I had an amazing experience The office staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to provide top-notch customer service.The property itself is beautifully maintained, with well-kept landscaping and clean common areas. Love the location! Close to many shopping centers, entertainment outlets, and multiple interstates for an easy commute. The environment is friendly and the staff is great. The property is always well kept thanks to the porter Martin, he is a gem and is appreciated by many of us residents!

My favorite apartment complex ever!!!! Moved here in 2017 and I love it great and safe complex great apartment staff always there when needed also always having great events for the residents that live it the complex. I’ve been a resident here for a year. I could have moved to another apartment complex prior to renewing my lease here. However, I chose to renew my lease and remain here until I purchase a house because I truly appreciate the property manager (Mrs.Vanessa)!!! She has been compassionate and attentive since the day I moved here!!! Thanks so much for making my stay here a peaceful and smooth experience !! You are appreciated!!

I’ve been here for a few months, so far everything is okay! Maintenance is VERY fast, property is clean and quiet and the staff is SUPER sweet. They only issue i’ve been having is an issue with the water. After 8pm every single night, my water pressure is super low or sometimes it doesn’t work at all. It’s been this way for a month now.

I was looking for a place for my mother in law . The leasing agent Gena Anderson was very nice and took real good care of my mother in law. Gena treated us with so much respect . She has been living there now for about 6 months and renewed her lease because she loves it there.

Since I have been residing here for the last several years I truely havent had no issues. I would love to continue living at Pines of Woodforest but unfortunately my 1 bedroom doesnt have washer and dryer connection. Im hoping in my next apartments it will be just as pleasant, praying. I would definitely recommend The Pines of Woodforest to everyone

Ok. I want to start off by saying I had bad renter history and was given second chance here. I was single mother and wanted to be close to Walmart shopping centers and parks and close to beltway. Even grocery store walking distance. Rent was cheaper than the luxury apt I was in before that why I had bad renters history bc it was too much. I would be late but with trying nuy son everything he needs and put food on table I managed. Management would give me time. I didnt have roaches or pest problem. I live clean. Any time there was maintainance problem they would come same day. Like example my front porch light went out and they changed. There even security guard and gate code to get in. Stays quiet. Even pet friendly. Im glad I was given chance to live here based on my credit. My son had his own room. Living room spacious. I write because this coming from heart. Home is what you make it.

This is my 2nd time residing here. I fulfilled one lease and unfortunately certain circumstances required for me to move to Oklahoma for a while but once that was done i came back.Management have always made me feel at home and the office is very inviting and they are always pleasant.If youre looking for a place to call home, i recommend the Pines of Woodforest

Maintenance people was always FAST! My building was quiet and I didn’t have any problems with my neighbors. The manager was nice and helpful. I don’t have anything bad to say.

Gina and the other ladies are awesome. Very nice people, any time I need something to be fix there stay on top of things and any questions that I had they answered with no problems. Very nice and caring people. And I would recommend The pines of Woodforest to anyone friends and family.

I have lived at the Pines of Woodforest Apts 2 different times over the years.I have never known a nicer group of people @ any apts Ive ever lived in, than what you will find here now! The apts are very well maintained & they are always doing up-keep work so as to not let anything have a chance to deteriorate.The maintenance crew & all the staff are so friendly too,& go out of their way to help people.I love them like family.I would recommend this complex to anyone wishing to make a happy home.You wont find nicer office staff anywhere.I am home.I have been here close to 15 years totalling my 2times here.I just wanted to update my review of a year ago.I have read several reviews giving the apts a 1 rating,& bad-mouthing the staff.It seems to me that that a majority of these reviews were posted by individuals who brought problems on themselves.I dont know everyones situationbut I would & am continuing to give these apts & the staff, the highest marks! They DO take care of issues,usually the same day.The staff & maintenance folks have had some turnover,but only due to two longtime employees retirements.The new people are very nice too! I recommend this place to anyone that I know,friend or family! I love irlt here.Ive now been here 10 yrs this time.6 yrs, the 1st time.

I lived in Pines of Woodforest for many years from 2008 until I bought my house in 2021. The office staff is excellent, especially Lydia Muro, she is very helpful and an excellent person. My family and I have good memories of the staff in general. I 100% recommend living in Pines of Woodforest
