I worked with LaShunda(s/p) and she did a great job. I have been moved in for almost a month now and I love it. I had come in a previous time and didn’t have a good outcome with the first leasing lady but on my second visit I met LaShunda and she was very helpful and took me through the process very smoothly. She even helped me fill out the application and made sure that all of my documents were correct and submitted. She knew her stuff and the things she didn’t know she didn’t hesitate to let me know she would get back to me. The rest of the management team was helpful as well.

I’ve lived at the Park on Napoli since November 2022. I’ve enjoyed my stay here and have renewed my lease for another 13 months. I love the amenities like the fire pit, pool, grill area, dog park, 24 hr gym access, and charging stations for electric vehicles just to name a few. The office staff is warm and welcoming and they’re always planning activities and events for residents, and the maintenance staff is quick to fix any issues. If you’re looking for a well maintained, modern property, with friendly neighbors make Park on Napoli your new home.

Its been a really good stay the office managers especially Royce have really fast responses if you have any questions. Any maintenance I need taken care of they get it done the same day. Everything is super clean and organized, 10/10 for move in process I work a lot of hours they made it super easy for me.

Absolutely beautiful community! We fell in love immediately as we saw the complex from the road. Once we received the tour, we knew this place was home for us.Kyle, the assistant manager here assisted me through the entire process and really went above and beyond for me to feel right at home. The entire staff demonstrates exceptional customer service!It really makes such a difference to have the support and kindness in an apartment living community. Edit to my original: Kyle promptly called me and addressed the issues I brought up. And told me I was not the first one to bring this to his attention and they are (and have been) in the process of getting a pool attendant to deal with the issue. No one wants to hear drunken yelling of racial slurs and expletives well after dark most nights, and I don’t even have kids! So him telling me that this is going to be rectified very much instilled confidence and positive feelings back in me for this complex.Other than that, the goods are: Kyle is extremely responsive and a hard worker, you can tell he wants to do a great job; the apartment is clean, modern and gorgeous; the grounds stay clean; getting packages is super easy and convenient; the gym is clean, cool and filled with modern equipment; the pool area is beautiful (so it’s a shame when others darken it with some behaviors); a great location with little to zero traffic noise.The complex really is filled with positive aspects, don’t get me wrong! And am happy to know that my one and only complaint is being worked on diligently.Original review: I just moved in last week. Great apartment and grounds. But the noise and music at the pool after dark is ridiculous… all days of the week. If it’s not children screaming bloody murder, then it is loud music. I do hope staff sees this and enforces some kind of quiet hours rule. Very unfortunate that this issue is greatly reducing my rating and my view of this complex.

This was by far one of THE best tours I have ever had. Kyle definitely made the tour! He was so friendly from the start. It was like I was touring with a friend of mine. He was very attentive, very knowledgeable, reassured me of certain things and even went as far as giving me insight on the area, as I am moving to Houston from Florida! The property itself is beautiful. The units are just what I needed in the budget I needed! The whole experience was chefs kiss! And I am looking forward to calling this place my new home. :)EDIT 12/14/2024:I have lived at PON now for over a year and my experience has been pretty good. It would have been great, if my upstairs neighbors werent so heavy footed and people wouldn’t park in my reserved spot that I pay for. Other than those gripes I have never had an issue with mgmt or being charged excessive fees. You pay rent on time you get no fees. It’s that simple. Any maintenance issue I’ve had has been handled quickly! No apartment is perfect and everyone’s experience is different but this is my honest review. Compared to what I’ve seen in Houston I still think PON deserves 5 stars!

