Utterly amazing staff and property. Lovely apartments, a true resort style pool and amenities. Social events and food trucks, kayaks and bikes. Garage parking and elevators, balconies overlooking the lake. You couldnt ask for more... but if you did the staff would be willing to help you out. We love living at OLE, the socail events are amazing thanks to Roxanna.

I have lived here for awhile now and have enjoyed every moment! Sometimes the gifts/ courtesy last only while you are applying or about to move in; that is not the case here! The staff is extraordinary, the maintenance is fast and effective, they even touch up paint the halls to keep everything looking nice! Roxanne Canales especially goes over, above and beyond in assisting me. She always stops what she is doing to help - and is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. She is always smiling and keeps a happy, friendly atmosphere - it really makes the entire experience of living here better. I cannot recommend her enough. If you are coming into the office, or just looking to live here, ask for Roxanne Canales and you wont be disappointed!

I love living at One Lakes Edge! The building is in one of the best spots in The Woodlands, you can walk or shortly drive to a plethora of restaurants and stores, the residents are friendly, and the staff are all amazing and attentive. I was gone for the holidays and Giselle and Mallory assisted me by feeding my fish while I was gone. OLE goes above and beyond to attend to residents needs. I love living here - I definitely want to live here for as long as I stay in the area!

The best apartment complex! The price is very much reasonable for what you get. Stuff was extremely helpful, maintenance team was SUPERFAST. Everything worked perfectly, all areas were clean and modern. Great neighbors, great dog parks. I have zero complaints.

We had come to The woodlands to meet family only. When we reached the apartment all I wanted to do was jump in the pool.Apartments were amazing and very well kept.Management are very kind and helpful. Gym is amazing and so is the pool area.The lounge next to the pool felt cozy and comfortable.Loved the area, very central.Overall I think Onelakesedge is the best place to stay in the Woodlands.

She is very courteous and treated us as a friend from the moment we first walked in to tour the property… I am quite forgetful with things I need to get done (esp when it needs to be done sooner rather than later) and she handled that side of me with grace… Thank you Roxanne for everything and we are excited to continue to enjoy and love everything about OLE and Hughes Landing ❤️Although I haven’t had as much interaction with the rest of the office staff, they have allbeen very welcoming and greets with a smile and happy energy every time I’ve spoke with any of them…

The location of the apartment is fabulous and it can speak for itself. The leasing agent Malory was very professional and went out of the way to help me get leased at the last minute and get all set up for move in day which happened to be during the winter storm. This has been a BEAUTIFUL, wonderful place to live. It is like living on vacation. However Cameron made every step of the process easy by being super responsive to my questions! Cameron was up front and provided all the fees associated with my lease which I really appreciate. You must visit this property to really get the feel of the friendly staff and beautiful amenities!

Moved into a 2 bedroom apt and love it. Now have a second room for guests and a huge second bathroom. Best of all is a second walk in closet.All of the staff have been great. Always ready to help. Also have had a couple of nice cocktail gatherings and food truck events. So far it’s perfect.

Excellent facilities. Maintenance is very responsive and works hard to satisfy. Front Office is courteous and always helpful.Update: After lease expired and we moved, the facility is trying their best NOT TO REIMBURSE OUR DEPOSITS. Lessee beware, these people will lie and cheat to keep from reimbursing your deposit. As senior citizens, they view us as easy targets. We are pursuing many avenues to get our money back.

My friend invited us to come look at the place. We wanted to move in immediately! Just a gorgeous location and the vibe was great! Amenities were too notch and the comfort of walking distance to food, entertainment, sports, religious places and supermarkets is unmatched. Only downside was there were no available three or four bedroom apartments. But would definitely love there if anything became available. Not as expensive as I thought they would be. Great Pool!

Ive lived in One Lakes Edge for over a year. During that time, Ive had three major surgeries that required at home medical attention. The OLE staff were very attentive to my needs and went out of their way to accommodate the various medical staff that showed up at the door. Since the beginning of this year, with my surgeries behind me, Ive attended most of the social events hosted by the staff. Each one has been fun, well attended, and professionally hosted. There is a feeling of community here that is seldom found at other apartment facilities. Thanks for all your help and keep doing an excellent job!

