I have lived at these apartments for 2 years now. Nice and quiet area which I can appreciate as I work alot and need to get my sleep. Any time I have put in a maintenance request they were usually always pretty good at getting back to me and getting the issue fixed. Ms. West the new manager is really great! She seems authentic and honest. Overall my experience here over the last 2 years have been good. I would recommend these apartments

Mission Mayfield is a wonderful place with courteous and professional staff who not only care for their community by keeping its grounds groomed and clean, they make sure when you stop into their offices or use their gym a pleasant deodorizing scent is offered by Aire-Master of NE Texas and awaits you. The team at Missions Mayfield is welcoming and excited to help you find a loving place to live right here.

Although overdue, I was at Mission Mayfield Downs for 3 years and enjoyed my time there. My neighbors were the same my whole stay, we knew each other. We rooted for each other every time. Maintenance was on time and answered speedily. Very quiet breezeway, Parking was easy for all, Office staff was very pleasant.I will add, Ms Wanita was and still is amazing even after moving out. She was always willing to work with tenants and make sure that all things were taken care of. She was a mother to me and made sure my stay was pleasant, my daugther was taken care of. I do miss my stay at Mission along with her, Ms Wanita.I would definitely recommend Mission Mayfield for a place to stay especially if you want that home and love feeling.

This is hands down the best place to live! The office staff is very friendly, helpful and quick to assist with any issues that arise.Kira and Juanita make a great team in the office and the maintenance team are quick to address and resolve my maintenance requests!Thanks Venterra for putting together such a great team of people to handle this property!

My husband and I are in the process of apartment hunting and mission mayfield was definitely the way to go. Front office staff Kyria was so helpful and kind. Our lease won’t begin for another two months but I’m excited to see how it goes. No doubt it will be amazing. Will update review in about 3-6 months.

Safe community with an amazing staff!! Leasing office staff are always super helpful and friendly. Maintenance staff are efficient and respect your home. Not a single complaint 4 months into my lease :)

Its been almost 2 months of moving in and hands down this complex is great! Friendly staffs (Kyira and Juanita) has been really kind in helping me with my needs. Whether its helping with the gate code or setting up my pets profile; they have been so kind in helping. Kyria would answer any of my concerns or request in a timely manner and there has been no problem since Ive moved in. The maintenance crew is great! Theyre quick to fix a problem and kind too. This is complex is 5Xs better than the last one that I stayed at.

Juanita and Kyria, as well as the maintenance team, are all top-notch. The community itself is a wonderful location to live, as the units and amenities are very well kept. Any time I go to the front office for any reason, I am greeted with a smile and a friendly hello. It was wonderful, Juanita was great, very helpful. She was very sweet and really knew her stuff, and very personable. The community was very nice and clean. If you are looking for a great prices in Grand Prairie, I highly recommend going to visit. Ask for Juanita for a tour, youll love it.

Our experience at Mission Mayfield Down has been excellent. From the beginning Kyria Mahosso has been very professional, kind, helpful and extremely patient. She has helped us with all our concerns and has been very efficient in everything. It has been very nice to be able to live here.

These apartments are amazing. Getting all things set up was a breeze, I toured the unit and moved in the next day. Natasha has been absolutely amazing and has worked hard to make sure I am comfortable with my unit. She was very informative and extremely on top of things during the move in process. Her welcoming demeanor and the apartments themselves really made me feel at home. The apartment is wonderful, I had no hardware issues upon move in and got a wonderful deal on my unit. The unit itself is actually massive for a 1bed 1 bath in DFW and insanely affordable. It’s a safe, gated, and quiet community, which really helps with making you feel at home. 10/10 recommend Mission Mayfield Downs!!!!

I moved here 7 months ago and the staff is awesome. Natsha, Kari, Joseph are A#1 always professional. My service request are always handled in a timely manner and the service techs does and awesome job cleaning up after their work in my apt. Being in the business myself I can truly say that they care about their tenants.

I have been residing here at Mayfield Downs for about a year or so, me and my children and I have to say that this is the first apartment complex that I actually love , because it feels like home. The property manager Natasha and her staff have been a huge Blessing in my life and I am for ever grateful for them. Mayfield Downs is a safe environment and it has the best amenities that are always kept clean and useful. This apartment complex is absolutely gorgeous on the inside and out , and I would recommend it to anyone that is looking for a new home with great customer service!

I’ve lived here for 3 years and I can say the staff is nice and it’s well kept. My packages have never been stolen, never had break-ins in my home or cars. Paying online is easy and maintenance takes care of things within 24 hrs. I have decided to extend my stay at Mission Mayfield Downs! We love it here! During this pandemic, they have followed all the guidelines to ensure the safety of the community and their staff. That in itself lets me know they care about our overall safety and our concerns are their number one priority. A huge shoutout to Natasha and Kari for always taking care of the community at Mission Mayfield Downs!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Mission Mayfield Downs. The management is great! I absolutely love Alex whos over leasing. She is so sweet and helpful on answering any questions/concerns that I may have. My husband and I stayed in a one bedroom for a year and loved the apartment so much that we moved to a two bedroom. The maintenance workers are AMAZING! Work orders are completed quickly. The only problem is parking if youre apartment is up front. We had to purchase a garage but it still was hard to have family/friends over because of parking. But other than that I love staying at Mission Mayfield Downs!

