    I recently toured Pradera Homes, and I was really impressed! The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and has a great atmosphere. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout the process, making me feel right at home. Even though I won’t be able to move in until the summer, I can already tell this is going to be a great place to live. Looking forward to making it my home soon!

    We shopped around and fortunate to find a home in this gated community. Gabrielle and the team worked with us to make our experience a positive one. The community is peaceful and pet friendly. If you are moving into the San Antonio area, I highly recommend Pradera Luxury Homes!!!

    We have lived in this community for a couple of years now and have enjoyed our time. Within the last year, we got a new property manager, Krystana, who has made some wonderful improvements to the community and showed how much she cares about everyone. The amenities are excellent, we have used the dog park so often and love going to the pool in the summer. If youre looking for a rental home community, this is a great place to live.

    I have lived in this community for almost a year and it has been wonderful. This community is quiet and all the neighbors are friendly. A couple of weeks ago a new crew came in the office and they are wonderful, great customer service and have always been nice to my family especially Tyra. She has gone above and beyond for us and we live the warmth of her presence when we walk in the office!! Thank you for making our living experience at Pradera wonderful!!!

    Pradera is the kind of place you’d actually recommend to a friend.I’ve lived here for about a year and have nothing but great things to say. Any of the issues we had at move-in (touch up cleaning, lease questions, etc.) were quickly addressed. The management and maintenance teams are prompt with responses and attentive to the issues. Even things that you just notice around the complex that need to be fixed are generally taken care of proactively and quickly.Nothing but great things to say about living at Pradera. 10/10

    Tyra is extremely helpful and friendly! The houses are fairly nice. However, at times, certain services like trash, lawn maintenance, the ammentities center, or coordinating work orders can be a bit spotty. Ive lived at Pradera for three years and was satisfied with my stay.

    Beautiful clean gated community! Staff is very friendly. Quiet neighborhood, definitely a family and pet friendly community. They have a pretty nice gym that’s open 24/7. Good size pool, great area to bbq with the propane grills provided. Nice sitting areas to enjoy the nice weather with friends and family. Love the community center! They have a full size kitchen , entertaining areas , and good size conference room. They also have indoor and outdoor restrooms. An outdoor shower and an area to bathe your pets. One thing I think they really need is a park for kids. There’s only a dog park which is great but a playground for kids would really be awesome. Since the pool can’t be used year round. Other than that, it’s perfect! All the shopping centers and restaurants are literally minutes away.

    I have lived at Pradera for about 8 months now and let me say, I think this may be the best renting experience I have ever had, and Ive had some pretty horrible ones prior! Me and my roommates LOVE our home & community. The office staff is so kind and incredibly helpful. The amenities are wonderful, and overall living here has been the best. The staff always throws wonderful events for the residents and addresses concerns as soon as they are brought to attention. The moving in process was so smooth even with my brother in another state during the sign on process. We love Pradera and will 100% be renewing ❤️

    I love my Holme for Pradera. Krystana, Tyra, and Gabrielle have been extremely helpful and kind. They have gone above and beyond to answer any questions that I have and make sure I’m taken care of. I haven’t had any maintenance requests beyond normal situations and any request I do make is responded to right away. Neighbors in the community are friendly and the environment is pretty quiet. I 10/10 recommend Pradera to anyone looking for a great community to call home!

    If you have questions for the property staff, Tyra is the one to talk to! Tyra is so friendly, personable and knowledgeable. I came into the leasing office with a few questions and Tyra made me feel heard, answered all of my questions and even brightened my day. Whoever brought her on board as part of management staff made the right decision. Will always ask for Tyra for any additional needs as a resident of this property.

    My family and I have been living here for over 3 years. I have really no complaints! Good area, quiet neighborhood and most importantly awesome communication with management and maintenance. I would like to thank Brianna, the office manager for always meeting our needs! Pradera is a great community all around.

    Honestly if it weren’t for the front desk girl! I would have put 5 stars. She is lazy and refuses to help , throws attitude and has zero knowledge of her job.     Great experience with Pay as we followed up with him on issues we had after moving. Nice and mostly quiet community as there is construction going on. Community center is nice but does not have a playground. It’ll be more kid friendly if a playground is added as there aren’t any parks within walkable distance. Home is nice as it’s new construction however, upon move in the unit was not cleaned so there was a lot of post construction dirt. Notified management and they sent a cleaning crew two weeks after move in. Maintenance crew is great as they are very responsive to any repairs needed. Front gate should be closed more often though to keep the community more secure. Also, units should come with a home security system as well as those are costly for tenants. Overall, nice community as neighbors are friendly and leasing office is also onsite and open 7 days a week.

    Pradera has been such an amazing experience for my family and I. We lived here in 2019-2020 left for about 4 months but came right back. There really is no place like Pradera, this felt like home for us since day one. The community is family friendly, the leasing office helps with EVERYTHING and is willing to go the extra mile for their residents. We have little community gatherings where food trucks and goodies are provided. Great community you will not regret living here!

    We are very sad to leave pradera. The only reason we are leaving is to live closer to my daughters school. I don’t think I have had one bad experience in the 15 months we have lived here. It’s super quiet. Maintenance is super fast and attentive. They always wave to you while they are driving on the golf cart which I loved. My favorite thing about the home (we lived in the blue bonnet floor plan ) is the luxurious kitchen. Between the gas stove to the large farmhouse sink. Only recommendation I would have is to upgrade every unit to a fridge that has the ice and water dispenser.

