Im trying to be a resident, and the Lady nieshs was very nice and helpful,but I think the maintenance guy has an attitude, I hope it was because it was hot outside other than that this is the best place Ive ever lived and thanks for the security cameras. Oh the parking is confusing why not just have visitors parking instead of parking permits

I love it here. I seen a review on here that really upset me. The office is always clean Ive been living here since 2019 and I love Niesha. She is so sweet she does stay super busy and I wish she had help but she makes it look easy. I recommend this property. It is the nicest property in Crosby.Thank you Niesha for all you do keep up the good work sometimes I see her car late at night working way past office hours I have to her to go home. We love you

I came to the property requesting a tour, Mrs.Niesha Grear was so nice and helpful. She gave me a tour and gave me valuable info on my next steps I should take on obtaining the unit I was applying for. I can’t wait to move in honestly

The guy complaining about the towing in the other review must have not lived here when EVERY NON RESIDENT AND THEIR DOG TOOK UP PARKING SPOTS! Seriously. It was hell! Parking has always been an issue but they have done a wonderful job of keeping spaces available for actual residents. Some people have literally left their junker to sit in a spot for the rest of its life, but not anymore because they get towed. If youre gonna visit, let your host know before hand and they can get you a visitor pass. It may sound stupid but it really isnt. Place is very nice and the only complaints Ive had were neighbor related. Bad neighbors usually get evicted which is awesome, there are cameras around the complex and inside the actual units are amazing. The wife and I have lived here since the day it was first open and ready for families to move in. Most residents here are nice and courteous, if you arent and 10 to cause trouble for others around you,dont bother moving in because you will likely be evicted quickly anyway. Other than that if youre an actual real life decent person, youll love it here!

NewportVillage is amazing. Mrs.dalcoe is very nice in thoughtful, helpful. She does a great job. But I wish she had a little more help. She does everything by herself at once. To answering phones, to welcoming guests, to doing paperwork, to doing 4 applications at the same time.

Neisha in the front office is very great! She went above and beyond to help us navigate the leasing process. She was so friendly, informative, and patient despite being terribly busy helping current and potential tenets.

The leasing agent Ms.Naisha was really nice and upfront about everything. She even gave up her lunch time to wait on us. The property was clean and quiet.

Work with Mrs.Niesha to get my apartment was super easy and quick process, she was patient and very nice during the whole thing and I comend her for being the only one in the office helping 3 - 4 people at a time. I definitely would recommend.

I have lived here for 4 years and 3 months. I have enjoyed it. The manager, Tony Ragsdale, is awesome. He is on top of things and keeps the property running smooth. He keeps us informed of upcoming events and inspections in a timely manner. The complex is clean and quiet. The on site maintenance man, Rob, is doing an excellent job keep the property clean and running properly!

Apartments are very nice and well maintained. Manager handles everything you ask of her in a very timely manner. Very professional staff including maintenance. If you’re looking for affordable rent with quality amenities please apply, you won’t be disappointed.

I would like to start of saying that although Im not a resident I thank Ms. Deshonda for going above and beyond to help me. She took the time to assist me and if you are looking for somewhere to reside be prepared to be treated as a person instead of a number. THANKS AGAIN!!! Ms. Deshonda you made my day!!!!!
