I have been trying to find a new apartment for a while already, and I was finally able to find what I needed/ wanted. Since the moment I got to Pine Valley they have been very helpful. Isela was able to find the perfect apartment for my needs, she was very patient and explained everything in detail. The apartments are amazing and if you need anything they assist you right away. Definitely very recommended! 👏🏻

I have been living here for almost a year and it’s been great, i have awesome neighbors, its safe, quiet and whenever i have a problem with anything in the apartment the maintenance man Jonathan Reyes always makes sure to get it done as soon as possible and i never have to call again with the same issue because he actually fixes it!! I love it here, i am planning to stay a while.

Pine Valley apartments have always gone above and beyond for their residents. The property manager Isela is the Best!!! Isela is always very understanding, and she knows how to take care of her residents. Maintenance is great, Jonathan, is always taking care of any issues. The duplex feels more like home and especially when there’s opportunity to get together with other residents during special events hosted by property manager.

We’ve been living here for some years and everything has been good, office manager Isela is amazing she is always kind and super nice, she is always willing to help with whatever you may need specially if some packages arrive at the office she will gladly hold them for you until you pick them up. Every time we have stopped by she is there in the office willing to help with whatever.

My family and I are very happy here, love all the family friendly events that they provide for the community. Customer service is great!Isela is super sweet, helpful and is amazing at what she does, always talking care of tenants.

Safe neighborhood. Close to Wal Mart grocery as well as the highway. Decent restaurants in the area and the outdoor shopping mall is pretty close.I lived here 3 years I believe. Maintenance stays on top of things. The office is good about telling you if you have a package that was delivered to the office.I learned to swim in the pool they have.Only downside I had was neighbors having to many guests and taking up all the parking in the middle of the night. I wish instead of the swamp cooler they had AC.

Ive lived at Pine Valley Estates for a long time. The complex is older but the size of the apartments is generous. These are duplexes that feel more like homes than apartments. I have wonderful neighbors here. It is quiet and provides easy access to I-10.The staff is courteous and professional.

Excellent service. Ms. Isela, the property manager is very approachable and always willing to solve any problems for the comfort of the residents. The pool needs some work but the apartments are HUGE (compared to other westside/upper valley area apartments and cheaper in price) and beautiful . The exterior area is well maintained. The service is amazing.

Not only are they pet-friendly, but their customer service front representative, as well as their maintenance crew, are always on top of things. Weve lived in other apartments that are considered high-end and only got headaches from having to deal with inexperienced individuals who lacked customer service skills, and it beats the the white apartments on Bellrose St. on the East Side: We lived on the ground level, while our neighbors upstairs got flooded due to a faulty toilet, and our belongings were contaminated, and yet management didnt do anything, while we lost several hundreds of dollars. Here, were in the Big Leagues. Maintenance Crews are on-call 24/7. How can you beat that?

I have lived here for a couple of years, it is very quiet! The treatment that Isela (manager) gives you is excellent, always very friendly, she always clarifies any questions you have. If you want a place that feels like home, this is the one!
