Office managers are very kind when you turn in a work order it gets done the same day you turn it in or the next day when you have a question Monica she tries to answer it as soon as she can the whole office and maintenance people are kind and understand how important it is to answer our questions are our concerns I have lived there and plum Creek going on 3 years and havent had no complaints I recommend it to anybody I know thats looking for a place to go I had my update on my housing and there was new people and I recommended the apartment to them thank you for all the hard work from Paula grapes

Ive lived at plum creek for almost a year and just re-signed a new lease. I love it here and management is top tier, very helpful, and will try there hardest to help you out as much as they can. Monica really tries to give you hand and work with you on any situation as long as you communicate with her or Denise. They are all awesome hands down. If you need a place to live without all the drama. Come to plum creek. Best decision I ever made living at plum creek. Thank you plum creek crew.

I am Eugenia Holden. As so December 1, 2024 I will have lived on this property for 21 years. This is a great place to live. Neighbors are great. We check on each other. Maintenance is wonderful, they get right to work orders and keep you posted if parts have to be ordered. As for the Office Staff,,,,they are FANTASTIC PEOPLE. Since being here for so long, we have had lots of management, but with Hope and Prayers the ones now will stay long time. Wonderful place to live. Even have a Bible Study for all our kiddos on property. Thank you so very much Plum Creek Apartments for being a wonderful place to live.

The apartments are larger than i expected. There are washer and dryer hookups if you have your own and a spiffy laundry room if you dont. The pool is well maintained. So far i am surprised by how nice it is. No fixed route city bus service nearby. Use a car or take the ACT bus. Walmart is within walking distance for some depending on your condition. Fast fooders also within walking distance. The little creek nearby needs to be cleaned up by the city. Otherwise its great here!

Fed ex shows pictures of my packages delivered to the office and to the apartment unit. They deny receiving my stuff. they are a bunch of losers and thieves, but what do you expect from such a ghetto.
