Jacob was great on the tour, showing me around the place, including the study rooms, clubhouse, pool, workout areas, basketball court and the model apartment. The clubhouse was very clean, nice, and modern, as was the apartment I was shown. They were all very nice in the office and answered all my questions. Highly recommend!

I believe it is very important to maintain good collaboration with the landlord. I would like to express my gratitude to Nick for his prompt assistance, genuine willingness to help me and my roommates with any issues we encounter in our apartment. In the past, we received little to no response from the office, but Nick has made our lives much easier. I believe he is the kind of person every complex needs to provide excellent support. Parkway made an excellent choice in hiring him for this position!

Ill be honest, the transition period this summer between the old and new apartment managements was rough. AC kept breaking, and maintenance requests took months before they were finally fixed. HOWEVER, it seems recently most things are looking up. The customer service has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me get old tickets resolved (shout out to Nick at the front desk!). Its my hope that things only get better from here. If they do, Ill be sure to re-sign for my third year here.

I honestly had a good move in, they were quick in getting people through. Also the way it was spaced was probably optimal for having room and time to move in comfortably. I did have the earliest move in time and they were ready till about 15-20 mins after which was really inconvenient considering I left work early, and I could’ve left later that what I originally planned. over all really easy flowing and efficient.

The staff are so amazing and helpful especially when it comes to answering questions! This was my first time ever living in an apartment and I am so grateful that I chose Parkway Place! I trust this apartment complex to resolve any issues I have and help me figure out things along the way. The maintence team are also amazing people! They get the work done fast and effective. They are also some of the nicest/coolest people you will meet! I also love the apartment itself. I live in a 4x4 standard and the quality is amazing. Everything is very nice and the is plenty of room ariund the apartment!

Parkway Apt is one of the best apt you can ever consider residing as an international student. I have so far enjoyed my stay and i recommend anyone who want to stay here for the next academic year. Parkway Place has been a great place to live for my child through college. The resident clubhouse and pool area is one of the nicest I have seen at any complex! Courtney, the manager, has very helpful with any questions my daughter has had since move-in. Highly recommend living here!

I actually really enjoy staying here. Even though there’s so many college students here it’s really quiet. I’ve been having some trouble with money but they’ve helped me with that. The maintenance men are nice and respectful. Traffic is crazy from 4-7 but that’s not really the apartments fault.

Parkway place is am amazing place to live with a love-able and friendly office staff. Sarah gave me the best tour and carefully explained all of the benefits of living there, and she wasnt wrong! They have free sonic drinks on Thursday, and all kinds of comity events that made my first year away from home easier. James and Will always answer the phone with a friendly tone and work you through any problems you have, including maintenance requests and rent questions. The apartments are well taken care of and the on suite bathroom and closets make the space your own.

Great experience so far! The show apartment was very nice! The staff was super welcoming! Brandon gave me a tour. He was very nice and knowledgeable about the apartment and the area! He had good energy and went above and beyond to help me with the leasing process!

Ive lived here for around six months now and am honestly very impressed with the property and the front office staff. Maintenance requests are usually handled within a couple of days and every issue Ive had has been handled in a timely manner. Lauren is my go-to person and is so knowledgeable about the leasing process as well as the property itself. Andre (sp?) Is also always willing to help and answer my questions. Im always impressed by their friendliness and willingness to help. Im always greeted by name when I walk through the office door, which is something that doesnt happen when living in the mega complexes. If the gym were bigger with more updated equipment and the kitchen area a bit bigger, this complex would rival the huge complexes in the area as far as amenities go. However, the furnished apartments, covered parking option, huge closets, and study rooms are a big bonus. Ive already resigned here for next year. Im very pleased overall and feel that this place offers a good value for my money.

