    In early January, I left a very scathing review about my experience in this complex. I am happy to report that there have been vast improvements. Management is more interactive with the residence here, from my observation, of course, and they are now handling request and issues, expeditiously and efficiently. Please management, that I do not wish for you to respond, I just want you to continue doing what you are currently doing, which is putting effort into us residence! Keep up the good work!

    Mr Stanley worked on the disposal problem ; he fixed and had it working in no time ! Thanks again , I appreciate the prompt and excellent service! He also worked on the door both entrance door locks which took a bit of work and effort this hopefully will help me safetywise. He also asked about my heating which is in good working order .I believe he cares about all the tenants of the property .The whole staff works well together the main reason for the 5 star rating 👏 👌 Frances

    My name is Adolph Davis, apartment #314, Ive always had excellent repair work done on my apartment everytime Mr. Stanley has came to do the job. He is courteous, knowledgeable, listens and does a professional job. I go by what he shows me. He earn and deserve this compliment. Ive been hear I think 5 or 6 years Ive heard other residents compliment him. Good work deserves a compliment everytime and I have thanked him many times. Im glad to call Pepper Tree Manor my home⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    My name is Donna Thomas. I moved here in April of 2022. I love it here. The office staff has recently changed from when I moved in but so far theyve been really kind and helpful. The grounds are kept up, mowed often, shrubbery trimmed, edged and flowers planted in season. The maintenance supervisor, Stanley, makes sure that once he gets the order he comes out and gets the job done. Basically a quiet, safe place to live. There are events, outings, bingo, church and trips for the elderly tenants to enjoy, along with the provided transportation. I truly love my new home..... I have no complaints, other than we dont get our mail until late evening and nightfall..And thats a hassle when youre waiting to receive something..So far, Im happy and enjoy living here, love my cottage and that Im able to plant flowers, etc..in my small yard .Thank You, Peppertree Manor for a great living experience...Donna Thomas. #2012..🙏🏾

    Ive lived here for 8 years and really like it here. I have a dog and theres plenty of grass to walk him around.Any maintenance issues have been been resolved in a timely manner.

    I have Lived at Peppertree Manor Adult Community since 12-23-19 and I Love ❤️ it. It has been a Blessing, the office staff have been kind and they are very Knowledgeable.There maintenance department have also been very accurate.Thank You Peppertree Manor!!

    Since the new staff started in January, the property has been going up. Everyone is so generous, patient and nice, always willing to help. Mrs. Julia, Mrs. Rita and Mrs. Maria is a great team. Mr. Stanley is a great maintenance man.

    I have been here 6 yes. IN JANUARY when you took over Apts youve fix a lot of things that were broken.The office and maintenance staff very good,Curtis, an patient. MOST of all we now have a EMC number to call if anything goes wrong and they always answer back day or night.
