I was referred to Karen through a close friend 3 years ago. Since then, Karen has found me 3 fantastic apartments with the criteria I provided. Karen goes above and beyond from what I would have expected through using previous apartment locators. I have sent many of my friends her way and have ever only heard great things about their experiences as well. Karen should be your go-to if you are looking for somebody to do all of the heavy lifting in finding apartments and setting appointments to tour. She will be by your side from the moment you contact her and will continues to check in throughout your stay to ensure she placed you in the proper destination. She knows the industry inside and out and I will continue to utilize her until I buy a house.*Side note - For my current apartment, I had ruled it off the list she sent but she insisted we take a tour just to be sure and it ended up being the best apartment I have ever lived at. Karen is AWESOME!!! She has helped my family out several times in the past few years. My oldest daughter is a brand new teacher and landed her job last minute in Austin last year. We were scrambling to find an apartment in a city we didn’t know very well. One of the apartments I cold called recommended Karen. Within 24 hours my daughter had a lease signed close to her school in a good part of town. We have recommended friends and family. This last winter with the freeze, my nephew’s apartment was flooded and then condemned with only a few days notice as the building has to be remodeled. She is super knowledgeable about the area, and did a lot of upfront work to quickly get me to a focused selection of neighborhoods & apartment buildings. I recently moved to Austin for a new job. The hiring process moved very quickly, so I had to sign an apartment lease before ever stepping foot in Texas. I was really nervous about committing to a place Id never even seen (pictures can hide a lot, cant they?). But Karen reassured me she did this often for clients.Im a country girl at heart, so city apartment living wasnt something I was looking forward to. But she really listened to what I wanted and was able to eliminate things I wouldnt have liked (parking lot views, noise, pedestrian traffic, etc). Would you believe she found me a unit with a patio facing a nature preserve? Its so nice, I told her I liked trees and boy did she deliver! This move was a sudden, jarring life change, but having such a comfortable little home base has made this transition much, much easier. Thank you Karen!