I loved living here! The only reason I am moving out is because I am having a baby and am moving back closer to my parents as we adjust to this crazy new life. If my fiancé and I ever need an apartment again this is the place we will be coming. The staff is unbelievably amazing and the maintenance is incredibly punctual and kind. As I was turning in my keys, I worked with Cameron and he was so kind about me venturing on to my new journey. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. I’m going to miss it!

My wife and I have been residents at One Lake’s Edge since the opening in late 1st qtr. 2015 and we have thoroughly enjoyed our living experience at this complex. We were fortunate to be able to lease one of the larger southwest corner units facing Lake Woodlands and the views (and sunsets) are spectacular. The Management Team is courteous, professional and highly responsive to our needs. The Maintenance and Housekeeping Teams are exceptional. The location is superb with very close proximity to supermarkets, a wide variety of restaurants, churches, The Woodlands Mall, Sam’s Club, Costco and a wide selection of excellent medical and dental facilities. I-45 is minutes away making for easy access to Houston and Galveston. The fitness center is quite good and the addition of 2 Peloton bikes (subscriptions included) are a true joy.For our current life and family circumstances, we couldn’t ask for a better locale or a better residential option.

After living here for ~3 months all I can say is I love it! The property is modern, sleek, upscale, and well-kept. Direct access to The Woodlands trails network, Lake Woodlands and the the Lakes Edge boathouse, an on-site 24 hour per day fitness center, and complimentary fitness classes make One Lakes Edge ideal for active lifestyles. Other excellent amenities are the pool and courtyard area, fully-serviced gas grills, the club room, and weekly social activities that are fun, well-organized, and well attended. The location is situated perfectly with Restaurant Row mere steps away and The Woodlands Waterway, Market Street, HEB, and The Woodlands Mall all easily accessible within minutes. Last, but certainly not least, the staff here are incredible! Always professional, attentive, and ready to help any way they can!

A great place to call home. The entire staff, especially Karla Cortez and Rainier Jamir, always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to my needs, and are quick to attend to any issues that may arise. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is outstanding. I absolutely love the convenience of the covered parking garage. From shopping and restaurants to beautiful parks and trails One Lakes Edge has it all.

Arrived after work without an appointment to try my luck on getting a tour. Was greeted and was offered a tour the same day. Have been looking at different places and was very pleased with what I saw. Was shown a unit with a floorplan that was smaller than the one I was hoping to see, due to unavailability. Oddly enough, the unit I saw had a great use of space and was a lot larger than I had anticipated. Quite the contrast viewing other properties with more square footage and still feeling like a shoebox. When I finally move in December, I really hope there will be space available for me here.

Love everything about One Lakes Edge.The amenities are amazing and the outside lake with the ducks, turtles and birds is one of the best things it has to offer as well. It’s a beautiful area to walk my dog and see all the new spring time ducklings that have been born and is always clean and perfect to sit and relax with my pup. All the restaurants on restaurant row are top notch too with beautiful views of the lake with beautiful outdoor patios.

Weve visited this place several times and it offers a very luxurious feel to its common areas. All of which are kept pristine. If youre willing to pay the price then this would be a great option. Also close to many shops, restaurants and Whole Foods. The building provides free kayaks for residents to use on a first come first serve basis which is a great plus. Excellent views of the lake too from the common areas.

5 star for the amenities at One Lakes Edge (OLE/ 1LE) and their community events5 star + for the Awesome Awesome staff at OLE including Karla, Joslin and the rest of the team including the maintenance crew5 star for the look and feel inside the building2-3 star for value for money since the owner / property management company has decided to keep the rental rates high in spite of 2LE blocking all the lake views.2-3 star for the noise and commotion caused by the 2LE construction. It was frankly incredibly disruptive. For 6 months since the construction started, the crew started working at 6 am or earlier (not sure if thats even allowed) and would work till 9 pm including Saturdays.All in all the staff, the amenities and look / feel are great somewhat marred by the addition of 2LE

Best place to live in the woodlands! It has a multi-tiered garage so your vehicle stays safe in the crazy houston weather. The apartment is close to fabulous restaurants and whole foods. Live music on Thursday nights at Hughes landing. The team here is unsurpassed--best group of ppl that i have encountered. Hands down, the best place to rent an apartment in the Woodlands!

Excellent location, staff and tenants are great! Everything you want or need is within walking distance. Welcome place for dogs is evident with a small dog park, lots of trails and a treat at the desk every time you come through the doors.
