Ive been here for about 3 months now and I really enjoy the place. Elijha was so helpful getting me in and settled, the staff here is great. They made sure I knew everything upfront going into the apartment and its exactly what I wanted. The few minor things I needed done to the apartment the maintenance crew was fast and courteous in dealing w my issues. My apartment is nice and the area is really quiet. I couldnt be happier with moving in here. Big thumbs up to Elijha and the team here.

In March, I need an apartment pretty quickly. Elijah made that happen. He gave me a tour and explained everything. I applied. I got approved pretty quickly, which I was so happy because I was so desperately needed to move.When I first got the apartment, there were a few things that needed to be fixed and I contacted Elijah and he got it done very quickly and I really appreciate that. So thank you, Elijah!

I lived in this complex for 6 years and out of all the bad, there are two reasons this is still a 5 star review. Both of them being staff members.I moved out this year and thanks to Charles, I was never sideswiped with information, I was confident in my charges and procedures involving my lease, and his consistent integrity, sincerity, and professionalism was some of the best I had ever encountered over the course of my stay here. He and I may not have gotten to know each other for a long time as he is fairly new to the complex, but if you need someone to talk to, he is your guy. You can never misunderstand what is happening when speaking with him.Now, Ive watched the Parks move through MULTIPLE companies. MULTIPLE managers, and an uncountable number of staff through my years. Dessiraee though, she is your girl if you want a hard worker that will make sure to take care of you. Through the years and changes she has been a constant, and we got to the point we were just greeting each other and she was the ONLY one I even trusted to report any issues and I know they would be addressed. She is kind, competent, and so compassionate. When put through ringer after ringer and having to explain over and over again each time a new employee or manager came in, she was always there to comfort and hold space for me, if not just outright take care of me so I wouldnt have to waste time - she already knew the drill for anything I had and her knowledge is impeccable.These two employees helped make my stay at parks more than bearable, and I genuinely will miss them both now that Im moved out. I hope you have the pleasure of working with them as I have! Dont let these two go Parks @ Treepoint

I moved into the Parks at Treepoint Apartments in October of 2023 and I have been loving it so far! Desiree helped me with every question I had at every step of the process. I felt like I was annoying them because I probably came back to the office 5-6 times before I moved in with questions and to give my family and friends a tour of the property because I was really excited! But every time, Desiree or another staff member greeted me when I walked in and was happy to help with anything that I needed. The property and my apartment is a lot nicer for the same rent that I was paying at my old apartment in Fort Worth, the dog park is very spacious with a lot of trees, there is also a cute duck pond with fountains on the other side of the property, the pool area is very nice with a picnic table and a place to grill out, and they have an outdoor gathering area with a pavilion and grills by the dog park. Most of my neighbors are nice and quiet which is nice. There’s only a couple people that I live by that have been pretty loud and obnoxious but that’s to be expected living in an apartment anyways. There’s also a Walmart right around the corner and lots of decent fast food restaurants down the street as well. I’ll probably be here for a while!

*Update*Ive now lived here a year and a half and Im so happy Ive continued to stay. Charles, the new manager, is amazing! He is so helpful that it warms my heart to know there are still people like him in the world. Thank you all for making this a place I can call home!Ive only lived here a month and a half, but so far, every staff member Ive come into contact with has been extremely helpful and courteous. Thank you for making this a great place to live. As for the location and other residents, Ive found the following to be true: the location, while right off of a busy highway, is quiet and serene. There is a lovely duck pond and the ducks wander about the tree-filled property, completely at ease. My neighbors are quite people who mostly keep to themselves, but are always friendly when I run into them. My apartment is spacious enough for me and my son to keep out of each others hair and clean with no bugs. Overall, this has been a very positive experience to date.

I have been a resident for almost 2 years now, and have recently had interest in moving from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom and Jasmine at the front desk has been nothing but an asset during this change! When I tell you I have been up to the office with a million questions, just about a million times, I’m not exaggerating. Never once has Jasmine made me feel like a bother, but rather she does everything in her power to go into detail about every little thing so I can clearly understand what to expect during every step of this process. Usually leasing departments get a bad rep, but I can say the exact opposite in my case. So if you need help with moving to a new complex or even upgrading to another unit but here at this same complex, go in and ask for Jasmine! She will make sure everything is good and ready to go for you with ease!

So, my husband and I have lived here for two years in Phase 3. Personally, I’ve never experienced any issues with bugs in our apartment. As far as maintenance goes, they do come when you put in a request. Occasionally you might have to call the office to remind maintenance in the event that they forget. We’ve always had hot water/cold water in our apartment unless it was an extreme situation (like a leak/severe weather).Occasionally it can be hard to get ahold of the office, but they’re just busy folks trying to do the best they can lol. So if I can’t get ahold of them I’ll just go into the office and problem solved. Honestly I haven’t really had a bad experience here lol. When our A/C wasn’t working we did have to call a few times, but they did get it fixed and working.So we’re getting ready to start on year three here in a bigger unit, thanks to all of the really sweet ladies in the office. I wish I knew everyone’s name because I called probably a billion times with questions and concerns. But every single time, they picked up the phone and answered my questions and helped me through the process. I loved working with Jasmine, and I loved working with Dessiraee.At the end of the day they’re just people trying to do their job to the best of their abilities lol. I was kind and patient to them and in turn they were kind and patient to me! Thank you all at the leasing office. :-)I will say if you’re wanting to move here, be ready to lock down the apartment you’re looking at because they do sell out fast!

