I havent moved in here yet but so far the leasing office has been great. They are personable, accommodating, and transparent. The best part is that they dont make you feel like a burden when you need clarification on something or any assistance. I have lived at several other communities in the area (and in the Gables portfolio) and they have surpassed my expectations. I am excited to move into this property and would recommend touring with them at the very least!

My husband, my son and I lived at Park MD for more than 2 years and we enjoyed our stay. When we moved in, we wanted to leave our apartment asap. Elisa was very understanding about our situation and helped us out a lot processing all the paperwork in a very short period of time to allow us to move quickly. The maintenance is great and the guys are knowledgeable and kind. The pools, the hallways and the disposal area were always clean. Highly recommended!

I’ve been living at 5940 PARK MD for the past year now and have had a great experience! The staff and amenities are great, especially the cleaning crew. Even with the large dog park here, it’s been fantastic! The pool view is definitely a recommendation as we love looking out at the pool everyday! We overall love 5940 PARK MD and will be sad to leave after this year!

I’ve been here for about a year and a half, and have been so pleased with my experience! The amenities are great (the pools and 24 hour gym I use the most), the apartments are spacious and walls are thick. They also hold a few different events for resident mingling which are always nice. Maintenance is responsive and I’ve always gotten a satisfactory experience. Looking forward to a few more years of stay here!

We just moved here recently and the place is nice, clean, management is very professional and able to response immediately whenever you have question or issue. Maintenance is good and parking is very secure. It is just beside UT police station and near in hospital. Good choice that we choose this apartment very safe and the community are friendly. I love living here! If youre looking for a place close to campus, whether your classes are at north or south, a hospital nearby if your a doctor, look no further! Park 5940 MD has been my home away from home for these last 8 months and I couldnt feel anymore safer. Everyone is so nice around here, including the staff, and being able to have amenities on-site is a huge plus. I have my friends over and my friend loves to always come over and being able to chill.

I have been here for 4 years. Living here has been a breath of fresh air. Ever since Jennifer became the new Property Manager things have gotten a 100 times better. This is beautiful place to live. Lived here the past 12 months. Great apartment. Staff are very helpful. Maintenance requests get completed same day for the most part. The common areas and the lobby are always kept clean. I do like the free coffee/tea during business hours when the leasing office is open. They have a secure bicycle parking zone in the parking lot thats locked off, which is nice. If you work at Parkland or UTSW Clements or UTSW Clinics, its walkable/bikeable.

When I walked into this property I was immediately greeted by the manager Jennifer, As I explained to her my frustrations and what I was looking for she assured me that I had come to the right place! As we toured the building I was very impressed with the upkeep and how very very clean the property was, Jennifer was very knowledgeable and took pride in how well the property was run, Jennifer listened to my needs as she showed me a couple of different options for what I was looking for. Jennifer answered all my questions and concerns about my new move. As the tour ended I was excited to say I found a new home. I would recommend this apartment and this staff to everyone. The staff here at 5940 Park MD are pleasant, caring and attentive to their residents. The actual apartment units are spacious and clean. The location is perfect and centered located to the hospitals. The garage is covered so that helps against hail storms and rain. The best feature to date is the parcel lockers! No need to panic about your packages getting stolen. As a resident since 2017 i cannot see myself living at another apartment complex at this time.

The staff are really friendly and responsive, the facilities are well kept, and it seems like all the people who live here are pretty happy and nice. There are 2 really nice pools, a great common area with TVs and games, and the gym is great for an apartment complex, although I wish it had a squat rack. Overall a very nice place to live, we love our apartment.

From the start Michondra was fully there, able to answer all my questions and felt she really put my best interest at heart. I was going through a huge transition change and had a ton of questions every day and she was always personable, professional, answered before she left for the day & did many follow up calls during the approval process. If it wasn’t for her I would have kept looking for apartments but she really made me feel comfortable. The property is amazing, clean, QUIET, gates, and I feel extremely secure and safe. I’ve had nightmares with previously property and maintenance managers and since before my move in date everyone at this property has been there 110% with no issues. Thank you guys so much and I love calling this place my home!

I like that there are 2 pools and walking distance to UT southwestern. I’m not even a medical student but the walking trails have great scenery. Also a 5 minute walk to social pie and maple landing. Thinking about renewing my lease!

All the facilities like clean, well maintained swimming pools, outdoor cooking arrangement, lounge area, meeting rooms, printer, internet in the common area, indoor games are provided here. The lease manager and other staff people are very helpful and polite with no unwanted disturbance or interferenceUTSW north campus is just 2 min walkable distance across the road, daycare facility is again 2 min walkable distance from apartment.Highly recommended if you have a budget!

This is a beautiful apartment complex and a huge upgrade from my previous apartments. When we moved in we had to get the bedroom carpet replaced and the master shower re-cleaned. Kristy (leasing agent) and Emma (manager) have been truly amazing. They respond very quickly (shower cleaned the same day and carpet replaced within the week) and are very polite and understanding.

Ive made a game out of trying to figure out what their noises are. This doesnt bother me as I expect typical neighbor noise in an apartment complex.

Im going into my fifth year as a resident at Park 5940 MD, and I cannot say enough about this beautiful and amazing property! Jillian Brasfield has been, by far, the best property manager weve ever had. She doesnt let any grass grow under her feet when it comes to managing the property and taking care of the residents. Her entire team, from the Assistant Manager, Michondra Mack, to Elisa, and all the other leasing consultants, are CONSUMMATE professionals. The property is always clean and in order; every maintenance request has always been fulfilled promptly and correctly. This Gables Property is the best value in Dallas, TX, for the price and space. If you’re looking for a great living experience, I can’t think of a better property in the DFW Metroplex.

SHE SHOWED INTEREST IN WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR IN THE NEXT PLACE I CALLED HOME. SHE DID NOT PRESSURE ME FOR A DUE DATE FOR MY MOVE IN. MY NEEDS WAS A BIGGER CONSIDER AND SHE ALSO WANTED TO MAKE SURE I WAS HAPPY WITH THE FACILITY BEFORE ANYTHING ELSE. I FEEL IN LOVE WITH A FLOORPLAN BUT DID NOT WANT TO BE ON THE 1ST FLOOR. SHE FOUND AVAILABILITY IN A TIMELY MANNER AND CONTACTED ME INSTANTLY. I HAD CREDIT TROUBLE WHEN TRYING TO GET THE APARTMENT.
