I have been living at Pine Terrace for Almost a year and I will be resigning my lease in 2 months. I don’t know why some other people are dissatisfied. Every work order that I have ever placed has been completed to the fullest degree. The grounds are always clean and the neighborhood is quiet. The staff in the office have been very helpful and respectful and they always have a smile on their face and make you feel right at home. Thank you, Pine Terrace for making my first apartment experience a good one and continuing to make it an awesome one💙

I lived here before decided to come back because they work with you and really try to keep you around . The area is quite and most people I have met around here are cool. This works for my and my little family . No 5 stars cuz no move in specials lol .. sorry

A shout out to our Community Leader Maria for making this community a better place alongside with her amazing staff! I am not losing HOPE & not GIVING UP! Been here for 6 years about to sign our 7 year lease and I have got to say we have had great experience with this new management and staff everyone is very friendly understanding, compassionate and very respectful! These apartments have come a long way and now with new found hope this community will definitely become an amazing place the way it was always ment to be! They always have their work orders done and complete on time they go above and beyond! They are very fast at fixing everything. I have got to say we are very blessed to have stuck around and calling these apartment our home! Great place to live. Security is great they are extremely reliable. I know that I can always count on the office and the staff and the manager to always have any issue fixed and always have my back. So if youre looking for a good place to live with great rates and amazing staff this is the place for you!

I’ve been living in Pine Terrace going on a year now and I can definitely say you will get what you pay for. The buildings are older than what they look and somethings in the area a slightly off putting however I will give proper respects to the the management team who took over the end of last year. Mrs. Maria and her team in the office and on site maintenance beyond amazing. From small things like knowing almost 300+ tenants on property to more major things like getting the AC fixed in of a record breaking heat wave. This has truly been one of my more pleasant experiences in living in apartments since I’ve moved to Texas. Also, contrary to some of the previous reviews, I’m sure many of you have reviewed before the break is destruction and or trash have been significantly reduced under this to management. Miss Maria, the property manager has reinsured. This comes to a screeching halt with on-site security, arriving around 8:30 PM nightly Sunday to Saturday and several officers that patrol the area throughout the day. Although I’m aware that we can’t stop people from being who and what they are i.e. criminals but I can definitely tell there’s a strong ground of prevention. I would strongly suggest anyone moving here.

This apartment was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect, close to all the amenities I needed. The management was also very responsive and helpful. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this apartment to others.

Had an opportunity to check in and review apartments for an elderly relative. I was amazed and pleasantly welcomed by the staff as they helped me tour the available units. The property management team here is top notch and followed up with me until I secured a unit for my aunt. I appreciate their responsiveness and my aunt has been pleased with how prompt they are with any maintenance concerns she has had since moving in. I recommend this property to anyone looking for affordable and clean housing options in the Houston area.

Ill say this is a pretty generous 4 star review.negs- I developed a small infestation of bed bugs in my last month staying here in a total of 12 months.I had a couple water problems and roaches but all negligible and were quickly fixed by the friendly staff including the maintenance, plumber and the pest guy.also I cant help but feel that I was taken advantage of in prices in between my two 6-month periods of stay.positive-the mail lady is very kind. all tenants are relatively friendly and no violenceThere is two security guards staying here, but they are just lazy, however I feel that they keep the neighborhood safe.The location of these apartments provide me quick access to the bellaire and River oaks shopping centers as well as the freeway, but keep in mind, it is still the city and it can feel cramped at times.Finally, there is a pool. You get what you pay for, though, in todays market, these apartments may be losing value.

Living at Pine Terrace has been an amazing experience! Erin Garcia has only been extremely helpful, and I’m honestly sad that I’m moving to Austin and out of this apartment. It’s in a nice central location with Kroger and Walmart right down the street. Very minimal crime, and the maintenance guys are all super sweet and quick about their job! I had some issues with my hot water, and both Erin and maintenance came to my apartment to figure it out. A week later all of the issues were completely resolved. The entire staff was great at communicating with me, and were all super helpful. If you’re looking for somewhere cheap, with a central location and a caring property manager, move to Pine Terrace!

I recently moved out of this place. Its pretty decent for the price. Its best for students. Management try there best to resolve issue but yes they do take care of issue. Although not a gated community, i never felt insecure. Maria, Gloria and other lady are very kind and good. I think it is the best you can get for the price. If you are trying to save money or looking for temp accommodation i would recommend this place. Prefer to have a look at actual room before moving in it will help a lot in making the decision. Also there is an awesome BBQ food truck Two brother is few blocks away they make good brisket sandwiches.

I have been at Pine Terrace for six months now. Its not perfect, but for the price, it is an excellent value. They accommodate maintenance requests in a timely manner, and I feel comfortable leaving my car unlocked. It WOULD be nice if they had City of Houston Recycling, but all and all, I am very much at home here. The complex is two minutes from Loop 610, and I have already recommended them to several of my bargain-shopping friends. I DO suggest to Wellington Realty that they get up to speed with technology. We need an online rental payment system. They definitely rate every-bit-of four stars !

Great for young professionals on a budget. Quiet and out of the way. Some issues with getting maintenance to fix A/C unit in a timely manner. Need to stay on top of them for maintenance issues. Other than that its good for the price. Nice central location close to restaurants and shopping. The manager Erin Garcia is a fixer and is doing the best she can to revamp the place since the old management left. She is a very nice lady that will accomadate your needs and work with you. Everyone here pretty much keeps to themself. Overall decent apartment complex.

1 its very peaceful here no kids running around bus line is very close.parking is but becareful where you park you neighbors that dont care, will door ding hell out of yours, act as if your at fault my apt is a studio its affordable, clean . Cant complain really its no townhouse or condo the landscaping is consistent never dirty or trashed stays clean noise very little or hardly at all.im 12 min from methodist hospital, md Anderson. 6 min NRG Stadium high 90. 30 sec 610 2 min. Get my drift? I will not speak negative abt rent, bills are paid online. Any maintenance issue will be taken care during this pandemic we have careful so does the office I dont really have a need to go to the office so I have no complaint. Pine Terrace is whole lot better than Alot other apt , yes we have night Security that patrol the property. So its decent

It started off as a bad experience the when I first arrived management was absolutely trash and didn’t know what they where doing 3months into staying here new employees band management was out in they were absolutely amazing they got straight to the point what ever I needed was done same day the became more than employee they actually became my friends the best worker was mrs jenna she always greeted me with smiles and love they other women on the right aswell was such a sweet heart I recommend staying here keep up the great work ladies 💕💕💕💕💕💕💕
