    My experience with this place was when I walked in I was immediately greeted by a young lady by the name of Mrs Monica she had just a bright beautiful smile the would light of the entire place! She showed me and told me very great things about the unit and the apartments! She answered any questions I had and was very very detailed about anything she shared with me I felt welcome and very comfortable as if I was already staying there! She is such a great positive lady!! Thank you Mrs Monica for all your help!❤️😀

    I have lived at these apartments for almost 3 years!! I love it here!! Its quiet!! The manager Monica is very nice and makes sure everything is taken care of !!!

    I moved to this property in April 2024 and had flooding issues. My concerns were directed to the property manager at that time.,but nothing was fixed until the new property manager JOHN was hired. He fixed my issue (himself). John is a hands on property manager. He is a great asset to this company. He has a passion for his property and cares about the residents here. I see some great changes coming for the better. Kuddos to JOHN!!!!!!

    I checked the reviews prior to visiting Pointe Ann and found the the reviews right on. Pointe Ann was very clean, well maintained. I met with John in his office and it has such a welcoming feel. The office was so clean and John was great. He covered and answered all my questions. He took me to see an apt.. it was clean and I found it perfect along with the grounds..well maintained. I am looking forward to being a resident at Pointe Ann soon..thank you John for for making me feel heardand comfortable. Belinda .

    With the new office staff, Elevated Asset has really scored a 5. I miss Brenda but Michelle is great and takes time with us like we family. Ive been here since 2019 and have had no problems. The office staff is always helpful and makes living here joyful.

    Lived here for a year and I loved it for the price. We had the 2 bed 1.5b townhome. Pretty safe and comfortable area. Neighbors and management are friendly. Cold AC. The counters and cabinets were kind of meh but they got the job done. Bring your own microwave. No in unit laundry but they have a communal laundry room. The parking is pretty good. It was just an over all comfortable year living here.

    Great community! If you are having issues renting due to your dog breed, size or weight, you should check out these apartments. Pet friendly community and they love dogs! ❤️ It can be a real challenge when searching to find the best place for your furry baby.

    I have been a resident here for four years and these apartments are such a wonderful community to be apart of. The office staff is so welcoming and caring and the maintenance staff takes good care of the property and also work orders. I look forward to continuing call Pointe Ann my home.

    I visited a friend at Pointe Ann and the upgraded apartments look amazing. My friend is extremely happy with the new management and all of the wonderful changes they have been making to the property. If you are looking to lease an apartment in Texas City, I strongly suggest you check out Pointe Ann before going anywhere else!!

    I am a tenant at pointe Ann apartment the manager is doing a terrific job because she upgraded alot of the units , she cleaned out these apartments and checks on her tenants she does resident fuctions , she lets everyone have a good time asking as long it dont affect other tenants around them. She all ways makes us feel welcome in her office. She treats everyone the same and you can tell she really loves her job and I even feel bad cause when she first got here she had to clean it up and took over all the mess that previous management left. And she manages two complexes and I know people at the other property and they love her too. Beacuse she actually cares. Ive seen maintenance out till 10 pm working trying to catch up on the mess previous management left. I highly recommend living here , iv refered my daughter and friends that now live here and love it!!!

    I’ve been living here since February 27th of this year and it’s so great here! Definitely recommend these apartments have changed so much from a year or so ago! Apartments are way better and cleaner and everything!

    I have been a tenant for 3 years and I must say when I first got here it looked like the projects. The maintenance issues have been going on for years before me and were not taken care of by the previous property managers. There has always been issues with the previous residents that no longer live here as far as loud noise, dumpsters always being full, the residents children harassing and disrespecting other residents including myself, and vandalizing the property. Things have changed slowly for the better as far as there being a playground for the children, a nice deck and bbq pit build, more flowers, window screens replaced, yes there are still sum maintenance issues but things cant be done if things arent being called in. Any time I had issues from the previous maintenance Jessica has always made it a priority to get it done. Before Jessica I had a hole in my kitchen ceiling that the previous property management did not fix before leaving. Since Jessica has taken over, things here at my apartment have been taken of. Rome was not built in a day and if you are not calling in repairs or reporting that they are not being done correctly the problem will remain the same. I must say yes the parking situation can change but other than that Im good with the property and management. I have to say instead of writing bad reviews we should all come together and speak to management about things that need to change and fix. We must be considerate of peoples jobs and the negativity that we share on social media and reviews. How about us? Are we good tenants? Do we take care of our apartment and rowdy kids and throw the trash in dumpster instead of the side? Lets us be fair😉. #onlyGodcanjudge#bekindandmindful#BeBlessed

    Kendall’s is the greatest manger I’ve dealt with she is so amazing and I love the way she plans little get together she was so amazing on helping us get into the apartment anytime I have had any issues she has been right on top of it to get it fixed I couldn’t ask for a better manger then her because of her I am trying to get family and friends to move over her with us have a great day
