Ive been living at Novu for 4 months so far and I have been extremely happy with the property, management and office staff. The layout of the complex is nice and spread out. All of the amenity areas are always very well maintained which makes it very inviting! Overall, my stay here has been nothing short of wonderful, thanks in large part to the incredible team behind the scenes. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone in search of a comfortable, convenient and truly exceptional living experience.

I came to tour their 2bd 2ba floor plan and was amazed!!! I didn’t have to wait, the leasing agent Meriah was kind and very knowledgeable. The floor plan was very spacious and their prices are very responsible! I most definitely would recommend to anyone one who’s looking for a comfortable yet luxury place to stay at affordable price!

I’ve been living at Novu for about a year and a half. I got a flat tire on a Sunday afternoon, 20 mins after the leasing office opened. I didn’t know what to do, or who to call as I’m from out of state and all my family is far away. My friends in HTX are far from where I was. I went in the leasing office not sure what to ask but hoping someone would be able to help somehow. The employee on duty, Meriah, asked me to show her where my car was and came out. To my surprise she already knew how to change a tire, and not only helped my situation by getting my spare on, but also taught me during the process so I’ll know in the future if I’m ever in a situation like that again with no one to help or no AAA to call. She definitely gave “going above and beyond” in customer service a new definition to me! I’ll always remember her and that situation as a significant moment for me and am very grateful. Not many leasing offices would offer their own help- there’s many other people who would have brushed me off not knowing my situation and left me alone to figure it out or told me the generic “call someone” type of answer. It showed me a lot about her character as not only an employee but a person. Much respect! Thank you Meriah! You made a situation that could have been a lot worse, a lot better and more manageable for me. I appreciate you!

Me and my partner have been searching in the area for apartments and when this one popped up we got very excited. We drove up and were just so ready to see what it had to offer and Wendy was there more than happy to help us. She answered all of the questions we had and made sure we were taken care of. Our experience was great because of her! Definitely would recommend!

While visiting multiple apartments in the area, we decided to stop by Novu New Forest. We were immediately greeted by Hailey upon walking in. Hailey was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and provided us all the information we needed to help us with our decision making. She gave us a tour of the property and all of the amenities. This property checked all the boxes: nice pool, updated gym, and modern apartment floor plans and finishes. The location is also great, and is a quick drive to downtown Houston.We visited other properties, but found that this one had everything we wanted, and for a competitive price. Submitting the rental and lease applications were fast, and simple, which was great since I don’t currently live in Houston.So far, everything is been a smooth process, and I look forward to moving in soon!

Harmony was absolutely amazing! We went in just to inquire about a new 2 bedroom apartment and end up going forward and getting a new lease. She was able to show us the apartment and the amazing amenities that comes included. It is a big change from what we are currently living she made the experience easy and quick which is usually a pain at other apartments. The area was clean and they had everything covid safe which is a plus that they took the precautions on being safe. If you’re looking for someone to lease your new apartment ask for Harmony she will let you know from the beginning how it is.

My boyfriend and I toured this property about two weeks ago and we fell in love immediately! We had toured a few other properties that day, but when we met Loretha we were sold. We showed her a page with information from the property we viewed prior, and she let us know all the ways Novu would be a better fit for us. She is a knowledgeable, kind and extremely patient leasing agent, which we are appreciative for. We filled out our application today as we are finally ready for the move, and when I reached out to her for assistance she responded almost immediately despite being sick. I am excited to call Novu our new home.

WOW! What an amazing experience. I have a friend that loves living her so I decided to reach out and see what they had to offer. Absolutely blew me away! This place is not only beautiful online but in person as well as a great office staff. I called to get pricing and Shannon took time to answer all of my questions (which I had a lot of). She did not make me feel rushed at all and even emailed me additional information and virtual tours until I could visit the property. Even though I have been there before to visit my friend, she wanted to make sure I had all of the information. I was able to come for visit and got to see all of the beautiful amenities and even locations of available homes. I am actually in property management and this place is top notch customer service so I want to give credit where credit is due. This is definitely the place to be!

Loving it here!Alison has been extremely helpful getting us set up in the apartment. The amenities are pretty great, lots of spaces available for different activities. Parking is not too difficult. They also have valet trash here, which can be handy if you don’t feel like coming out. I love the granite countertops, it’s not cheap feeling painted over kind of countertops.I’m enjoying the spacing of the apartment as well, it’s pretty well designed. Just one thing, a lot of light switches and outlets! Not complaining, it’s actually refreshing being able to have that flexibility with electrical stuff. Thank you.

From the moment we walked in the scenery takes your breath away. The anemities of this apartment complex are really welcoming and modern. The overall look inside and out of this complex is by far the best around town.Harmony was a great help and her uppity attitude was the best part of the tour. Good Afternoon... First I would like to say this place is an great place to live. The office staff members which I have spoken with are Blaine, Beth & Joanna are the most unique individuals.They are soo caring & very respectful and friendly. My son & I did experience ants coming in from outside that did all of the sudden came in. I did call the office to advise of this & they took the steps to have the exterminator there the next day. I just love the office staff , they are very helpful and eager to help everyone, Overall I love this complex and area as well. This complex is a blessing to my sons and I . I am very happy to be living here.

Ive lived here for 2 years and Ive loved it. I understand that people have negative situations happen, but that hasnt really been my experience while living here.Notably, Channin and Milton have been AMAZING! They were always very caring, always kept an open channel of communication with me...and just overall took time to answer any questions and were never the kind of management team to make you feel as if you were a bother. I really dont think you can ask for better than that. So appreciated!

The area is very welcoming and the staff is super communicative. They got so many things too - a nice pool, a super cool lounge, a nice gym, a doggy park, and a grilling area as well. The staff of the property is totally new, fresh, and ready to work and help the guests. I would definitely recommend renting out here.

Looking for a place closer to work I accidentally came across Domain Forest. Immediately I was impressed with the visual of the structure. Although still under construction I could see the beautiful layout. I left my contact info and received a call from Alyssa. Her customer service is wonderful! She did not hesitate in assisting me. Alyssa is on top of her game! We came down there just a few minutes after they opened for the very first time. She was able to answer all of our questions and we were able to get the process rolling right away.
