As a two-year resident of Overture Flower Mound, I highly recommend this property and can absolutely say that this is an exceptional place to live.The apartment itself is superb … high ceilings with huge windows and walk-in closets in every bedroom, new appliances, a patio, my own laundry room and hot water tank … plus central heat and air. Without doubt, this is the best apartment that I have ever lived in!And the property itself is amazing! Situated within easy walking distance of Grapevine Lake and also downtown Lakesides shops and restaurants,Overture Flower Mound is a quiet oasis with friendly, active neighbors (some employed and others retired), full of wonderful amenities and terrific planned events. The valet trash and elevators also make everything convenient.The propertys manager, Lora, and her team are incredibly helpful and friendly ... making this a wonderful place to call home. They not only plan fun events, they actually participate in many of them! I never have to ask for help here … the office and maintenance teams just anticipate and offer! Their friendly response has always been very thoughtful and knowledgeable.Overture Flower Mound’s 55+ active adult community gives me freedom from home ownership … but with all the benefits of having my own home with an exceptional support team, great neighbors, and fun activities!

This community is in such a great location and you can walk to restaurants, bars and shopping. They have fun events for residents, the amenities are awesome and the staff really does care!

A wonderful place to call home. Manager, Lora, is outstanding and so efficient at her positionShe is hands on, attentive, professional and excited to come to work each day. She truly cares about the property, and especially the residents.Kristin, Life Style Coordinator, is a plus to this property! A fun, smart, energetic, and lovely woman in a BIG job! She handles everything with class and a smile.Maintenance is very important and Oliver and Chaucey are exceptional! Great team and fast service. They are the BEST!Carrie, is our Leasing Agent and is wonderful to work with for your leasing questions and will get your lease signed easily.We ❤️ Overture Flower Mound!

After losing my spouse of 50 years, I needed to find a place where I could heal, survive and then thieve at my own pace. OFM is perfect for me. All of the staff is kind and thoughtful to each persons different reasons for being here. I love living here and all of the amenities that are offered. I also love the area being close to Grapevine Lake. They fixed the Air Condition problem in the hallways January 2023. It is now very comfortable. The valet trash and elevators make everything convenient. The staff is very friendly and the planned events are fun!

Great place to call home. My wife and I were looking for an upscale complex that had many activities. Overture has a great Manager, staff, and Maintenance team.It is a very clean, safe, and funcommunity. We enjoy our apartment home.

Nearly two months into living at Overture, we are so glad we made the decision. The apartment and amenities are very nice, but the people are GREAT. Talking, playing, and eating as a group really makes it worthwhile.

Edited to a 5 star review- Owner responded quickly and the mail problems were fixed swiftly! Thank you! Beautiful, attentive senior community with staff that cares.Please make it easier for residents to receive their packages. It is unsafe for packages to be left at our front doors. Fix it & work with the mail delivery services rather than working against them so that we can safely get what we order!

I love my new community and the decision I made to move from Tampa, Florida to Flower Mound, Texas. My son and his family have made this move easy. I am living my best life in 2021. I am home.

Of ALL the Senior Apartments we have been to this is the BEST we have seen. When we start with location, facility, amenities staff and cost this is the BEST WE HAVE FOUND.
