I have just been here for 3 months. Marlena the manager is amazing, very professional along with a good personality. The staff also welcome me with bright smiles, along with professionalism. It is very quiet, safe and kept very clean around here. I would welcome anyone to come and live here.

I have lived here 13 years and it will be where i will live out my life. They are very quiet and have a wonderful community. I run the food bank and the office staff is so helpful and kind to all the people who are waiting to go in. The lawns are so well maintained and the response to service request is always quick and done with respect and kindness .the office staff is always very helpful with faxing and anything we need help with .I feel so much safer here with our new courtesy officer .I would recommend this place to live to anyone!

Our North Greenbriar staff has been like a family to me, if there has been a problem of any kind they are there. I appreciate them! One thing that stands out regardless of the manager is the staff is awesome. Everything may not be the way we want but we are on the outside looking in. I really appreciate the maintenance staff as well.

I have really enjoyed living here since May 2018. Everyone Ive met at NGB Senior Apartments is polite and courteous. There are onsite activities and amenities like a swimming pool with relaxing seating, the park with grills, picnic tables, a gazebo with tables and chairs, and out the back door of the activity rooms we have tables and chairs for visiting.Inside the activity club space is a small library and business center, a pool table and game table in the game room, a separate room with continental breakfast bar, tables and chairs to visit other residents in the cafe area.A nice gated swimming pool with nice lounge chairs. We have a small food pantry next to a small exercise room. There are scheduled activities in the community and many social areas as well as a small pet park where residents enjoy chatting while pets get to play and get exercise. We also have walking sidewalks for human exercise. I understand that our pool is closed for summer 2024.Maintenance is the best: courteous, quick, and efficient. Management is on-site and available. The residents are friendly and noninvasive. We also have a courtesy officer at night who is a phone call away.The community is safe and gated with a remote intercom system. No one gets in to see you that you do not allow in. There are raised garden beds maintained by residents to share in, too.I have really enjoyed living here. I enjoy my patio, too, and I believe every 2 story building has an elevator and ample sprinkler systems and inspections.If you rent an apartment here, I think youll be happy with your decision. Be sure to tell them Barbara Campbell in #618, recommended the community.
