    Carlos Cantu was such an incredible find when my family and I moved to Austin. I was already shocked that this service was completely free, so if I’m being honest I wasn’t expecting huge things.What I got was a sauve, charismatic man, who acted as a personal chauffeur for the day (and was also patient with me as I had a car seat for my 3 year old daughter), and he quiet literally drove me around the city, getting to know me and educating me on places and areas that would suit our family.He helped locate us in East Austin, and we are moved in now and so incredibly grateful for his help.I would have been lost without him!     I got LUCKY when I included Perch Apartment Locators in my outreach to 6 different Austin locaters. I sent my inquiry on a Saturday evening. Brad called me back Sunday morning.     I had been fired after undergoing emergency back surgery and fell behind on my rent by the time finding a new job. Ended up getting evicted. One night I came across Cody’s advertisement on how he works with people being evicted or owing rental balances. Because every which way I was being denied and in the verge of not having a place to move to in such a big city (Austin, Tx) I gave it a shot and reached out to him to see if he could help. With much confidence, Cody said he would work hard in finding me a place. He stayed in much contact with me every step of the way. Explained to him I only had a few days to move out, Cody wasted no time and found me a beautiful place to live. My daughter and I could not be happier. He worked so fast and he only took a few days to make it happen. I highly recommend him if anyone is facing eviction, issues with bad credit, and even if you owe a rental balances, Cody is the guy you definitely want to reach out to. 100% satisfied!

    We highly recommend Cody with Perch. He was able to find us a first level unit with a fenced yard with at least 15 feet in depth for our propane grill. Not only did he help us find exactly what we were looking for we got a really good deal. We received $75.00 off a month on our rent and we also got free rent for Nov and Dec. we are now in a newer apartment which is slightly larger and we are paying less. We highly recommend Cody. He is very familiar with the communities in the area and has a great relationship wit my their offices. Don’t hassle. Don’t waste time. Give Cody a call. He will not disappoint!!!

    JENNA WINOT (apartment locator)Do you need an apartment locator that will listen to your detailed information and work around the clock and not put excuses??? Jenna W. is an amazing person!!! She listened to my details, the apartment details I wanted, the area, her patience, when I asked for a list, I thought I was going to get 3-4 places. This young lady spit out 8-10 places that suit my needs and wants for my temporary stay in Austin. She knew I was from Odessa, Texas and had no clue what area was decent or good for me. I actually liked the first three places, but the apartment complex dropped the ball!!! They did not call me back or do what they said they were going to do so unfortunately I had to tell Jenna to help me again. Did she gripe about having to do more work? HELL NO, she was apologizing for the three places dropping the ball!!!! Then next thing you know it, she’s sending out more places!!! I did not have to ask her, she jumped on it immediately!!! Jenna is a prime example of a person that is a working girl that’s tuff!! I love her attitude, her work ethics, and her attitude. You can count on her, she is a dependable young lady, and is extremely honest too!!!My new apartment has the most beautiful view and it’s extremely nice!!!

    Dawn was AMAZING. I felt like I got top knot h personal care with her. I am moving from out of town and was not able to tour the facilities or meet with anybody in person and Don went and toured the facilities and gave me video of the apartments walking around.     Cody!!! He did an amazing job in helping me and my kids find a place to live! Even with my eviction and low credit he was able to get me in somewhere and guaranteed if I applied I would be approved!     With only having a little over one month to move and find a place it was stressful. I used google and found Perch locators. I had the pleasure of working with Nick Ulrich, but due to an emergency he had to take care of he introduced me to his coworker Josh King. Both agents are great and helped with the need of finding a place. Josh took us on such a short notice, and found my partner and my myself the perfect new home. Josh was kind and understood exactly what we wanted, including our budget. We know with finding the perfect place to call home we would have to spend a little more. This is my first apartment and Im blessed to find affordable housing. I have a partner named Hector and two rescue pets, who have enjoyed being in there new home also. She filtered through to give me options that matched my preferences and budget - because she listened, remembered and is great at what she does. We narrowed down options in her office then went to look at a few in person.     Long review but I’m so happy! I cannot brag about Shanna enough! She is the best! My experience was a 10/10. I have previously worked with other apartment locating companies here in Austin, and it felt so out of touch like they weren’t listening to what I needed and definitely not personable, it was always a miss on finding an apt. Oh but when I found Perch and Shanna…let me tell you they were so amazing! Shanna listened to every thing I wanted, she let me know what was reasonable to consider within my price range, areas to consider, gave me the best options, all of the things! She answered all of my millions of questions at all times of the day, meet with me at the apartments, gave her expertise and opinion and just was ultimately great. I spoke with Shanna on a Tuesday and I signed my lease on a Friday. She was there every step of the way, she even went to the complex for a minor issue on my behalf when I couldn’t.     Haley has helped me find a new apartment. I wish my credit would have afforded me more choices to consider. I appreciate that she narrowed things down and that I was approved at the apartment I’m about to move to. I’m hopeful that the updated apartment looks almost as nice as the model I was shown that had furniture. I’m hopeful everything functions well. It’s in the same area so I will need to stay alert and vigilant. I should feel safer on the third floor.     If you need help finding a great apartment, Shanna Coulson is the best and I mean that! My fiance has some credit issues so we were lost and having difficulty finding a place. Shanna worked so hard to find us a great apartment in the exact area we were looking, asked all the right questions about what we wanted in a place, and toured with us (also asking the leasing agent great questions that neither of us had thought of).     I would give them 20 Stars if I could I worked with Paul Freiwald I was having such a hard time finding a place because I have a few hurdles that I have to jump through..also the apartment had to be a ADA approved apartment because Im wheelchair-bound. And within an hour he found a place that I could afford that was ADA approved and that I got into. He came with me to the viewing. Helped with all of that process as well. He is an amazing person, very supportive and help throughout the whole process. And then perch also helped with changing my electricity over to the new apartment as well! I would recommend Paul and this company to anybody that is looking to rent or own an apartment condo or house.

