid-rise buildings.100% would recommend to anybody.

My wife and I chose this community for the great floor plan, the high ceilings and big windows make our 2 BR feel much more roomy than 1,019 sq ft. Private garage is excellent. A Tom Thumb is right across the parking lot. Downside of the high ceilings is that the heating bill will be expensive during winter months.The maintenance team was poor and understaffed in 2017 but their new staff has turned it around. Jose provides great repairs, good communication, and excellent customer service. We had a leaky sink 2 weeks ago and not only did he replace it within 24 hours, he proactively replaced a burned out entryway light bulb as he was finishing up. If you are willing to pay a little more on your utility bills, Advenir is a complex that feels much more town home than apartment.

The property is located in a very central location, close to work and play. They have banks, clinics, groceries, and restaurants within walking distance. Love my apartment.

I toured the property of The Premier at Prestonwood, as a potential new resident for my family and I. The ambience creates the perfect sanctuary for all potential residents. The incredible staff, from maintenance to main office is incredible providing the best customer experience. The property was very clean, and welcoming for my husband and I. The welcome home feeling offers potential residents a secure safe-haven with stunning shopping centers near by and downtown Dallas being so closed by. One of the best properties we have toured so far in the area, I highly recommended

I live at Premier At Prestonwood formally Advenir At Presstonwood. I love it here, Norma, the property manager, the maintenance and the staff in general are all excellent and provide A-1 customer service overall. They’re always there to answer my questions and solve any issue that I may have and the maintenance are also quick and prompt to handle and fix anything that you may need done to your town home. The area is super convenient you’re close to all shopping centers, malls, parks and restaurants. The rent is fair and affordable for the luxury feel and lifestyle town home that they provide. I definitely recommend anyone to rent here you’ll be fully satisfied and won’t be disappointed at all👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾😎😎😎😎

Ive loved living at Carriage Homes. The units are roomy and well designed, with modern and clean fixtures and finishings.In two years, I have had minimal maintenance issues, which were always corrected in a timely and effective manner. Staff was pleasant the few times I have dealt with them. There is an online portal to make all interactions super easy and convenient. Response is always fast. Location is convenient, and the garage cant be beat.The only negatives are in sound. The windows are pretty thin, so if youre next to a street like Alexis on the back side, it gets loud - you can hear trash trucks, traffic hitting the speed bumps, and car alarms. I got used to it, but it might bother some people. The HVAC unit is also very loud when it kicks on, and its right above the Master in the Prestonwood unit.Overall, though, I highly recommend this as a place to call home.

I like the area most of all. Theres a grocery store in walking distance and lots of restaurants nearby. The design of my place is really unique in a good way. Especially the upgraded kitchen.All maintenance request are done within 24 hours.The only bad thing is the noise and heat. I can hear every move my upstairs neighbors make. Im also having a hard time with the heat during the winter. Bedroom is a sweatbox and living room is a blizzard. I bought heaters.....

I move to this apartments a while ago and all its great here, we have a lot of stores near by, walking distance, also I havent had any issues on my apartment and the maintenance staff is always ready to help as we need, so glad I moved here, the neighborhood is really quiet. I am living here now, and I will update when my lease is over and if I stay or not, but I have LOVED the 3 weeks Ive been here. After reading a lot of reviews, I was concerned with the thin walls, but I have yet to hear my neighbors next to me or under me. We also have a corner apt, so that helps. The maintenance crew is great. They got everything done within 12 hours or the 4 things we reported. The paint company painted the wrong walls before we moved in, the apt made every effort to get it fixed asap, and within 48 hours, our paint was normal. The complex is very quaint, the area around it has some shadiness (what area in dallas doesnt) a few blocks down, but ive felt very safe and comfortable here. The apts won me over because of the unique layout and have got nothing but compliments on it. The complex has a San Fransisco feel to it at night, with the different elevation and the nice colors and layout. Walking to Tom thumb makes it easy as well as Chick-Fila. ONLY complaint is that parking is not easy access if you have more than one car (and a one car garage), as the apts in the middle dont have easily accessible spots, its about a 1-2 min walk which gets annoying if you forget somethign in your car. But there is ALWAYS parking available somewhere close by. Overall, great experience so far. Update july 22 2011 I still like it here. They are up front with any maintenance even after hours. Its quiet and private. I will say the parking sucks sometimes based on the location of some apts as it reqd you walk a bit everytime. But I would def recommend getting a 3rd story apt. Ive found you can hear your upstairs neighbor if you live in 2nd floor. But im on 3rd and have no issues. Still like the place but want a 2 car garage. But thats a personal preference. And like most apts in tx summers doyou get tough on electric. Ac stays on alot!UPDATE **** Dec 2011 Just moved out cause we had to (lost my job) but erre considering signing another lease in a 2 bedroom. I liked it here. Theyre not the most efficient when it cones to heat and cold, but theyre unique and locations great. I still say get an apt on the 3rd floor cause on the 2nd floor it was easy to hear everything.. management was fine with us. Its an apt complex.. lower your standards people... but they did everything we asked on time. I enjoyed it a lot and would consider it again.. people just love bitching about things as Ive found on other reviews.

5 Starts because I love the facility ! But Norma is always rude and acts like any tenant concerns or questions are an inconvenience to her. We can never get in contact with anyone else for better customer service, so we are stuck dealing with her and she’s rude for no reason. I suggest a training on customer service or something. Other than that, I love this complex and everything about it !

Ive been living here since July 2017 and I LOVE it besides my upstairs neighbors walking hard that makes my walls shack plus stumping when they walk. No consideration for their neighbors. I called and talked to management Mercedez and she was on it.I have new neighbors now and they are worse than the previous ones. He gets home around 10 and makes noise until 12am.I get up for work at 5am.. I wish when people move in they would let everyone now the rules everything shuts down at 10. I mean everything u can not disturb ur neighbors at all. Everyone doesnt have the common sense to understand. If they dont ge it together Im going to report them and then start calling the cops bcuz they r off the chain.Thats the only complain I have here I renewed my lease b4 they moved in

They raised rent 300 just because they remodel the pool and added washer n dryer which I don’t need I had my own the one bed goes for 1799 when I was pay 1499 so I moved to a two bed and it 2300 which I think is was to high when it was 1799 for 2 bed price are high over here for no reason

Thank you(Old post) Every month I have to go up to the office and request to be added to their online pay. Their offices close before the average person gets home from work. Now I have to pay a late fee cause they can’t add me to their system.

The maintenance is very quickly and does a great job I really enjoy living here because of the effectiveness they have when something is broken the maintenance guy ”lalo” is very helpful, and does a really good job.

I was able to visit this community over the weekend and it was awesome. I am really thinking about moving back here. The property I have always known to be nice minus some of the tenet but oh well. I just wished they had a larger 2bm available. Take care

I’ve been living at this location for about 5 years now. Premier, the current owner, is the third management company to come in since I moved here. So far they have been active in getting the property cleaned up and updated. The location is conveniently located, with multiple amenities nearby. It is a stone’s throw from Addison, without having to pay Addison prices. Major perk is every unit has an attached garage!