I’m a person that reads reviews and I had to share my experience w/ Mission Mayfield Downs. I’ve occupied one of these beautifully structured apartment homes for just over a year and I just have to say that I am very pleased with the staff, maintenance crew, and my neighbors.It’s a quiet little community here. The grounds are always well kept, we have a community board where we can communicate amongst the complex and our leasing office staff is always keeping us update on what’s to come.My unit is a 2bd/2bth very spacious and reasonably priced for the amenities it offers. I honestly don’t have any complaints and I’m VERY selective when it comes to my living space. You won’t go wrong with these apartment homes. Don’t just take my word for it, come check them out for yourself!

I have been impressed with the extremely friendly, helpful and professional team at the Mission Mayfield Downs Apartments. Tasha, Kari and Joseph are always available to discuss any issue with the apartment and the lease. They have always answered my questions and they are very patient and pleasant to deal with. As an attorney I meet with many people in my professional career and I have not met many who are as competent, courteous and nice to deal with as the team at Mission Mayfield Downs.

I have been here for years and noticed some changes within the office personnel. After I spoke with management about the new office help and the unprofessionalism and racist comment, the person was addressed, apologized and removed from the property. Carl, the manager and the maintenance team is the reason I stay and continue to reside here. It has continuously improved and I am grateful for that.

Ive lived here for 5 years now. I love living here. The staff has always been friendly and very helpful with everything. Maintenance is superb!! Anytime I need something fixed, replaced or have any concerns. Tthey are on it, immediately. The location is great!! It is smack dab in the middle of DFW. Great for anywhere you have to go. If you are looking for a place to stay they are the ones!!!!! Come here if you are wanting a quiet and clean atmosphere with friendly staff!!!I have been staying here for 1yr now. I just renewed my lease. They have been nothing but great to me from the application process to being a tenant! Any issue I have are always handled within 24 to 48hrs and if it didnt I could call and ask about my request and they immediately get on it. I have never been disappointed in the staff from the managers to matienence! There is no particular manager I prefer to speak to because they all are equally awesome!Out of all the apartments I have stayed at, they are the cleanest! They wash the breeze ways and I always see lawn keepers on the property!Lastly, it is peaceful! I have to say I feel like Im the loud one with my kids, haha! But honestly there are kids that play outside but never rowdy. I can sit on my balcony knowing it will be quiet and no smell of dog poop im the air or loud neighbors.They all around are great. They make your time here worth it!

The entire staff here is great! Everyone is so friendly and willing to help you! Ive have a couple of issue that required assistance and ALL of the office staff have worked hard to resolve my issue. I recently had an internet issue (which required fast action to resolve because of the holidays) and the maintenance supervisor/manager (Reyes) worked the cable company to get me up in running despite it being a day before the holiday! Thanks so much!

THIS IS THE BEST APARTMENT EVER!!!! Experience was so smooth and friendly and they helped my complicated situation with travel so much, they still were able to assist me! I am so happy here I even spoke with my neighbor on my love in day he was super friendly and even said he loved it here too. All the ladies in the office are so nice, I’m grateful for my home thank you Management 🙂

Ive lived here two years and love my apartment the service and the customer service is excellent. The grounds are well kept and Ive never had problems with my neighbors. I dont live here, nor did I ever live here, but my moms boyfriend used to live here and we would come over on the weekends or in the summer and spend the night on a third floor apartment and it just holds the best memories Ive had in my life. an example of these memories was when I would stay up all night while playing Minecraft survival games and seeing the sun rise through the blinds of the window right next to me that I used to sleep by. and swimming at the pool was great! just in case any manager sees this, how much does it cost to live here? like rent or bills. (I dont know too much about this stuff yet) All in all, I plan to live here in the future.

When I toured Mission Mayfield with Mr. Maddox, he immediately greeted me warmly. He took care of every question I had about amenities and was funny to top it off. His knowledge about what Arlington and Dallas attractions was a bonus. I love being out and about so that was the best part for me! 10/10!

Just want to give a hats off to Kari for her customer service. I have been running in circles trying to find a place that meets my needs during this COVID shutdown. Everything online rarely matches price and availability on different apps and sites, but she answered most questions I had before I even asked them, and gave me additional information in case I had any follow up questions. Living at Mission Mayfield has been a very nice experience, from the first day Juanita gave me her support and attention, very courteous and kind, the facilities are very comfortable and comfortable.
