I just recently moved in a few months ago, I LOVE MY APARTMENT! I finally got it set up the way I wanted and I feel right at home. The office staff is very nice, for Halloween they passed out candy for the kids and had a photo booth set up. The neighbors are quite, parking isnt coward. I would recommend the apartments, they are even offering $1500 for a referral, I already told my co-workers.

I have been a tenant at oaks at Greenview for about 4 years now’ and I must say I am very pleased on how well they manage anything I bring up to their attention. The management staff is awesome and very kind! Work orders get handle in a very timely manner which is very convenient. Makes it a pleasure to live on the property. Thanks so much guys!

I’ve been living here officially for one year now, I love the office ladies (they’re are the best) also the maintenance men who take care of everything I’ve ever asked. I love the community! They are always doing something for the kiddos here in the office! The amenities are also a plus! I will be calling Oaks at Greenview my home again as I’m renewing my lease.I feel safe here!!!

I am very happy here. The new staff is friendly and helpful and they are working hard to improve the conditions of the complex. The workout room has all new equipment. The pool is beautiful and kept clean and it also has new furniture. When I have needed something repaired it was done quickly.There is plenty of parking. It is a pet friendly place and I feel safe walking my dog even after dark. The apartments are very sound proof, I cannot hear my neighbors. This is a family friendly complex and I would recommend it to my friends.

Overall, for the price I paid for rent, I thought this apartment complex was worth it. Granted I noticed several things that I thought was rather questionable, but for the most part, I enjoyed my stay. There are good and bad things about this apartment; which I am going to list now:Good:- complex is well lit.- ample amount of parking.- leasing managers were polite.- maintenance issues were taken care of quickly.- people tend to leave each other alone. I never felt like my property, home or myself was in any kind of danger.Bad:- the cement parking stoppers that are in front of most parking spaces need to be removed. Vehicles that are particularly long stick out and impede the flow of traffic within the complex.- tenants tend to leave their trash outside of the garbage can instead of inside the can.- there seems to be a lot of stray cats around the complex.-whoever the complex uses for pest control does a bad job. I had to do my own pest control in order to get rid of the roach problem.Again, overall the complex wasnt bad for the price that I was paying. I would recommend this complex for anyone that needs an affordable apartment housing.

So far so good...I was skeptical about moving here because of the reviews. But I figured Id take a chance anyway. Been here a month and have had only minor issues that have been easily resolved. Im not used to apartment living so I thought Id have issues but not so. Management has been really attentive and nice. The community is ok, some noise, but you have to be reasonable, its an apartment and there will be some noise. Everything was clean when I moved in. I just went through and sanitized it. Had two Texas sized roaches find their way in, but I bought my own Home Defense, treated the whole place and have not seen any since. The only thing that bothers me is having to park my new car in those tight parking spaces. I know its only a matter of time before someone isnt careful and.... ding. There goes my flawless paint.Overall, Im happy here. It works for me for now and Im glad I took a chance despite the bad reviews.I will update my review should anything drastically change my opinion.

I really love Karina and the manager Shelly. They are so nice! This is my second time living at these apartments. This time around I had a couple of problems that came up by Karina made sure those things were looked at and fixed the same day. Very happy resident!

I recently moved in no complaints here very quite and clean front staff seem cool. Hopefully it stays that way, also my apt was clean and nice when I moved in neighbors keep to themselves which is perfect. I would recommend y’all move in.

I have been at these apartments for about 8 months. I am very happy with the complex itself as I feel safe and so do my children. The ladies at the office are always pleasant and helpful. They have activities for the residents which is great and a nice way to meet some neighbors. Maintenance keeps the grounds clean and they are quick to respond to service requests. The only change I would make is to have better parking options, maybe 1 assigned per apt. And the washers are a bit expensive. Overall very happy

I feel very comfortable in this apartment, it is spacious, with respect to the common areas I think they should be more lit, there is little light, it would be a good idea to install LED lights in all the common areas

The entire office complex team was very friendly. And it wouldnt be a bad idea to have more lighting in the visitors parking lots or it would be a perfect camera system 👌 but everything is fine as far as it goes.