    10/10 would and already have recommended family and friends to Cody at Perch Austin Apartment Locators. He really went above and beyond and I couldnt be more satisfied with the results. I told him what I was looking for in an apartment and that I didnt have the best credit along with some other issues that would keep someone from getting approved for a place but he found some places that were willing to work with me. We went and saw the first apartment and didnt even need to see the second, I was sold! During the application process and while I was waiting to hear back about approval Cody checked in with myself and the leasing office daily for updates. When I finally did get approved and was ready to move in. The leasing office had a hiccup and put me in the wrong unit than the one I agreed on and was promised during the tour. I didnt speak up about it but when Cody saw the unit number on my paperwork he spoke up for me and encouraged me to go back to leasing office and confirm the change.     I live in NYC and went to Austin in September to look around for a short-term apartment rental. I will be staying in Austin for 3 - 6 months in order to help my daughter when she gives birth at the end of January. Before I left NY, I contacted Perch Apartment Locators and spoke with Nick. I told Nick what I was looking for: a short-term lease (3-6 months) in a relatively new apartment complex, close to my daughters home in Round Rock. During our conversation I learned that in general, apartment finders only make commissions on longer leases (12 months +). But Nick was still interested in helping me find something. I told him I felt bad taking up his valuable time, but he insisted I come in anyway. When we met Nick and I compared lists, his list with the parameters Id previously given him, and mine that I had come up with from my internet searches while still in NY. We spent close to an hour together, discussing the pros and cons of multiple apartment complexes, and knowing that I only had 3 days in Austin, Nick narrowed down my very long list, crossing off places that he knew to be too old, or far from my daughters place. I added a couple of places to my list that he recommended as well and I left in search of possible rental units. Nick told me to give him a call if I had any further questions. Today, less than a month after our visit, Nick called to follow up. I was happy to tell him that with his guidance my search was successful. I wanted to write this review to give Nick credit for the time and effort put in to a proposal that will net him nothing in terms of commission, other than the fact hes a kind person who is in the business not only for the money, but to genuinely help people.     I cannot recommend this agency and Tina E enough. Tina helped me through an emergency situation while I was driving from Seattle, WA to Austin, TX. My apartment fell through at the last second, the day I literally started my 4 day drive to TX.     If you are thinking about moving in Austin or to Austin, you NEED to get Nick from Perch as your apartment locator. Nick is hands down my lifesaver in my move to a new apartment. I had already been living in Austin for a year so I thought I knew what was up, but he has expanded my knowledge exponentially. I had a very strict budget with so many specifications for how exactly I wanted my apartment to be and Nick hit the nail straight on the head. From the beginning to the end of the journey, Nick has been an an AMAZING apartment locator.First, I put in my interest form at 8:30 pm at night, thinking it would take me a few days to hear back. WRONG. He texted me and called me within MINUTES of me submitting the form and was so excited to ask me about everything exactly that I want. He asked me questions that I didn’t even think about and was patient with me as I thought about the answers. We set up an appointment for the next day to meet in person (which I really appreciated). Throughout the apartment hunting process, he would respond to me within minutes every single time (and I would reach out at the craziest times)Nick’s biggest strength is in his honesty. I would send him different apartments I was looking at and he would give me his honest review on them. As he’s been in the real estate game for 15+ years, he knew everything about everywhere. I could tell that he frequently visited many apartments and asked the residents how they enjoyed living there. For every single of the apartments he recommended me (of which there were a perfect amount), he would tell me the honest pros and cons of them (whether it was how big the space was, the price, etc) so I could then make the decision for myself. I appreciated him giving his input but not trying to sway me one way or the other.I am a single woman living alone, so safety is a huge priority for me. Nick helped me pick out apartments that were well renown for being safe and secure. If I sent him an apartment that I had looked at, he would honestly tell me stuff like “it’s a great apartment but the area around it might not be the best at night which is why I didn’t recommend it to you in the list.” I appreciate him keeping my safety top of mind.Another thing I really enjoyed with Nick is that he would go out of his way to find out information for you. There were many times, if an apartment complex didn’t pick up the phone, he would drive there for me to ask questions, set up the appointment, and communicate to me the entire time. I could tell he loves the real estate game with how much passion he put into my case.Apartments are always changing prices and deals, and Nick seemed to be omnipresent with the knowledge. I would get texts/calls from him with up to date information-“X apartment with XYZ amenities you wanted just went on the market-want me to schedule an appointment for you?” I appreciate him keeping up with the market instead of just sending me a list and doing no further work. He constantly went above and beyond this entire journey with me, and I can tell that is the type of person that he is all the time.This morning, I got a call from Nick telling me congratulations. I asked what for, and he told me I had just gotten approved the apartment I wanted! I hadn’t even heard back from the apartment yet, but he went out of his way to consistently call and check up with them for me after I submitted my application, even when his responsibility of this part of the journey was over. That was genuinely so nice of him and brightened my whole day.Overall, Nick is honest, funny, positive, patient, responsive, and an all around stand up guy. He truly cares for his clients’ well-being and happiness. I am so thankful and lucky for his help. When I move again or if any of my friends are thinking about moving, I know I will contact Nick in a heartbeat. THANK YOU NICK!!