I love Parkway Place! This is my first time ever living away from the only place Ive ever known as home. But Parkway Place now honestly feels like my home! These past 6 months have been amazing and I am so excited to have more time here! The amenities are amazing and my 4 bed 4 bath townhome unit feels like an actual house, not just a regular apartment. The staff here is also so great. They constantly stay updated on social media to let you know about any information and also about the events they have all the time. I love that they provide fun get togethers in the clubhouse where we can meet fellow residents and get away from the stress of school.Also the management is also so amazing! My roommates and I unfortunately made the mistake of signing our fall 2017 - Summer 2018 lease with their sister complex next door and had major problems! The management there didnt care to help us at all. So we headed over to Parkway Place to see if there was a way for us to move over to them for the duration of our lease. Its obviously a very uncommon and difficult request but Kristine didnt have a single hesitation when it came to making it happen for us. She did everything in her power to help us and because of her we were able to move over within a week. My roommates and I havent had a single problem/regret since. I cant thank Parkway Place and their staff enough for giving us such an amazing first apartment experience!

Parkway Place is a pretty good place to live at overall. I resigned to stay here another year, which is the first place Ive done that to since starting college. Rebel and Kylie are my two favorite people to work with at the front office! They are always so friendly and happy to help out! My only complaints are the amount of speed bumps since I live in the back, and that they dont really listen to where your preference to live is, on the questionare you fill out when you sign up. I signed at a fairly high rate compared to all of my roommates last year because I wanted an upstairs room, which I did not get. Then I got stuck resigning with that rate because they dont give very good resigning rates. Other than that I have really enjoyed my stay here and look forward to another year here with one of my roommates!

I have only been living here for a couple months now, and I have not had any problems with my unit or the staff. The clubhouse is a great place to get stuff done and computer access is always available.The staff is very friendly and helpful with any questions that I have. I did a random roommate match, and the staff couldnt have done any better. I get along with my 3 other roommates whom I got really close with. I am very pleased with this apartment complex that I have renewed my lease for the next year.

I love living here, the apartments are really nice and the amenities are great! All the staff is fantastic and very diligent! Super pet friendly and very accommodating to their residents (ya know, within reason). Also Sarah, Will and James in the office are literally the nicest people you could meet!

I wish I hadnt signed my lease already, I wouldve signed my tour! I went to tour with my friend who was considering living there after I signed my lease. Charlie gave two of us a tour and it was amazing. He knew everything about the models we toured as well as the whole complex. If only Id toured this place a few weeks earlier! Parkway Place has so many amenities and the staff is so nice!! Each room in the bigger model comes with an intercom system, TV, and huge shower or jacuzzi tub. I would definitely reccomend it!

I am a freshman at Texas A&M University, and I didnt know much about apartment searching. I decided to take a look at Parkway Place Apartments because I was looking for a place to stay next semester, and this location was very convenient. A leasing agent named Ashley helped me, and she was absolutely fabulous. After several incredibly frustrating encounters at other apartment complexes, Ashley completely turned my mood around. She was incredibly quick at finding me the exact floor plan I was looking for, as well as being very knowledgeable about pricing. Some of the best customer service I have had in a long time. I will certainly be recommending Parkway Place Apartments to anyone else who is in need of a place to stay!

Lived here for two years and absolutely loved it! The apartments are a little dated but very well kept and the maintenance team is always on top of things, so you barely even notice. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for affordable housing with shuttles to TAMU AND Blinn.

I personally never got a chance to lease at parkway, but many of my friends lived at this property. We frequently met up to study at the clubhouse and I was always greeted with Ashley Burkss smile and warm welcome regardless of what friend group I was with or what time of day it was. I had such great customer service from her. She was very knowledgeable and was so nice and helpful when we needed anything to assist our study environment.

Overall Ive had a great experience at Parkway. The apartments themselves are really nice. The amenities are nice. The clubhouse is always a social place to come when Parkway is doing activities, and also a good place to study. They have shuttles that run to both campuses with friendly drivers that always try to make sure youre on time to class. These apartments are safe. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Hayley Mcgrew was the first person I met in College Station and at Parkway when I came looking for housing last fall, she always had a positive attitude and a smile on her face. Every time I came into the clubhouse she remembered me by name. Hayley also helped me renew my lease and if I was ever confused about anything shed clear things up for me. I renewed because of the atmosphere of parkway. The maintenance keeps things clean around the apartments. Id recommend these apartments to anyone going to Blinn or TAMU.

