From the moment I walked in the door inquiring about an apartment, Ms. Sue has been amazing. She is very welcoming and knowledgeable. She made the entire move in process very easy. Although the apartment was not move in ready, she made sure to keep me updated on the status. Over the past year she has always been available and accommodating. I renewed my lease a couple months ago and she is definitely part of the reason why. I was sad to hear that she will be leaving Oasis on Ella. I know I speak for many when I say she will be missed. Thank you so much for making my move to Houston such a pleasant experience.

I referred a family member to this property because I once was interested myself in an apartment but I ended up finding something else. But I’m writing a review on the property manager. I have been to plenty of properties but Ms Susan has the best customer service I’ve ever received and experienced . She really made us feel welcomed. She has such a great personality and she really knows her work. If ever I start to do an apartment search again, I’m definitely looking to move to her property!

Nice apartment with large kitchen and living room. Mrs Susan was very helpful and active.My only challenge is the closet that is small for fashionistas like us, then the fact that the the elevator close to my unit is out making my moving very stressful since I had to go round to use the other. Everything else is okay. Can the cleaners wipe the only working elevator pls. I would recommend 👌

My stay at the Oasis on Ella, was a remarkable experience... I regret having to move away. The ownership and the staff is invaluable, everyone was nothing short of amazing when (if any!) any type of issue presented itself. As a Navy veteran I have traveled and lived all over the world, and I have to say that Ms. Sue is the worlds greatest property manager that I have ever encountered. She keeps the property in the safest, cleanest, and best of conditions... Shes a woman of her word, and she purposes to resolve all issues in a timely manner. I would most definitely recommend all my family, friends, and strangers alike to the Oasis on Ella! I thank you all for a beautiful and blessed experience!

Susan is amazing!!! She makes Oasis on Ella the best place to live! She truly walked me through the application process without error. She was thorough and honest! The premise is clean, the rules are reasonable and the area is so quiet! The cleanliness of this place is immaculate and I know I’ll be here for a long time! Thank you Susan!Also, may I add, Alex keeps the maintenance up impeccably!!! Anytime I put in a request with Susan or work order on the app, Alex is there either same day or first thing the next morning! And he always comes ready to fix the issue and does so with ease. It never takes him too long to rectify the situation. He’s so dedicated to his job, I appreciate you Alex!

I have good experiences at Oasis On Ella the maintenance man Alex comes on time when he says he’ll be there. He is very pleasant and nice and very kind. She attends to any problem that you have. She’s very caring and she will help you with any problem you may have she decorates for every holiday I really like that about her. Everything is beautiful.

In searching for a home for my family members to relocate, I visited many other apartment complexes, before I was referred to Oasis by one of the residents. I have to say Susan in the front office was the absolutely best. She was very kind and helpful. She was genuinely interested in who I was and why I was there. She didn’t just give me information and send me on my way as the others had done, she made me feel welcome and helped me negotiate an arena I was unfamiliar with as far as renting an apartment and all that it requires. I AM grateful for her and am looking forward to seeing her a lot more once my family moves in. Thank you Susan❣️ you are definitely what the world needs right now!

I was extremely satisfied with my apartment selection. The process was incredibly easy and fast, and Susan, the apartment manager, was exceptionally friendly and helpful in numerous ways. I am very grateful to her. I initially visited for a viewing in May and was hesitant, but she quickly put my worries to rest. Once I had my finances in order, I returned in June, and within three days, I received my approval and move-in date. I look forward to making this property my home soon.

I have always considered the process of searching for a place to live as being an overall nuisance. Especially when dealing with the contact person. But, not so with Susan, at Oasis on Ella. Her mannerism was the best I had ever came in contact with. Politeness was shown in every aspect, directions on filling out forms, answering questions including those you hadnt even thought to ask. Nothing went amiss! And she did this with a smiling face! To top it all off, she took me on a tour showing all the amenities, the purpose of them along with the days and times they are available for usage. Please note, she never stopped smiling and her tone of voice was constantly pleasant. This experience was without a doubt, definitely not a nuisance to me. I appreciated it all and I definitely give this experience five stars and a thumbs up!yfv

I have been to SEVERAL apartment complexes searching for a place to live. Out of all of the properties I have visited, Mrs. Sue really shined. She was kind, patient and helpful with my wild toddler, and extremely knowledgeable about the property and application process. I can not attest to what it’s like to live here, yet 🤞🏼, but the tour of the property seemed very promising and everyone that we encountered during the tour was pleasant.

Mrs. Susan is the absolute best, she runs the leasing office by herself, she tends to the residents needs, as well has prospects that come in to inquire about renting an apartment, she gives tours of the complex showing them every aspect of the complex including the library, computer room, and the movie room as well as the room where the pool table is. Mrs. Sue is a very hardworking, dedicated, very caring person, she’s by herself, she has a lot to do, but guess what she gets it done no matter what.

I’ve been in property management for for the last 36 years.Coming to a community where customer service is so important, which is what Sue showed at the Oasis, it warmed my heart the way she was so concerned with making sure my sister found her perfect new home. She’s relocating here to Houston and that was very important that we found a perfect home in this area, the community has beautiful with great amenities and she showed them all. I was very very pleased with the apartment, and I highly recommend the Oasis and most of all SUE! Give her a raise she represents the community very well!!!

The complex has a really nice curb appeal and the inside is luxury for very affordable prices. The ladies that work there are very nice and professional! My experience during the my visit was amazing. They have alot to offer. Im not too impressed with the area but after speaking with the manager I was very impressed on how she manages. I havent done a full year here yet but its been honestly the best place Ive liven in Houston. Beautiful big pool with a section for swimmers, a playground, library, theater nd computer lab, elevators on every building for easy access. They are really pretty both inside nd out. Overall pretty quiet nd chill. Theres a metro stop right in front of them. And alot of stores are fairly close by (especially specs lol) Overall Im very much pleased with staff nd management nd how things are going
