My apartment experience with this property is on point. The staff especially Ms Patty, the property manager is great. She went above and beyond, for me and my wife. Shes honest and worked with us on our apartment. Weve been here 3 months and this lady came in on her off day to take care of us. I see some of the reviews on here and Im telling some will go overboard with stories because they didnt get the full royalty treatment which Im sure she couldnt fix or she would. Ive had a few people Ive meant here at Pleasant Creek,, and have had nothing but pleasant things to say about her and their staff. I would like to give my apartments 5 stars but I cant, I just moved over here in September and there is a person over me that making noise where I cant sleep really in my room I have been too the office twice now and nothing have stop with this person they are really breaking my sleep, Im paying rent to and I shouldnt have to sleep in my living area because someone cant stop the noise or over my sister house if thats the case then I should just go back over there to my sister house.i would like to add to my post because I have been put between two people one next to me and one over me first Ive been patient with the one next to me for the first few weeks I was here nothing has happen with them now they moved someone over me with an damn dog damn near have been working up with her moving stuff around at night, slamming doors ,or her dog in the cage making noise going to the office want do any good because Im get told Im call her an nothing want get done about it I really cant wait until my lease is up or just pay to get out of my lease cause this is to much really. Ive giving it 5 stars because of Ms.Caroline because she has been good to me in many ways but Im going to have to give my 30 days notice because I cant keep excepting what the upstairs person is doing and especially the people next door I cant come home and rest without someone beating on the wall or someone vacuuming at night and dog running upstairs or my whole apartment smelling like weed that smell makes me get sick literally I can say that Caroline have said something to them but it dont matter cause as soon the office close they go crazy all night there are few night I actually get rest and thats because I sleep in my living room fone doing that.

I have stayed here for 3years and had a rocky experience in the beginning before the new management company came in. However, thing took a great turn for the better when Rhonda and Tabria come in. They immediately fixed all my maintenance issues I had going on for four months straight. They made me a priority. And issues I had were fixed immediately! When I walk in to the office I am always greeted with great smiles and the best customer service. On top of that they are two African American woman that treat you with respect even when you are frustrated. They made me feel heard in every aspect. Very understanding woman. I really enjoyed my stay here and hope others does as well.

THE NEW MANAGER HERE IS GREAT!!! She really cares about the people who live here. She makes sure that work orders are done in a timely manner and that the residents are satisfied. If I could give this lady more stars I would because she goes above and beyond to make sure this property is ran according.

I really love the new management they have been very helpful in assisting with what we needed. One thing I learned about solving issues is to have clear communication. If you don’t communicate properly then you will never get anything accomplished. Pleasant Creek staff have great communication skills and are very polite. They have been very helpful to me and my family needs. Thank you so much for being a light in our community

Tabria is a very great and sweet women. She has been so good to me since I’ve been here. She’s very welcoming, made me feel like I was home before I even moved in. I love Ms. Tabria, she will prosper in go very far with her customer service. The best I have came across by far. Im glad I chose to live here at Pleasant Creek Apartments. The property is great as well as the maintenance crew. Tabria has made sure all of my needs are met!

Ive been a resident here for about a few months now and Ive had nothing, but the best experience since I came here. The front office staff here is very friendly and make you feel welcomed when they greet you. Theyre very helpful with any questions or concerns you may have before and after becoming a resident. Maintenace has been the best hands down since Ive moved here. Even if theyre busy theyll still go out their way to help you if they can. If youre looking for somewhere quiet and secluded to stay, I would recommend moving here.

The leasing agent Tabria was amazing. I had to move asap and she made it happen in the nick of time! Very professional and informative. I recommend Pleasant Creek Apartments! It was a great move!

I moved in June 2017.. the management have been great! I havent had any problems. The raccoons are finally gone (it was becoming scary to walk outside) & myself and children are extremely happy about that! Whenever I need anything done via maintenance.. its done promptly. I love it here as well as my children. I chose the right place at the right time. 5 stars⛤⛤⛤⛤!!!!

Tabria Chism was very helpful I moved here from Mississippi not knowing anyone in the area. She was amazing she sent photos of the apartment via email so I wouldnt have any anxiety about doing this from over 500 miles away. Im so glad that I trusted her and chose Plesant Creek Apartment.

I have had a great experience with the new Mgmt. I was told be the old Mgr that Im responsible for my ac and had to pay to get it fixed. The new mgmt did a inspection and noticed issues that I was having and fixed everything. I ask them could I buy them lunch and they said no we are fine with you simply being a great resident and paying your rent.

I just recently moved in last week and Kellye was a big big help. She kept me updated on everything and was very kind , respectful and generous. I had a minor issue in the house and got assistance with the maintenance less than a hour of me making a complaint about it to Kellye.

Love the new manger Mark. I have been asking for a new window to be put in since Dec 2016 due to it not being safe and Mark came in about a month ago and had a new one put in within a week. The maintenance manager Joe is also great, he has always have to fix any requested just one time.

Nice place to live. Not sure why the negative comments but these apartments are real nice! Trish is SUPER HELPFUL, its nice close to major areas... Pretty good starter apartments.

If the cops are call often Thats a 👍, help prevent the apartments from becoming a geto slum. Some people like nice stuff and would like to keep it that way. Take that geto BS elsewhere else. That why i gave a five star rating.