I can’t recommend Parkway Place enough!! The staff is beyond friendly and helpful. The rates are shockingly affordable for what you get compared to other places. I came in with a random roommate assignment and thanks to their roommate matching surveys and stuff, my roommate is now my best friend! The amenities here and the people are extraordinary. I absolutely love it.

Coming from a small town, to the City of College Station has been a fun experience, and a lot has to do with the home my roommate and I chose. They have great prices, monthly activities, a good variety of work out equipment, tanning area and a great pool area! Its a few miles from the University and a good 15 minutes from Blinn! The complex even offers shuttles to and from the campuses!

Alright, here’s my completely honest review. I have lived here for around 2 months. Before I lived here, I lived at University Trails which was basically across Harvey Mitchell. That was the worst experience that could’ve happened in my Freshmen year. They were just awful. So coming in I was not a very happy camper. I held resentment against apartment complexes after that. I came in for move in day and it was really streamlined. You went down a line of table doing signing certain things, getting your keys, etc. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Went to my apartment, unlocked the door and found it was pretty much spotless.KitchenSome of the cabinets squeaked but nothing a little WD-40 can’t fix. There is no Pantry at all. Since I have a 2-bed to myself I just used one of the closets. Plenty of cabinets in the 2-bed. Comes with a table and 2 chairs. Regular fridge with an ice-maker. Microwave is a little high so if you’re shorter would be a little harder to reach. Dishwasher works. Garbage disposal. Oven with electric coil heating for cooking.LaundryStacked washer in 2-bed, but 4-bed has larger ones that are not stacked.Living RoomDecent sectional couch with a chaise lounge. I think more furniture in the 4-bed. Coffee table. TV stand that isn’t used as the TV they give you is mounted. 43” TV. Brand Dynex. Good picture. The TV stand can be used to put a dvr box and a game console with room to spare. Also has 4 cubbies in it that you can put stuff. There is a ceiling fan with lights in the 2-bed townhomes, not sure about other sizes.LoftBasically a big empty space in the 2-bed townhome. I turned it into an office. Big enough for a giant beanbag like I have. Has a coaxial for a tv. Can fit max 42”. Barely fits but fits.BedroomsThe one everyone wants to know about. Small to me because my last apartment was a 1-bed which had a giant bedroom. Still a good size though. Comes with 2 2-drawer dresser that sit on top of each and can be put under the bed. There is a desk in the bedroom, but I put the desks from both rooms in the loft. Walk-in closers in the 2-bed and at least the 4-bed, not sure about 1 bed. Plenty of room for clothes.Plenty of floor space for storage. Closets are in the bathroom.BathroomsFairly Large. Shower and bath tub in one. Sink with plenty of counter space. A drawer for stuff. Under the counter there is space for towels and a trash can. Toilet rarely stops up. Really good. I don’t know how warm the shower gets because I take slightly cold showers. Mirror is as wide as the counter space.ComplexOne long street leads to the back. Can be confusing the first time. There are 2 shuttles to TAMU and one van to Blinn. Blinn van comes by once an hour cause it’s so far away. Very quiet can’t hear neighbors when you are in your apartment. Has a dog park. Small but it works. Lots of dogs. Everyone’s friendly for the most part. Haven’t had any problems with the office staff. Have a mail box. Backs up to a forest basically. Forest is owned by TAMU so the core does drills out there sometimes. Sister property has amenities right next door you can use. Not gated. Basketball court at the sister property. Has a pool. Office center with copier, printer and computers. Used it a couple of times. Workout room.Maintenance is punctual. Filed a maintenance request and they were the next day. Internet is free, but bring a router for security and speed.But yeah I really like this place and would recommend it to everyone looking for a quiet place to live.

Ive been very pleased with parkway place! The office is so friendly and willing to help! The one downfall is the location it can be very hard to get out of the complex when busy traffic times but other than that its great! Hayley works in the office and makes an effort to get to know the residents and always has a smile when you walk in.