I showed up on a Saturday morning without an appointment to meet with him and after filling out a brief survey he found numerous apartments within my very limited price range. He showed that he really cared that I found a good apartment and I ended up filling out an application that day.My only complaint is that I was supposed to meet with another agent who I had spoken with on the phone 3 weeks earlier and I was not informed that he was with another client that day.     Our family is so very happy with our experience with Apartments Now. We had the pleasure of working with Ingrid in finding an apartment. We have major issues with our credit after identity theft. In addition, we relocated to Austin and have no connections or family here so we were blind and in the dark. We had no idea where to live, which areas were nice, and which apartment complex would work with our credit issues. We were facing applying to many apartment complexes in an effort to find one that would work with us which would have cost us a ton of money in application fees and administration fees.     If I did not believe in the concept of serendipity before, I most certainly do now!! Nick was waiting for a client in the parking lot of a complex that my partner and I had scouted on our own.     I met Tom Harrell when I moved from out of state to Austin a few years ago. Ive never heard of apartment locators before and was pleasantly surprised as to their service.     Ingrid was amazing!Im 36 years old, and it had been around 15 years since the last time I had to look for an apartment. I was relocating for my job, and I only had three weeks before I was expected to begin work in Austin. With the short time frame and the overwhelming amount of apartments in the area, I was stressed. I wasnt sure what to expect from an apartment locating service. I was skeptical. The service I got from Ingrid was amazing. I told her multiple times during my time with her how impressed I was, and how she was doing way more than I had expected. From 1,000 apartments in Austin, she narrowed it down to six based on what I was looking for and where. We only had to look at four before I signed a lease. Ingrid even drove me from place to place. I was blown away by her knowledge and attention to detail (she took great notes for me). She easily saved me two days of time compared to if I had tried to do it myself.     This place is great! I was online looking for myself and responded to an add on an apartment I saw. I didn’t realize ApartmentsNow was apart of it as I was looking at a lot of options, I gave the okay to reach out.     Manuel Mata was the most professional agent I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I had damages to my apartment due to a winter storm and was forced to vacate the unit so repairs could be made, which left me scrambling to find a new place to live. I contacted Manuel and within one day he had a list of excellent options to choose from. Within 2 days, we zeroed in on a new place with a GREAT deal. He met me at the leasing office with only a 30 minute heads up and walked me through the entire application process. On the third day, I was approved and got my keys to move in. 3 DAYS!!! That’s how long it took me from worrying about where I would live next to finding a place that I love at a great price. I cannot stress enough how much I appreciate Manuel, and I would recommend him to anybody.

Within hours of reaching out she called me and spent 30 minutes on the phone with me going through my dealbreakers and what I want in an apartment and she spent a few hours searching for me and by 10 pm (which I appreciate so much!     Fantastic service. Actually free, no catch. I worked with Monica to find a new apartment on short notice with bad credit and she made the process a breeze.
