    Best place to live! I’ve lived here with my husband for 2.5 years and we have LOVED it. The building is beautiful and the staff is amazing. You really can’t do better in Dallas. We are only moving because it’s time for a house, but we wouldn’t even consider moving to another apartment - we have been totally spoiled here.We’ve joked that we don’t think we have neighbors because we’ve never heard a sound through the walls of our apartment. I’m not sure how it’s possible because we definitely do have neighbors, but I think that’s one of the many perks of living in a new build.I’m sure the maintenance team is amazing, but I wouldn’t even know because we haven’t had a single reason to call them.Our puppy loves it here too. It is such a bittersweet farewell. Thank you, Novel!

    I had the pleasure of calling Novel Turtle Creek home for the past three years, and it has been an exceptional experience. From the beautifully maintained amenities to the attentive management team, every aspect of this community exceeded my expectations. The building is always clean, secure, and well-managed. In my 3 years there, I didn’t have any issues with safety, management, and the quality of the environment. I LOVE the location.Chad, the valet extraordinaire! His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made a lasting impression. No matter the time of day, Chad greeted residents with a warm smile and went above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience. His exceptional service was one of the many things that made living here feel special.I highly recommend Novel Turtle Creek.

    I am completely in love with Novel Turtle Creek! I went to tour the building and was completely blown away! The building was immaculate! the staff was incredibly patient and knowledgeable! Can’t recommend enough!

    We have been residents of the Novel since its opening, and have thoroughly enjoyed the Novel experience! The Novel is an amazing building with great amenities and location. The one aspect of the Novel that has truly added to the experience is the staff. Staff members like Anthony, Lauren, and others have always been there for us when we needed their help. Their positive attitude adds so much to the great atmosphere at the Novel.

    An amazing experience to live here. From the staff to the neighbors, its great to be living in uptown but also have the peace and quiet of the surrounding neighborhoods. Its also great if you work from home sometimes, the 5th floor meeting areas and amenities are stellar.

    Novel Turtle Creek is one of the most beautiful properties I have toured in Dallas. The location is phenomenal, and the details throughout are fabulous. The thing that makes this property so unique has to be the staff. They pickup on the first ring, and are eager to help. Lauren guided me and answered every question I had!

    Novel is the best place I have ever lived! The staff is amazing and so are the residents! There is always something going on (happy hours, pizza night, book club, and more) and the building is beautiful with fresh flowers weekly and gorgeous decor! I never want to leave the Novel Turtle Creek! :)

    From my first day 7/5/22 Rossi Hill and his team made me feel welcome. Anthony, Lauren, Chad, Joseph, Alex, Ana, William, Dez, then Courtney, Kenneth, Hannah, Jude all have been great. I was sad to leave as they became my friends. I lost 2 dogs who died while there. My dogs loved Lauren and Dez plus Rossi..when I lost my last dog Lauren Dez and Kenneth helped me get him to my car. What more can a person ask.The support and service was wonderful. Yes every residence has bumps but they do their best to minimize it. Rossi, Courtney and Lauren helped me deal with issues I had outside of my residence. They were there for me and I will never forget their kindness.Julia Dodd

    Ill be 100% honest with you. I cant afford to live here, but Anthony was AMAZING. Truly. The property and the amenities are immaculate; it almost feels like a small oasis. The attention to detail and safety are a priority for a lot of us renting, and you can SEE that they take it seriously. Anthony is all about manifesting, so maybe some day soon. But in the meantime, I highly recommend.

    I fell in love with this property from the moment I drove into the car park. The propertys style and sophistication envelopes you immediately from the valet service, barista bar, pool deck and beautifully appointed décor that flows throughout the property. Anthony Brown met me at the concierge desk for a personalized tour on very short notice. He continued the high class experience with a fully comprehensive property tour with such ease it felt like we had known each other for years. Anthony anticipated and addressed all the details I sought for the living experience I was seeking. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for an elevated living experience to make Novel Turtle Creek your next home.

    The management staff at The Novel is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. As a busy executive, they make living at the Novel a wonderful experience. The guests are friendly, the dog park is convenient and the entire environment is quiet, elegant and relaxing!

    The building is BEAUTIFUL! Love the location. All the amenities are FABULOUS, especially the 5th floor where the Fitness Center and pool are located along with where special events are held weekly.I cannot say enough about the staff...EVERYONE is so friendly and accommodating. I have only lived here for three weeks, but have already met so many lovely, fun and nice people who are so happy to be here.Congrats to all who have made NOVEL such a success!

    Absolutely beautiful building. A friend recently moved here and we are very impressed with everything. The common areas and included services like automated Amazon lockers are really nice. The view from the upper floors is wonderful.

    Ive only been in the building for a few days, but I can tell you that Im not going to want to leave when my lease is up! Everything from the amenities to the staff to the apartment itself is just wonderful. Im so glad I decided to make Novel Turtle Creek my home for my time in Dallas. Definitely a step above all the rest!
