Greg was super great!!! I caught him just as he was leaving to go to lunch and he was more than happy to turn around and walk back in and get to work. And he was exceedingly nice, not hangry at all. My budget and criteria made it a bit of a challenge to find options, but he was diligent about it. The staff here work together share knowledge of locations to make sure that they’re giving clients the best possible experience. Definitely use them.

I would like to recommend this apartment locator to everyone in the surrounding Austin area. The agent that i worked with was named MICHELLE MORGAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!My process was very easy and simple. I had a minor hiccup from something in my past, yet she got right to work and found me something immediately. We had a meeting on a Monday and I was approved that Thursday, and the only reason that it took that long was due to the 1st of the year. She has a great spirt, she listened to what my needs were, she was very knowledgeable and very professional. She also made sure that everything was taken care of as far as the signing of the lease, switching the utilities to my name as well as made sure that the complex had everything that they needed from me such as my paystubs. I’m currently relocating so I wasn’t able to personally view the apartments but Anna would go and visit the location and we would do a virtual tour.
