    I have never lived in luxury apartments with such values of community. Not only are the units and amenities gorgeous, but the staff is wonderful! They throw such fun events for us and it really separates them from regular complexes, no competition! Shoutout to Rosalyn & David for always being so amazing!

    Paloma Luxury Apartments Are by far the best apartments I’ve ever lived in. The property is beautiful- My apartment is super cozy, and the staff here are incredible. They always go to the extra mile for me. I highly recommend!

    I can’t say enough about how much I enjoy Paloma! The two bedroom is so spacious, laid out so well, so nice! The staff is awesome and the facilities are very well maintained. Pool always clean and inviting. Weight room/gym is always clean, organized and super convenient for a quick workout.

    Rosalyn was super helpful on every step of the process of finding a new home here. On top of that many current residents were very nice and mentioned how nice Rosalyn is and how helpful she is on anything that needs to be done at these apartments.

    I have lived here since March and it’s a very family orientated apartment complex. Very quiet. Everyone pretty much stays to themselves has beautiful swimming pool and loss of amenities.

    This place has everything you need for a perfect and relaxing life. The management, Victoria, Tiffany and Destiny are awesome and super helpful. Were so happy living in Paloma Apts.

    This luxury apartment is just that. It is LUXURIOUS AND BEAUTIFUL. They have an amazing gym, pool, and the postal service they have keep your packages secure. The floor plans are all spacious, well accommodating to enjoying life, and the energy bill is amazing with the efficient light and appliances that are included. Not to mention it comes with a wash and dryer. This has been the best experience I’ve ever had living in an apartment complex. Don’t even get me started on the AMAZING management and maintenance team. If I have any issues or needing a fix they are ON IT. Maintenance handles things extremely quick and efficiently. Management is a god send. I had a delivery issue due to the delivery providers delivered to the wrong apartment and management was there to get things handled with the company and got my huge sofa delivered to the right apartment. This place is a home and they treat you like family. They also have a clubhouse that has TVs, Coffee bar, snacks, and a POOL TABLE. Join the family and let’s have some pool tournaments.

    Roslyn Jones is always so helpful and kind to everyone. She will go out of her way—beyond the call of duty—to get the job done. What I mean by that is helping a tenant or whoever needs help. If she doesn’t know the answer—she will always inform you that she’s not sure, but she will go to the manager to get the correct answer. She will get back with you for sure…she never just leaves you hanging out there. I’ve experienced this in my last 2 apts—they would say I’ll get the answer and get back with you…I’ve yet to get an answer. I don’t think I’ve ever walked in the office and she didn’t smile and acknowledge you by name. Everyone that works there greets you with a smile & calls you by your name.Also, Bria that sits beside Roslyn has always been extremely nice & tries to help solve any problem I’ve needed solving. I was frustrated one time when I called & went in—I’m embarrassed because I wasn’t very nice to Bria. She was very professional & handled the situation with the utmost respect. She never lost it. I felt terrible. She is definitely an asset to Paloma Luxury Apts.

    Rosalyn was amazing and so knowledgeable about the Paloma apts. She truly took her time showing us around and describing all the amenities. She was absolutely awesome ❤

    I ABSOLUTELY love our new place. The staff are more than amazing. The manager Tiffany bust her behind to make sure we was ok. Her staff Victoria and Rosalyn are more than amazing as well. They made us so comfortable answered all of our questions. This is a great example of TEAM WORK! MAKES THE DREAM WORK. David and David (yes David and David) maintenence are even amazing! 5 stars hands down... We need some new neighbors while the community. All very Friendly and making sure we are all accommodated😁Thanks Paloma Staff!

    Such a great place experience with Tiffany from the original phone call to the in person showing. She was thorough, kind and patient. Definitely made the experience even better! The location is truly a gem and the quality is great

    The guest amenities are unmatched compared to any other apartments in the local area. My new apartment has brand new appliances as well as high speed fiber internet. I really lucked out by finding this place.

    Just visited my friend at his place here. Amazing!Everything is so pristine and well maintained! Clearly they take care of the landscaping. Neighbors are super nice and they ARE FINISHING THE POOL SOON!!
