Great place to live. Quiet and friendly neighbors. I’ve been here for 8 years or more. Like every place it’s not perfect. Our new manager Mr Dominque has made some great positive changes and he is on it. Ms Jenny is wonderful she brightens up the front office. Our maintenance guy Mr Nigel has been holding it down he is amazing keeping our apts working. A new guy Mr Ray J nice as well and very professional!Oh and have I stated Mr Dom is awesome! He’s very helpful and listens to the residents if you actually take the time to speak to him he’s a great person!Ms Tee :)

Dominique and Jeni are awesome. Dominique is so nice and funny but most importantly he is professional and takes his job seriously. Anytime Ive ever needed anything he has always reached out to me immediately. Im happy to have he and Jeni. I was having such a bad day this month and Dominique and Jeni made me feel so much better because they genuinely cared. They both hugged me and gave me uplifting words of encouragement. I really appreciate them and everything they do to keep North Court Villas a peaceful place to call home.

Dominique and Jenni are so amazing ! I absolutely love staying here at this property don’t plan on moving anytime soon! Dominique has made this property into a masterpiece prior to the previous leasing manager. I am so proud to have him as our property manager he goes above and beyond To make this property, safe clean and beautiful! along with Mrs Jeni she is so amazing with a sweet personality and very helpful and creative I absolutely love her creative ideas for the residence and events here that she coordinates !

Loving the new office staff both Dominique and Jeni are doing an amazing job. They definitely make a good team, the property itself has had so many improvements and it feels great to call North Court Villas home... Its definitely a breath of fresh air to see staff that take pride in their work and care about their residents.

Dominique and Jeni are AMAZING!! They went above and beyond to get my little family and I into an apartment! I absolutely loved both their personalities from the get-go!! Suoer sweet, professional and helpful throughout the whole process. The community here is overall super quiet and neighbors are very nice. I dont see us moving out anytime soon!

I could list a hundred great things about these apartments and the staff. Management is always friendly and on top of everything. The manager communicates well with his tenants and goes above and beyond to help in anyway. Maintenance has always been timely and efficient. The property is well maintained and clean. It is a great property.

Oh my gosh this place is amazing and beautiful. My apartment is so beautiful. The people in the office are very nice and Jeni is so nice and sweet she helped me a lot and very patient with me. Thank you so much for everything Im very happy.

The new manager Dominique has really set high standards for this complex. He has extremely attentive to his residents needs and is doing the best on making this complex a better place. I definitely think Mr.Roy is a breathe of fresh air.

The new manager is great! she reliable and know how to handle business. One of my family member has been living their over a year and have met three manager within a year, none of them stayed more than one month. so, we are please she stepped in. Now maybe North Court can get their rating up.

Ive been a resident for 3 years up until recently moving and the entire 3 years were a great and pleasant experience. The property manager Dee was always helpful and provided great customer service each time. Safety was never an issue and I truly had great neighbors :)

When I visit Frisco I stay with a friend who lives in this complex. It is nice and small in my opinion. Wood floors, washer and dryer connections. Along with a large master bedroom. Stainless Steel kitchen appliances and fairly quiet. Except for the kids laughing and planning. Off the main room and surrounded by lots businesses, schools, and restaurants.

Hello, Im giving our new Apartment manager , Dominique a 5 star review for great improvements to this property in just 2 months....He cares about his residents opinions & is willing to listen ...We have new pool water 💦 this summer & he has extended pool hours till 8:00 pm for our childrens saftey..Dominique has cleaned up this property alot in a short time with more positive changes coming like new mulch going to be laid soon. Our grass is mowed frequently now since hes been our new manager..Their was a notice sent out to everyone to register their car to avoid towing....Maintenance has been greatly appreciated on my behalf ...Im grateful that Dominique is our new manager & people who have a complaint go in the office & speak to him , hes a very nice person trying to make positive changes for North Court Villas.

So far so great ! Seneca , in the office answered my call today and was an absolute delight . He was very informative of the area , the property , and had something positive to say about every topic that came up . He insisted I come see the place for myself when I’m in town and I absolutely am ! He , alone , has moved this property to the top of my list . If everyone else in the office is as friendly as he is , I would be more than happy to make this place our new home . Thank you for your time with me .

Well its 2018 now and anything after this year u can sweep under the rug .new ppl running this complex and they seem to be doing a Damm good job .office ladys are nice and helpful . UPDATE 3/30/18... WOW!!!!! SPOKE TO SOON ..6/1/18 been here 2 months and must say great place to live and manger she always greets you with a happy attitude an a big smile .this is a beautiful place to live ..

Very nice place, LITC complex. There is a waiting list, and you have to prove you make a certain amount or less to be eligible to live here.Collin County lacks affordable housing, and companies seem loath to build it. Of course, the state seems not to encourage it, either.
