    I lived here for about 5 Years. They are fine starter apartments. They are affordable. Location is not the best considering it is Rundberg but it was good in terms of it being 10-15 min away from grocery and shopping stores.Staff were fine and i never had any issues with them. Irma was nice and helpful. Maintenance would come when called. The only reason we moved was because we needed more space and washer and dryer outlets.That being said i do think they need to be more on top of their washing and drying machines as sometimes it was a hassle to wash and sometimes guess which ones worked and which ones didn’t resulting in the machines eating the quarters. Other than that everything was ok. I never had issues with any break ins into my cars.

    As a resident that has been here for 23 years I can honestly say I love it here. Karina and Irma are so helpful and maintenance are always on top of things! The property is always well maintained.

    I came from CA last year and found Pebble Creek through internet. It was a gamble because I saw so negative comments but they were old comments. So I took a decision because of the less rent I was ready to choose that risk. But when I came and I stayed here for 1 and a half year. My experience was always 10/10. Office staff and maintenance crew always helpful. Calm community, never got any problems with neighbours and any other person. Gated community, always feel safe there. I enjoyed my time and had a best time in Pebble Creek. I still miss my apartment. Thanks for everything Pebble staff.

    Management is always so helpful. They are very responsive and always take care of the property along with the residents living at the apartments. Property is very clean and the neighbors are very respectful. I would definitely recommend checking out these apartments if you are looking for your next apartment lease.

    The property is always clean and the staff is nice and friendly. The manager Karina is such a sweetheart. The gym, pool, volleyball & tennis courts are always nice and clean. The office staff is really helpful, and the maintenance staff is always available. Such a nice experience.

    The property is very clean & nice. The staff from the office very helpful & friendly, they’ve helped me with any issues or problems I’ve had & they have an amazing attitude no matter what. All the areas around the property are always kept clean, the gym, the pools, the park, tennis court, everything always looks in check. No complaints whatsoever.

    Was living with my husband for 2 and a half years in this condo and we never had any security problems or inconveniences. The maintenance staff always dealt with any problem that arose in the department quickly and the girls in the office always treated us with great kindness.

    I lived here for a little over 4 years. Over that time never had an issue directly or indirectly (like gate issues, amenity problems, etc.) that wasn’t reasonably taken care of. The office & maintenance staff are top notch. For the price & for the area it is by far the best bet. The negatives, well you can’t pick your neighbors lol but that’s any where you go & frequent laundry machine issues like dryers not drying or washers not draining all the way. Easy enough to avoid though if you make note of which is where. In conclusion, I’d recommend. I was in the about 420sqft unit , brand new to the city for 1st job after graduation. Comfortable enough for me to save up $ while also frequently traveling for work. Moved for more space & they didn’t offer the floor plan I wanted. Honorable mention: Miranda, most times I had to stop by the office I ended up dealing with her; always super professional & great at following back up with you when needed. Also my Move Out process was very smooth if that gives you any idea of how the office runs.

    I am 25 yrs old and I lived at Pebble Creek from Sept 2019-March 2020. I really enjoyed my time at Pebble Creek, the leasing office is incredibly professional and friendly. I did need to make a maintenance request for my dishwasher and it was handled immediately the next day after I put in the request. I felt safe with the property being gated and presence of courtesy officer. Lots of cats on the property, which I think is cute. Lawn and dog parks are well maintained. I think the value of this complex is very fair and good!

    Love it here! Defiantly recommend if your just looking for an average apartment! It has wood floors, new ceiling fans, two pools, a jacuzzi, volleyball and tennis courts. They really care about the apartments. They’re always re painting the parking spots. They planted new plants when I moved in, and just the other day I walked to the mail boxes and they had painted the mailbox room! I’m defiantly pleased with my experience here. The office staff is very friendly, Ive have no problems so far. This is the best price and good deal your going to find in Austin. Plus, your a lil north but defiantly still central enough to do a lot of shopping or eating or whatever.

    I have been living here for the last two years, and I think this complex is just great. It is very welcoming and family orientated. You cant beat the price, and the space you get is very large. If you ever need to make a maintenance request, it is very painless via the online portal, and they always come super fast. It is also a short drive to the UT area. Im really glad I found this place!

    Great place to live, I feel safe living here. It is family orientated and has a calm environment. I love the tennis courts! Not a lot of those in Austin where you can play for free. This would be a great place to live as a UT or ACC student as the location is great. Really glad I found the place!

    I moved almost a month ago to Pebble Creek, I must say that it is my first time renting so I had many doubts and fears associated with the process. However, I was always treated with respect and all my concerns were patiently resolved by the girls in the office (Karina and Irma).During this time I have felt very safe and happy to have arrived at this place and I am going to give some reasons that would make me choose it again:1. It is very clean, the exterior of the apartments and the green areas remain pruned and adequately maintained.2. The reports are attended to in a timely and super fast manner, not to mention that the Guy who makes them demonstrates expertise and is very kind.3. It has very cozy spaces to enjoy with the family (the tennis court, the volleyball court and the picnic areas)4. The doors to the street remain closed and that Point transmits security.5. Prices are affordable and there are options from studios to larger apartments.I would only point out how negative or weak point the residence is in the maintenance of the washing machines and dryers in the laundry rooms.However, it is a place that I would choose again and where I feel a lot of peace and security.

    Hello, good afternoon, I want to share my humble opinion of what it is like to live here.To begin with, the girls in the office are very friendly, especially Jessica, she is very attentive, very kind, very nice and even explains things very well. They gave me the apartment in 1 week, after verifying all the corresponding documents, the time came to give me the keys. and the apartment is impeccable, very nice, everything works, they fulfilled the discount for having recommended other people, something that in other apartments they only lie but here they dont lie because they did give it to me, the property is very clean, very quiet and its club house is very Their accessible laundry is nice and they all work perfectly. They are old but those wash better than the new ones. Another thing I like is that you call them and they always answer the phone, not like in other places that never answer in Pebble Creek. If they answer, the apartments are also They have ceiling fans and renovated lights and a very nice refrigerator and a huge kitchen, all the gates work, which helps to ensure that not just anyone enters to park, their pools are clean and everything is clean, we also have the patrol always circling around, this is my experience I dont know about other people but I am in love with where I live my children love it too ahhh and another thing they may not have a deal with spectrum for the internet but they help you with the company called grande es for internet and it is better and cheaper than spectrum so I invite you to come live here, very quiet and very cheap, super comfortable, dont believe me, come to the office and ask.
