    Winea!!!! What more can I say?! Her customer service and care is amazing! I have had the privilege of working alongside her a couple years ago and experiencing the lives she’s changed by helping go above and beyond for every prospect/applicant that comes through the door. If you want an extraordinary experience and someone that will take their time to handle all of your matters with care; from work orders, to application approvals to simply just being kind. Come here. The apartments are great with an awesome gym but even better staff!

    The assistant property manager Ms. Kimberly provided exceptional customer service. She made the moving out process easier for me. Despite how nervous I was about the whole process. Since I had never done it before. However she eased my nerves and reassured me everything was going to be fine. I would definitely recommend living here if you are first starting out and looking for a true place to call home.

    My experience at Park West Apartment was amazing. It all started in a phone conversation with Winea Doyle-Contreras and she was very friendly and gave me so much information about the apartment. So much that I was very interested in applying for the apartment. One day she called me and asked me if I could come in and talk with her and I did. I felt like she was waiting to build a relationship with me and was telling me if it was anything that she could help me with dont be scared to call. She let me know that she was here for me and to make the process easy. I can also say that Mrs. Winea is that whenever I had a question she was there to answer and if it was something that she didnt know she did let me know she will get back with me. She is the best.

    Winea at the front office is very professional and exceptionally nice. Right from the first day we walked into the office to make enquiry about the apartment, she made us feel so welcome and showed us round.     If you are looking for place to move come to park west apartments. The staff is amazing they are kind and super friendly and most of all they are very helpful. I had Mrs. Wneia helped me get into an apartment and it was super easy! When I came to Park west I felt like I was at home. My experience was unbelievable. The amenities was of the chain the gym, movie room, and the walk through tour was extraordinary! Come to Park West apartments you will not be disappointed.     So I got into a little bit of a situation and needed to find an apartment ASAP. No one was really trying to help, however I got ahold of Park West apartments last minute before closing and their lovely leasing agent Ms. Winea went out of her way to assist me. She assured me the time frame as to which I could expect answers from her, and she was spot on. She handled things very quickly. The sweetest agent who has ever helped me in my life. Even the leasing office from my current apartments werent as nice as her ever! The situation I was in got worse so I couldnt continue here in Fort Worth, she got me approved for that apartment though. I was very sad to decline, however she assured me if I am ever back to reach back out and she would help. You may not remember names but you always remember how a person makes you feel and I surely did appreciate her in my time of need. I hope she gets all the raises and bonuses the apartment agency has to offer, because she deserves it!!!

    I pass by Park West apartments everyday and I have never took time to look at the apartments so I called them to schedule a tour and I spoke with Winea. She scheduled me for a tour and when that time came for the tour she was very informative and caring. She is a great woman to have sitting in the front office. She’s very welcoming and she communicates and updates me quickly on the apartment I’m trying to get. She has made my process very fast and easy.

    I have always driven by Parkwest, so it was one of my first choices when I was looking for a place to live. I am glad I stopped by, I showed up unannounced and they took me right in and took care of me, i needed a place to stay in a timely manner and they handled it for me quickly.     I moved into my apartment almost 3 weeks ago weeks ago. Ms.Winea who was my leasing agent assisted me and she did a wonderful job. She was very knowledgeable. I like that. It was really helpful. I am grateful for her as well as the other staff. The service from the staff has been incomparable from previous experiences. The maintenance crew fixed all of my request in a timely manner and left some type of communication if something needed to be order or was on back order and if something couldn’t be changed/fixed. They were quick must a say again to fix any issues. The neighborhood is very peaceful, quite and tidy!I exceptionally urge one to make inquiries for an apartment here!     I am beyond satisfied with my experence at ParkWest apartments in Fort Worth. Looks clean they have a gym, thye have clean pools for the kids. I was really happy with my help from Winea and Kimberly, both were amazing , they helped through the whole process. But really satisfied with WINEA, she explained everything thoroughly and made sure I got I wanted. She was very sweet and patient with all of the questions and concerns.     Very nice community and nice area to live in. Very close to stores and highways. Parkwest has alot of great amenities as well as curb appeal. The office staff is very pleasant and professional as well.     I recently moved to Parkwest Apartments on Crowley Rd. I am beyond satisfied with the apartment community, the commodities, like the on sight gym, the three pools, the movie room etc. However I was even more satisfied with Mrs Winea’s help through the whole process. She explained everything thoroughly and made sure we got what we wanted. She was very sweet and patient with all of our questions and concerns.     To whom it may concern concerning parkwest apartments during the month of January 2023 I came in and submitted an application with Mrs. Winea but at the time I was denied however,. Winea gave me hope and positive advice and worked with me on how to upgrade and correct my issues to be able to lease Mrs Winea called every month to see what my status was going but guess what I was able to get my apartment in July just the determination, humbleness on working with an senior citizen made me continue the tools to get approved for my apartment. With the skills of Mrs. Winea she will make an great manager and I tip my hat off with an job well done thank you so much Mrs. Winea for everything youve done!!!!