Kyle/Royce/Melissa(?),I know that I am leaving in a few days from the complex and I am sorry to go. I just wanted to write up a few sentences on my experience at Park Napoli. I moved in last May and was able to watch quite a few families move in as well. You have so many families to manage and everyone of them is different in one way or another. Because of this I consider my time there as a time of growth. You see I was “separated” while I lived there I learned a lot about myself by just being a part of this great community by learning from others. From Stephen upstairs with his cool calm demeanor to Kyle always being and acting such an expert in his field…he always had a smile and a minute to chat…in my case mostly about the ferrets. It was from these interactions that I do not leave you as “separated” man anymore. The experience at the community changed me. All of it.Now that I have said that the team was always available, communicative and caring to individuals of the Park. The events that they lined up from donuts in the morning to all the food trucks brought us hermits out to interact with each other and make the experience more fun there at the Park. My favorite was the funnel truck and I would have loved the lobster truck but it was out of the lobster by the time I got there. Everything about Park at Napoli is luxury and the ambience is unparalleled to any apartment complex Ive seen so far on the Northside of Houston. I love how helpful and friendly the staff are; Royce (property manager) and Kyle (asst. property manager). Royce and Kyle are always so pleasant and helpful in every way possible. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone who want to experience luxury and relaxation. The pool area is amazing as well. I moved here right on time! Trust me, you will love it here. I had an amazing tour experience working with Carla. Out of all the tours, I completed I can truly say hers was the highest quality experience. She took her time, was detailed, answered questions and was extremely accommodating. I am moving from Georgia and she ensured there was constant communication, she even went as far as to give me virtual tours after my initial tour to ensure my needs were met. The property is beautiful and I am looking forward to calling this my new home :)

I am completing my first lease with this property and although it is very gorgeous my reasons for renewing my lease extends the esthetic. The office staff have been an unforeseen surprise especially in the ways of establishing trust. Kyle the assistant property manager has been on the team for more than half my lease term and has humanized every interaction I have had with him. I truly appreciate being treated like a human being (not a number) and building mutual respect with the entire staff, but I feel Kyle has championed this experience.

We came to Park on Napoli from a previous complex near downtown and our experience there was utterly and disgustingly negative. We explained our situation and were met with empathy and understanding from Park on Napolis staff - especially Mr. Kyle Weaver. After touring multiple complexes in the area, we felt that Park On Napoli was the place that felt most like home. Not every complex or community is perfect, but this is a place we would definitely recommend to anyone who is serious about living in a place where they can thrive and feel comfortable.

I have to say living here at Park on Napoli has been a wonderful experience. I have lived here since March 2023 and have no complaints or issues to report. The Management staff is amazing and have gone above and beyond! Everything has been smooth sailing for me here from the initial tour to now. From the communication we receive for events, updates, news, and more the community ensures that we are in the know! They are diligent in being inclusive with how they bring residents together.If I ever had an issue (minimal) or needed assistance it has always been handled speedily and efficiently with care. The staff is very welcoming and supportive. I have enjoyed my time here and look forward to continuing my residence. The community is absolutely beautiful and well kept! The amenities offered are my favorites whether having a nice pool day with friends and neighbors, having game day in the clubhouse/lobby, enjoying quiet time in the library, or even just escaping to the workplace area to work from home without actually having to leave home! It’s amazing to have the change in scenery no matter where you step foot and being able to enjoy the luxurious atmosphere of it all. The local shops, malls, restaurants, etc is all within a reasonable distance so going out is more enjoyable without having to venture off into downtown all of the time. This is by far the BEST community I have lived in since living in Houston! And I am a NATIVE! ☺️🤘🏽 The residents here are wonderful and I have not had any issues here at all. Management is quick to handle anything that does not uphold to the standard and culture Park on Napoli has created and provided! If you want to have a place you can call home and also live in luxury… Park on Napoli is your home!