    We were very pleased to have found this place they were able to live us in a short period of time. The only issue I’ve had is getting ahold of people to help fix issues. There are things I wrote down in the move in walkthrough that was never addressed. Also lawn care I’m not at all impressed. Still charging 70 a month and haven’t had someone do my back yard for months.But we love the area and the the pool area is awesome! I like how the gym has the garage doors to open up but they aren’t always unlocked during workout hours which is a bummer. Head maintenance guy is AMAZING!!!!!!!! He has been on top of things when we need them and helped us out a lot. Love the idea of being able to rent a modern house at the price

    After being here one year I can honestly say this has been by far the best place that I have lived at. The whole team especially Brianna have been awesome. And I just renewed my lease without hesitation. The neighbors and the community and the amenities are exceptional as well. Keep up the good work!

    Love living here. The community and home are so peaceful and I feel really safe here. Maintenance is efficient and quick. The staff are all so nice. Perks are the gym. It’s very modern and has all the things you need. I am excited to use to pool come summer time. This properties also has trails and when walking you can expect the neighbors to wave and say hi. It truly feels welcoming and safe. I will be living here for awhile!

    Quick easy painless moving experience! We have been to multiple apartments and had lots of horrible experiences. Homes are beautiful and well taken care of. The staff is super nice and helpful.

    I want to formally recognize and acknowledge Payam Homaizad or “Pay” (pi).This gentleman went above and beyond his job role as Assistant Manager to get myself and my family approved for this amazing community!Long story short I had some negative rental history that I worked my butt off to pay off, however my consumer report still reflected those negative balances.Pay was very knowledgeable about his role and the process and walked me through the dispute process personally. He gave me step by step directions and held my hand throughout the entire process. He precisely advised me on who to contact and how to contact them in order to provide the necessary documentation to clear up my negative rental history.Each time I submitted a document showing my balance was paid the third party screened asked for additional informationEach time I provided said information Pay had to go through the entire re screening processes this I know was a tedious process.He even went as far as to work from home on his day off to get my application processed timely so I could move in today as it was my last day at my proper residence ...He didn’t have to do any of that , he simply could have told me to come basic once I figure out how to clear up my rental history and tell me to reapply.This man deserves a easier and a promotion! And the property management company is lucky to have such a bright young man on their team !In regard to the community well obviously there was a reason I fought so hard for approval this place is amazing ! It’s modern it’s new! And the neighborhood is well kept and spotless ... anyone looking to merge the amenities of apartment living with single family home style units Pradera is your place ! I love it here and this will be my families permanent home over the next few years while we save to buy our first home !

    We write this review after an extensive tour of a Pradera home. Pi was totally professional from the time we spoke to him over the telephone to set up an appointment to actually taking a tour of the property. Pi gave us space to explore the home at our own pace and without any pressure. He allowed us to look at the home alone first then he joined us and discussed details and answered any and all questions we had. Any questions that he could not answer, he immediately turned to upper management with a quick text and diligently worked to find the answer. Even the upper management was very timely and willing to meet the customers request. We appreciate all that Pi did for us and greatly appreciate him not being pushy and trying to make us feel like do it now or else. He was concerned about us and did not want us to rush in to making a quick decision but to rent the home only if we were 100% ready. Thank you Pi and Pradera Luxury Home management team. Job well done.

    Pradera is a great community all around! The houses are beautiful, the amenities are upscale, and the staff is great! Our move in was so easy and smooth, even with COVID-19 going on. The manager, Elyse Smith, has been very responsive and has been a huge help from the start, making sure our experience here has been the best! If anyone is looking to live in the Alamo Ranch area, I definitely recommend Pradera!

    Pradera is a God send for those relocating from out of state like myself!Everything on the website was here and the openness of communication from the leasing team made me feel this was the best area to relocate. Well, maintain gated community.I was shocked while looking out of my bedroom widow a person in a golf cart stopping to pick up trash that was blowing in the wind. Who else does that?Thanks for caring.

    Love all the amenities. Swimming pool, lawn care and maintenance its perfect. Just 1 things that needs improvement is ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Not all bedrooms have a ceiling fans. Adding ceiling fans thru out the house will make the house more enjoyable

    I’ve been living in this place for more than two years. It’s very cool and nice place which makes you feel like you are in your home. The leasing office is very kind and respectful. Baryana from the leasing office and james from the maintenance are very very nice people and I really appreciate their help.

    My first and overall impression with Pradera was AMAZING! We worked with Pi and from the beginning, he was great. I have never had someone to show as much attention and be straightforward as Pi has done. He answered every question we had and didnt leave anything out. He did not rush us into doing anything and I felt like he made sure we had his complete attention. In other words, he didnt make us feel that we needed to hurry so he could get to another client. It was amazing! Every thing was laid out, good, bad, and thing that we could be bad but really good, vice versa. Overall, we had an amazing experience with Pi and would recommend this place to anyone and a promotion for Pi...Excellent job Pi!

    At this point I have no Problems with Pradera, just the fact theyre a little pricey, they closed down some of the amenities like the clubhouse.. I understand covid is going on, but that was part of our lease. Hoping that they open up the club house soon.