    I love the Savoy’s because it’s very quiet the office is very nice and I got a chance to meet Mrs. Winea which is the leasing consultant and she really know how to treat her residents and she answered all of my questions and was able to assit me as well as Ms. Sandra she has an sweet personality.     I moved into my apartment a couple of weeks ago and feel very lucky to have found a home here. Ms.Winea at the leasing office helped me out tremendously and I am super grateful for her. The service from the staff has been exceptional, and maintenance has been quick to fix any issues. The neighborhood is extremely calm, quiet, and clean! I highly recommend inquiring for an apartment here!

    First time leasing here and the experience is already amazing. Winea has been a huge help in the application process and has kept my needs in mind and in check. I feel comfortable living here, the area is quiet and in a nice neighborhood. I’m amazed at the amount of contact there is between resident and management.     I had to do everything over the phone and emails moving from Louisiana to Fort Worth. Winea made this move stress free. The neighbors are very nice. The neighborhood is very quiet. Multiple pools and playground is a plus for son. We can now call it home but Winea deserves a raise! Her hard work and true dedication should not go unnoticed. Especially from all the bad reviews from last year. I see great progress and that make good people want to stay longer.

    Moved here around a month ago now. Winea was extremely helpful during the leasing process, and has continued to be helpful whenever Ive had any issues.There hasnt been much wrong with the apartment and the apartment complex. Everything is kept pretty clean around the complex, you rarely see any trash around. The tenants around me are quiet, and only minor noises during the day. Maintenance has been quick and responsive the few times Ive had to call them out.

    I have been here since 2019 and I am now seeing some improvement and they are not done yet.     I just wanted to say full 5 stars to Andre. Hes the maintenence guy who started recently and he makes sure your stuff gets done!! Hes really cool and follows through when he says hes going to get you what you need.The only reason the apartment as a whole gets 4 stars is because our AC has gone out so many times and its been incredibly inconvenient with how outdated it all is. Theyre pretty responsive overall but the place just needs an upgrade. Since then weve gotten a new HVAC system so thats helped.If it werent for maintinence really upping their game in the last few months, this review probably would have been lower.Also shoutout to Winea shes always so bright and helpful anytime we call. She will definitely take care of you and shes so delightful to speak to.So thanks Winea and Andre! Yall are the best!

    I have lived here 4 years and have actually never had a problem. I work from home so I am always here and have never had any real issues . Of course there will always be good and bad neighbors but I have found that they do work to get the bad ones out. The office people have always been nice and friendly. And I find that most issues are promptly handled and the dog park is a godsend for my large dogs !

    Lived here for two years. Their prices match other areas nearby, minus the trashiness. I had some issues when I first got here, but they dealt with it accordingly. They have renovated a lot of things, I havent seen any rats, no roaches, and I have never seen anyone begging for money. They will take complaints you give them seriously. Maintenance has also been pretty good, they have a quick response time. Management is easy to work with.

    Ive lived here for 4 years and although it got off to a rough start, management at the time camr through in a big way. They made me feel comfortable and took care of my apartment needs.. They have switched a few times since 2014, but I mind my business and follow the rules, so I dont have many complaints.. I dont have roach or rat problems.. A cat killed a rat in my breezeway last year, I called and they cleaned it up.. Maintance is quick with fixes, and staff has been nice to me.. KeKe, has really worked with me and been kind to me even when I went through family chrisis.. Its quiet, with the exception of loud music cars or motor cars flying by,, but thats normal.. Ive been fine here at Park West
