    Great apartments for active seniors 50+. Tons of activities and exercise classes, Loads of games going on at all hours. Weekly Mix and Mingle (happy Hour). Beautiful modern building with modern interior. Great swimming pool, hot tub, and a garden club. That does an absolutely outstanding job maintaining a beautiful garden with flowers and fresh vegetables. Two dog parks if you’re in need. Highly recommend you come see Overture Stone Oak if you’re in the market for a one or two bedroom spacious apartment.

    Overture Stone Oak provides opportunities for friendships and fun. In a regular apartment, one does not get to know anybody. Here, there are friends and they respect you whether you attend functions or prefer your own lifestyle. The interior halls provide a real sense of safety and warmth.

    I recently toured Overture Stone Oak with my mother. She is building her house and needs a place to stay until the house is complete. We were greeted by Kristina who was super friendly and gave us tons of information. She took us on a tour of the community and was literally saying hello to every single resident. It seems like this place has a good sense of community and everyone was super friendly. The apartment itself was amazing with stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer and it had a great view of the pool area. My mom loved the place and all the activities that Kristina was telling us about at the community. When we finished the tour the manager came out, Ransom, and greeted us while telling us about the community. They were both so friendly and my mother loved the place. Hopefully she has a date on when she needs to move and will move into this place. This one is definitely my top choice for her!

    I brought my grandmother there and was greeted by a lovely young woman, Kristina. She was so helpful, so patient and warm with my grandmother. She took us for an amazing tour of the property. The property is nestled in Stone Oak in a quiet area but within a minute you can go shopping, go for dinner, or go for a walk. There are major hospitals in the area as well.She showed us all of the amenities including the movie theater and informed us of the Continental breakfasts and activities they have on a regular monthly basis. It is like heaven on earth there- resort living with lovely spacious apartments and very professional staff like Kristina Kipling. It was very quiet and peaceful.If you want a property for relatives over 55 years old, I highly recommend Overture Stone Oak and ask for Kristina. She is delightful.

    I took my mother to go check out the complex. We really loved everything they offered. We spoke to one of the managers I believe his name is Ransom. He is very personable and pleasant to talk to. We still have other places to go see, but this is my number one so far. I hope my mother ends up moving in because this is a great place and the apartment is beautiful!

    Ive lived here five years this coming May, and have been quite happy with my choice. For the most part, Overture Stone Oak is a jewel. Occasionally the jewel needs polishing, but seeing the big picture, I feel blessed to be here. People make this place; we are our own sort of family who work together to help keep the standard of living high. Then there are those few folks who dont feel that way, they feel they pay their rent, its not their job, let someone else clean up after them. Well, thats going to happen anyplace. The STAFF here is tops! We have more interesting activities planned to keep us engaged, laughing, moving, living. And thats the best of the best.

    Ms. Kristina Danielle assisted me with an inquiry for my parents and did a perfect job. She was very thorough, friendly and attentive. Definitely top place out of all the places weve looked. I would definitely recommend Kristina for assistance. Thanks again!

    This is the place weve been looking for! The residents and staff are very friendly. Judy keeps the residents busy with daily activities. Without Judy this would be just a regular apartment complex. The apartments are beautiful. Our head of maintenance, Marvin, and his staff are always happy to assist with any issues that come up, and in a timely manner. They do a great job of keeping up the complex looking beautiful. Ransom, our manager, is always willing to listen and address any issue that may arise. AND they are pet friendly, for our dog, Buster!Who could ask for more?

    Jon and I have stepped into a Shangrila 55+ community ! Beginning with the efficient and friendly staff to the warm welcome by fellow residents; we are looking forward to the many activities offered here. Our apartment home is beautiful and feels like living in a resort hotel.
