I have been living here going on 6 years. I feel safe living here, walking at night etc... The front office management and maintenance guys are hardworking, reliable and trustworthy. The only thing that I dislike is the problems with water getting shut off for hours to fix a leak. Sometimes we get no heads up. Or I have to shower with cold water too. Overall I am satisfied. Our safety is most important and I honestly like living here.

These apartments are some of the best I have lived in in Houston, there is a lot of security here, I have never seen anything strange and any problem you have in your apartments is only communicated to the office and they resolve it quickly, above all the girls are very friendly and very nice, so I recommend the park at Willowbrook apartments to all of you who are looking for something this nice

Excellent housing unit. The departments always try to keep them clean and safe, they respond to any problems instantly.Their treatment and service is very good, both from the office staff and the maintenance staff. 100% recommended!!! .