I’m coming up on a year here and I LOVE IT!There’s a sense of community here with everyone. There’s not a time where I walk outside and someone greets me with a simple hello and vice versa. The amenities are great, I’ve been able to stay consistent with my routine because of how awesome the gym is. I’m able to escape my home office and use the coworking space when I’m feeling isolated (We all know how WFH can be) There’s a library with surprisingly great books to read. && NOT TO MENTION- the staff is super friendly and constantly spoiling us with food trucks. Maintenance is quick with repairs (although the drawers and cabinets here could have been installed better)I think my favorite part is the fact that there are multiple people walking their dogs everyday and everyone picks up after their pets. I’m able to cross grass areas without worrying about stepping on feces. (Really hoping this never changes 🤞)Location is great and close to at least 4 trails, we’re by Kroger, Whole Foods and HEB. Lots of restaurants to choose from and a gas station close enough to walk for late night snacks.

There are many nice places around Houston, park at Napoli is truly its own paradise. As soon as you come into the office the staff was extremely nice and helpful. They were able to answer any questions I had. The vibe made you feel like I was staying in a high rise in midtown lol. When you walked into the court yard it feels like an oasis with the beautiful lazy river pool. The quality of the apartment sets the standard in my book. Very nice appliances and the color of the walls and flooring are amazing! They have valet trash service which is pretty awesome! Definitely recommending this place to anyone who’s asks about apartments in Houston. Also not to mention it’s a few exits away from Beltway 8 so you can get any in Houston(beltway) in 10-15 min. If you’re looking for a place you have to check this place out!!!

LOVE this place! I moved like a month ago and I couldn’t be any happier with my apartment and the community here!Nikki and Gaby were so nice and helpful and understanding since the beginning and helped me get into the apartment as soon as possible and made it super easy for me! 100% recommend moving here is so worth it! Plus if you have dogs, they are the least problematic and definitely don’t make it a big deal or have a thousand requirements or breed restrictions so it makes the move in so uncomplicated and inclusive (I have a dobermann which usually is a restricted breed) another plus the whole place is so aesthetically pleasing, it makes you feel like you live in a hotel! Get a pool view apartment, it’s the cutest to see the sunset!

Update 11/14 - Our management has changed & I have no complaints. Royce has been attentive and very thoughtful.Where do i begin. We’ve been living here for the past 5 months. This apartment is fairly new and we were looking for a seamless transition from one apartment to the next. However, my family has been met with the following:- ROACHES of all species are an issue. Inconsistent pest control. Told we are having issues because this is a new complex however, not much is being done to combat the bugs(i have never had this issue living in TX and have been here the past 3 years)- WATER coming out of all faucets reeking of literal DIRT and displaying unclean particles is an issue causing me and my 2 year to break out in skin rashes- NOISE levels in/around the pool area at inappropriate times- POLICE always being at the apartment with absolutely no explanation as to why they’re here- ELECTRICITY that cuts off during every major storm & we are the only complex in the area who will lose power for longer than a few hours, sometimes lasting for 2 days at a time- MAINTENANCE that will argue you down for any repairs - including filter replacements, light replacements, etc all of which you are expected to come out of pocket forNeedless to say, we are fed up. Do not be fooled by the tour, staff will not be as helpful once you have moved in.

I’ve only been moved in for about 3 weeks and I have to say working from home in a beautiful relaxing apartment makes the hours fill like nothing and not to mention my view of the complex is breathtaking each morning… definitely worth the price and not to mention the location is close to literally everything and anything from grocery stores to restaurants a mall ect not to mention food trucks every now and then make dinner nights easy too… This is definitely my permanent place until I decide on house hunting

Went today to tour this apartments and let me say the are the cleanest complex your can find so farThey are so clean and quiet from inside out I’m in love with this complexThe only thing I’m a little bit worry is the parking space but we were very welcome the leasing agent was really nice

My experience with Lashanda Byone was nothing but amazing. She had me in my apartment within 24hrs of me meeting her. She had such a great personality and her touring me on such a cold day was going above and beyond. She was very attentive in listening to my needs.I highly recommend Park at Napoli for your new home. Not only is it quiet, it’s very modern and beautiful. If you are lucky enough to get Lashanda, you will be in great hands❤️
