I’ve been at post oak scent 2018 ,compare to other place that accepts housing vouchers this place is a beautiful place the upkeep of outside is wonderful,what gets me these grown ass people that live here have to be pick up after we all live here and we all should use the garage bin and stop throwing trash on the grounds teach your kids to do the same ,landscaping is great keep your own place clean and that will keep bugs away we as tenants have to do are parts and stop blaming the manager,go clean your walk way sweep and wash down your area,Let’s help keep this place clean and beautifulBecause other place look like nothing compared to this and it’s gatedGreat job post oak

I have been here for 3 years. Mrs Nicole and Mrs Christine are amazing and always helpful.Mrs Shameka is also an amazing person.I love my apartment where I’m located is so peaceful. Thank you ladies for everything you done for my family.

HiI have changed my reviews back to 5 stars, I am not biased or provide false information to people, it is not in my customs and culture. Recently I had Electrical Issues, they came with electrical contractors and fixed it late last week, I was just checking that circuit breakers may get trip again or any outage in bedroom, but it is more than 10 days, nothing happened, hence light fluctuations sometimes but only few times, but overall 95% fixed. I am Thankful Linda, Manager Kyle, specially Ramon and other staff, I was mean to him, I should apologize to him. I know I should not be rude to Ramon. He is nice guy. Definitely electrical work was on highest rate and I had no other problems. Definitely I would recommend to everyone... and 5 stars. Since June 2017, I had no issues except this one.Thanks

I have lived here for 1 year and 6 months. It has been a wonderful experience living here. Quiet clean property. Very quic with repair request. I have only had to call maintenance one time for and the Management staff has shown a great deal of care for their tenants and their comfort. Also the management team has many programs for children year round very child friendly property.

This is still the best apartment Ive ever lived! I love everything. The manager is the best ever. I believe they have some of the same issues as ALL apartment complexes have and thats no reason to give a bad review.

I love the manager, she is very good and respectable, and the workers who work at the office are that they are very good and work from the morning when you ask for anything.

They take care of my house and thay gave me carpet cleaning and new rug . My how would it look amazing if it wasnt for them I love these apartments
