She is amazing and attentive and definitely works hard to find you the best apartments that suit you needs. I don’t have the cleanest background record but she assured me I had a good chance in getting into an apartment I liked. She definitely helped the entire way. Great experience with Apartments Now. I had Mark Abbott as my realtor who did a fantastic job. I requested an apartment search online, and within a few hours, Mark had called me. As a student, Mark was considerate of my needs and gave me plenty of options to fit my criteria. We went over potential apartments online before I drove to San Antonio to see the units in person. He was very flexible and quite responsive. The experience of touring was simple, straightforward, and hassle-free. He was very knowledgeable about all the properties that we toured and was able to answer any questions or concerns that I had. Rachel did an amazing job finding us the perfect apartment. I called her between 5-6 pm on a weekday. She was more than helpful in finding us somewhere that met all of our needs, and even called to set up the tour the next morning for us. She met us at the apartment complex the next day for the tour to make sure everything went smoothly. She checked in throughout the process to make sure our applications were being processed and congratulations were given when we had been accepted. She even sent us a message on move in day.

LET ME JUST SAY PAIGE IS A++++++ She is the sweetest and we just connected so well. She was honest and knew what we wanted and she got us into the most affordable and most beautiful apartments ( Laurel Canyon). The initial meeting was easy and location wise was easy. We went with her (in her car) and took us to the locations and since she knows every dang leasing agent in SA everyone was friendly and honest as well. Definitely choose this place to help you out. It was quick and easy and MUCH less stressful than doing it yourself. Especially if youre like us and are new to San Antonio. And plus you get a sweet gift from them when you lease through them!!! After weeks of packing up our house while trying to find a place at a reasonable price, we were exhausted. From leasing agents that dont answer their phones or emails to driving all over the place, we needed a new plan. Apartments Now was our new plan. Within minutes of submitting our apartment needs online, Cass Ochoa texted us back. We set up a meeting and that same day he found several apartments for us! Everyone at this office was very nice and helpful but I must give a shout out to Victor. He was so nice and easy to talk to and was very understanding of what I was looking for. I had tried calling and going to another apartment locator office that had helped me in the past but they did not answer and had the doors locked and no one inside. So I called this company and location and Victor answered and was able to take me as a walk-in.It took a couple hours but he was very patient and knowledgeable so he was able to look through lots of places until we found something that fit my budget and preferences. I was so surprised that I was able to find an apartment that same day since I still had about a month to find a new place. When we found a good prospect, he met up with my family at the complex and we toured one of the units together. Luckily this place was a great fit and I went for it.Overall Im super happy and surprised to find something so quickly and within budget considering how rent prices are going. I would highly recommend coming to this office and asking for Victor if you need help finding a place, no matter what your circumstances are.

Billy is sincerely the best! We have gone to him twice now to find apartments we love! He is patient, diligent, and understanding. He goes by your budget and what you want/need in an apartment. He will call and see if the apartments are having any specials and what their fees are. I always feel more comfortable going to look at apartments when he is with us. The first time we used his service, we loved our apartment but w/d was not part of our budget. This time it is and he gave us the same wonderful service and care he did the first time! I am extremely happy with my apartment options I received with the help of Jose Rodriguez. I would recommend working with him. He was very calm and really good at his job. I am a very picky person. I wanted a lot of certain things in my apartment. He helped me stay under my budget , and helped me find an apartment with everything I wanted. I even got a good move in special. Anytime I would call, or text he would answer me question. Ive used this company before , but other agent wasnt as great as Jose. The Manager, Billy was the one who started helping me after I filled my online application when my friend referred me. He was awesome! I have a full time job and Im not too familiar with the city either. I met with him only two times until I got my apt! 1st meeting was more discussing what I was looking for and what Id qualify for. He has great customer service skills and is very nice to me and the reps from the apartments. On the second meeting we discussed the options and it was pretty much down to two which I both really liked. And now I signed on with an apt that best fits my needs and budget. It was a great experience all around and completely stress free. I highly recommend Billy!

This review is a little late given I used the services at Apartments Now! back in March 2018. I wanted to make sure I left my review because my husband and I were very impressed with our experience. Billy was great at helping us find the apartment we are living in now. We were moving from out of town and came into San Antonio just for about a week prior to the move to set up housing. Billy spent almost the entire day with us showing multiple apartment complexes that each had a lot of different things that we were looking for. I had a very difficult and irritating situation so I really needed professional help on looking for a new place and she was able to narrow it down and even went with me to look at the apartment within a hour . And what I loved is she didn’t sugar coat anything and told me her own opinion/experience which really helped . Lynette Gonzales was so amazing! I called her number by total accident, and that’s probably the best mistake I’ve ever made in my entire life! I was losing my mind searching for an apartment. I was at a loss, no place to go after Residences at Medical lied to me and took my money, see Google Review. As I was desperately searching for a place I was told to see Dae Chong at Apartments Now. I told the person that told me that my experience with apartment locator services have been negative at best, as people I spoke with were lazy and not interested in helping me since my needs were not normal. Reluctantly I called Dae and he immediately made me feel important and like I was his number one priority. Dae searched all over San Antonio until he found not just one location, but several. He also went with me to talk to the apartment manager/leasing agents. Why is that important? It is because you have someone to speak for you, represent you, and be there for you.. Also, I am in a wheelchair and needed a handicap apartment asap. I am happy to say that I signed a lease and was able to move into an amazing location. Dae will do the same for you, this guy is very dedicated to his work, he is compassionate, knowledgeable, professional, easy to talk to, and he will never make you feel like you are a burden, or will he ignore your phone calls and and/or answer all of your questions. So, I was getting prepared to research and visit apartments in San Antonio on my own when I heard about Apartments Now! I reached out to them through their Instagram page and heard back from Paige Slaughter almost immediately. She asked me what I was looking for, and within a few days, emailed me a spreadsheet with detailed information about all of the places that fit my specs. She also reached out to the leasing agents at each place to let them know I would be visiting in person. When I came to San Antonio this week, she went around with me to all of the places on the list, and we were seen immediately with leasing agents at each location. It definitely helped to have her by my side! I was able to find a great spot in just a few hours!
