The attention from the office may not be the best, however they do their best to solve the apartment complexs problems and maintain the flow.Maintenance department ,has been punctual, since I had an Air Conditioning problem and they came to solve it within the promised time.

Living at the Pine Creek is such a pleasure. The staff is amazing. Especially “Anita“.She handle everything quickly, efficiently, and always with a smile. She explained how things worked and answered all my questions. Ana did excellent customer service. The maintenance staff is great as well. I feel lucky to live in such a wonderful community.

Best apartments in town. I’ve been a resident since 2018 and Francisco has always helped me with any issue I may have. He even came and changed my air filter when he was on his day off. I truly recommend them.

My experience with my move-in process was fast and accurate. Thanks to Ms Ruby and Ms Jury they worked with me around my work schedule and gave me a timely move-in as well as a decent move-in rate..I am beyond grateful to them.

The ladies at the office are very welcoming and friendly. They went above and beyond with the moving process, and it was fast and simple. Good communication at all times. Community is very quiet. Management is also keeping these apartments safe and clean. Property is a little unloved but they are fixing it. We can already see some good changes. The first night we noticed that the a/c wasnt working right and made the report. That next morning maintenance came to check and the issue was resolved. Thank you so much Abel and Sergio. Excellent job. Its been a month since the moved in and havent seen any rodents or insects in the apartment. The surroundings and parking lot are kept clean. Love that everything is nearby ( schools, stores, restaurants, gas stations, parks and major freeways. If youre looking for something comfortable and peaceful, we surely recommend Pine Creek Apts.(Spanish)The ladies in the office are very nice and friendly. Terrible service I went today to want to rent a two-bedroom apartment and those women who are in the office dont even understand you, they should have people who speak bilingual so they can understand you, otherwise they didnt give me any information, those women are disastrous 😡🤬

The administration is terrible, it has no humanity, they are beasts how they treat the tenants when they expose their rights 😡 and they manage to not return the deposit. I finished 2 contracts, the first one for one year and the second for 2 years and when I handed over the apartment I didnt give them I owed not even a month and not even utilities, everything paid on time and when I claimed my deposit they sent me an email that I have a debt of $2,300.00. That is ridiculous and abuse of 😡 power in the administration, tomorrow is a demon 😈 😡

I have lived in Pine Creek since 2013, my children have grown up here, it has 2 swimming pools, 2 laundry areas and a court; From our first visit in search of an apartment, Myrna Litchenberg welcomed us very kindly, and offered us several rental options. We have lived here for a few years now and whatever the situation, he has always attended to us with a smile, and if it is within his means, he has resolved our need as soon as possible (even when he is no longer during work hours). Respectful maintenance staff. Pets are welcome...!!!

What a bad experience I had today in these apartments after living almost new years, the lady Luz who is in charge almost closed the door in my face just because I was abdicating my rights, she doesnt even let me talk to you, the maintenance is We miss one, Mr. Javier, who has a maintenance manager, they speak very rudely to you when they go to do maintenance, but of course, Mrs. Luz herself is rude. I lived almost nine years and today when I went to speak, I told myself that I didnt have time to speak. rude mind that was about to break down the door just because Im no longer an arquiline of hers she said that doesnt give her the right to treat people like that in the office they never have anyone when you go and theres another lady who just came in to work there and She moved there and one day they were repairing the streets and everyone respected not to get involved and she went into her apartment and said she did it because she works there so they do what they want very bad service now They are all there, one puts the orders and they erase them, there is a mousetrap that does not focus on finding that, she said that everything was going to change and she just took the position and if I noticed it because of the same thing, but profoundly they do not do maintenance, there are many mice and cockroaches, very bad experience of this team that is in charge of pine creek I had to rate it to have to comment but with a rating of 0 not even a like