UPDATE: I moved in on 01 July 2023 and I have to say that Ms. McKeever made the process easy and assisted every step of the way. She responded to all my questions quickly, and when I did my walk through inspection whatever errors that I did find she had the maintenance team in my apartment within a week to fix the issues (which werent many 🙂). The area that I live in is extremely quiet and peaceful. The dog park across from my apartment stays busy, but the residents that take their dogs to the park are very kind and they keep the dog park fairly clean. When I arrived on move in day there was a bottle of sparkling cider, glasses and a few small mementos that I found to be very charming. And there are no bugs which is a HUGE plus 🙂.I arrived for a tour and was warmly greeted by Ms. Troshelle. She first gave me a tour of the grounds and of a one bedroom apartment. She clearly and with detail explained the application process and went over all applicable fees. Ms. Troshelle was very helpful, warm and seemed to care about my needs. She followed up via email shortly after I finished my tour. I was so pleased with the process, location and apartment, I applied right away 🙂. Thank you for all of the help you provided Ms. Troshelle 🙂.

I’ve toured/lived in a lot of apartments in my life and the the atmosphere is defiantly a big factor when looking or living in apartments. I’ve had many rude or distance ones but Rocio was one of the nicest office person I’ve met, she was really informative and helpful when touring, as well as really sweet. Even if you’re just looking I’d definitely recommend stopping by to see and it’s overall a really nice apartment complex! :)

Rocio walked me through the apartment model they had available and she did an excellent job explaining the amenities and floor plan layout differences. Very thorough on pricing and what they check and what’s non refundable etc. It was a great time and she did show me a video of the floor plan I was interested in as well and offered me different floor plans to fit my needs as a tenant. The surrounding area seems nice as well so definitely a contender in my book

I’ve lived here for almost two years and have really never had any problems with anything. The office people are friendly, maintenance always gets handled pretty quickly and the grounds are nice. Love the pool! I have never seen a rat or any bugs for that matter either. Overall, great place to live.

Weve been living here for seven months, and we have no major complaints. Service is excellent and very amiable. They are always available, even for emergencies late at night. We understand that there are areas of improvement, such as more police patrolling, folding tables in the laundry rooms (and more cleanliness), awareness to the renters to look after their pets (as they leave the poop everywhere), need of new cabinets in the apartments, are among some of these areas. But as an overall experience, it is a great place to live, very near major highways, great and amiable service, lots of activities for us (such as brunch every month, game nights, meetings, the use of business center, etc.), no pest problems so far, and reasonable rates.

This apartment complex is amazing!, the office staff here are respectful, very kind and they help you to the full extent of their abilities, my heater was not working and I had the office send out a maintenance team and they arrived within a good time, they fixed my heater and made sure it doesn’t break down again, I’m very happy to live in this community, to the office staff and the maintenance team I believe they put 100% to make everyone happy here, I have never experienced any issue with the staff and maintenance, so I gotta say this apartment complex is worth it, it’s very clean and up to date, I love it

This place is so quiet and peaceful. I never had the issues other people have had and Im blessed to say that. Im sure there is some faults here but nothing that cant be fixed with a simple call to the office. Unfortunately due to my finances I did not have the blessing to continue to live here BUT God made a different path for my daughter and I. During the time between looking for a different place to live and just trying to adjust to the new normal for us, Rocio was there. She was EXTREMELY helpful. My experience at Treepoint was really good. I had been staying in a hotel before coming here and living in my own apartment was a big relief. MS.Rocio the leasing agent was very pleasant to talk to. The entire office environment was very welcoming and pleasant to deal with.

Wow what can I say, out of all the apartment complexes I have toured The Parks at Treepoint most definitely has to be the most welcoming, comforting, and professional apartment complex I have ever been to. Both Jordan and Rocio were magnificent hosts, taking me on a very informative tour of both of the floor plans I was interested in. They were both such amazing hosts, ensuring that my first impression of the community was most definitely a great one. 12/10 service and they even gave me a bottle of water on each visit!

I moved into TreePoint in late summer and honestly love the atmosphere and people. The grounds are clean and the pool area is kept clean. Staff at office are very friendly and attentive to what you need fixed or any maintenance requests as well. Veronica Hagedorn handled my paperwork for leasing at these apartments. Was very professional and gave me exact information I needed to move in. Great personality. All staff was very friendly and punctual. Why haven’t you moved ?

I like these apartments so far, just moved in and it’s nice and I haven’t seen any bugs or rats, I don’t know if those are fake reviews or in another phase... but the only thing I can say is that it’s been 4 days already and still haven’t seen the maintenance man come to my apartment to fix some thingsUPDATE: the maintenance came yesterday and was very nice and professional! He took care of everything and I’m very happy with my apartment! I love it!! I love these apartments. I have only lived here a month and have had an amazing time. The move in was simple and so was all the paperwork. My boyfriend and I love the location of the apartment complex. It is just down the street from a WalMart and I20. The landscaping is natural and beautiful. We have had only minor problems that have been fixed within 24 hours. I would highly recommend these apartment to anyone; especially any couple that are new to living in apartments. Also, did I mention there are 5 different pool locations? Great place to live.

My family and I moved in almost a year ago (around July) and so far things have been pretty great. Maintenance is pretty quick most of the time, the Office management are pretty nice, and we havent had any issues with our tenants as of yet. AC/heater work well (sometimes too well, lol), and the apartment was pretty much clean when we moved in (some minor nitpicks, but nothing serious). Sure the trash builds up, but its not really the apartments fault, the trash truck juat cant pick up the LARGE items that people throw out. Sure we had a short term roach problem when the downstairs neighbors moved out, but nothing a good spray down with our Bayer bug spray couldnt tale care of. (Seriously, you get it for like 10 bucks, you dont have to make things harder on yourself). Im glad to live here ^-^
