Hello my Name is Barney Smith and Im blessed to be a resident here at Overture River District, I want you good folks to know that Ms. Kelly is a really good Community Manger, unfortunately I believe that she has been under attack since she been here. Although she has rough start she has brought this place back to life with a smile. When you walk into the community it feel like you are walking into a luxury apartment with displays through out the main entryway. I can see the improvements since she has been here. Im proud having her here has my community manager.

We had a great time yesterday morning at Overture River District for Pastries and Parfaits. So many delicious pastries to choose from, the build your own parfait with all the yummy fruits was a big hit with my wife! So Amazing! We love this place, its a great community to live. We have lived here over a year. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. This active adult community has so many amenities to choose from: from swimming, to playing pool, ping-pong, arts and crafts, movie nights and happy-hour. We love IT!!!

Damon Everett and Beth McGee were positively fantastic in helping me select a new lifestyle benchmark in my older years. I have not rented an apartment in 30 years. My husband recently passed away and many drastic changes in my life were occurring at the same time. Damon was patient and always had the perfect solution for every obstacle I threw at him. The result…I love my home! Leaving a 3- bdrm home and acreage to a 1- bdrm apartment was scary but was the best decision I’ve ever made, thanks to Damon and Beth.

I could not ask for a better group of individuals to help me in my pursuit of my new home. I was met with open arms and willingness to answer all of my questions and then was followed up with superior customer service to ensure I had the appropriate answers. I knew I had made the right choice by picking Overture River District as my new home because of Beth, Maircadez, and Rhonda.These ladies went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and to even coordinate meet and greets for my future neighbors. What a comfort and joy to already feel a part of a community and knowing the team is fully committed to my satisfaction is a great feeling.I would ask if you are looking for a home that you stop in and meet with this great sales team and Lifestyle coach- and you too will see just how welcoming and such a sense of community they have to offer at this property.Tell them Jeff sent you!

Recently I relocated to FtWorth and moved into Overland River District Healthy Living Community and am having more fun than I’ve had in years. Moving-in was magical. Everyone, residents and staff alike, was so upbeat and so caring. “Hi! Onto what floor are you moving?…Hope you are coming to____activity tonight! …what’s your name? I’m_____” Never once have I questioned my decision to move here, sight unseen, from San Antonio! This environment has turned this couch potato into a woman enjoying life more than I have in years.I have already met many beautiful friends that I love being around and interacting. And the variety of daily activities and the use of the beautiful amenities is so much fun!!I love the people. I love the upbeat vibe of this place, and I love that this is an “authentic community”where people truly care about those with whom we interconnect daily.I want to thank the staff for all they do everyday to make this an exciting, safe place to live.I give special Kudos to three staff who have helped my move and adjustment be so seamless; Damien, Rhonda, and Francisco-thank you!DebG

I love living here. It’s so quiet and I love that’s it’s gated! I love living near the trinity river! Everyone is so nice. It’s also very dog friendly.

Took a tour with Ronda and not only is this place absolutely beautiful and jammed backed with diverse activities but the employees are so helpful and truly care about where they work.

Nice landscaping, apartments are pretty small for the rental prices. Alot amenities throughout the complex.
