I live here while i’m in school and the apartments are great, very spacious and have great amenities. They provide a shuttle to campus which is great if you don’t want to pay for parking passes and even pail and packages are quick and easy to get. The workers are always nice and solve issues quickly!

I have lived my experience at Midtown. The office staff is always so helpful and kind, quick to help. I like the package pick up system, as I know my packages are always safe. The shuttle system is extremely reliable and a the drivers are so kind. I do wish the office opened earlier, as it currently opens at 10. It would also be nice to have the gym open for more hours of the day as it is currently only open during office hours. Other than the hours, I have loved staying at Midtown!

The move in process was quick and very simple. There was no issues with communicating with the staff if there was any confusion. The apartment is very spacious and beautiful. Although, the only concern I have is the WIFI. It lags and refreshes pages. Test taking or timed assignments can be an issue.

This has been my first year living at midtown and it was been pretty enjoyable. Staff are friendly. I wish the gym equipment was updated (the treadmills in particular sometimes have to be restarted to work) and that the amenity hours were back to 24 hours, like they used to be! But otherwise, community is good, sometimes loud parties but the courtesy officer is usually good about alleviating those issues. 2 bedroom apartment is great and well laid out to maximize storage which is a must!

Midtown is a great place to live for college students. The staff is wonderful and maintenance comes pretty quickly. The area is usually pretty quiet and its super close to campus. The amenities are wonderful, plus there is a shuttle to campus.The only downside is the back gate is usually open.

I have had an overall really positive experience at Midtown. In fact, I renewed for my senior year and convinced two of my friends to sign on and be my roommates for next year. The staff is always so kind and maintenance is so quick. There is the occasional moments of frustration but you will have those at any apartment and at midtown they are far and few!

Midtown Apartments is a great place is love, especially for college students. It is close to the freeway and only about 5 minutes from campus. I love the layout of the rooms and it is spacious for two people. Maintenance is also pretty quick at coming if needed.

I have lived at Midtown for the last semester, and it is awesome!! The shuttle always runs on time which is great, as it is my main way to get to campus! The grounds are always kept super clean and maintenance is super prompt when we need our dishwasher fixed! The front office is super helpful everytime I call. They always have something going on for residents. I have no complaints and recommend Midtown to anyone who is looking for somewhere to live!

All staff are very nice and efficient. I did have a silverfish problem, but they got exterminators there very fast and I haven’t had anymore issues. There’s only some technical issues with my unit such as the washer not working unless you go to the breaker. Otherwise, this is a great complex with great people.

This is my third year living at Midtown and I have never once thought of moving or needing to move. The price is very reasonable for the space and the more modern feel compared to other apartments. The only problem I have had is during the summer the pool is often not clean which leads to residents not being able to use that amenity. Overall the staff is very nice and maintenance is very quick with resolving maintenance issues.

It’s not far from campus but everyone uses the shuttle and there’s a lot of times through the day so that’s a plus. The 4 bedrooms apartments look really good and is spacious. I’ve been a resident for the last 4-5 months and have nothing bad to say about living here! Anytime I’ve had an issue with something in the apartment I put in a maintenance request and they get to work ASAP, all the staff members have been so helpful whenever I have questions or concerns. The location is great for student who live off of campus because it’s not too far from campus but also gives you a little bit of distant, I renewed my lease for another year just because I love the location and how my living situation has been at a Midtown!

I love living at this apartment complex! The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the maintenance team is quick to respond to any issues that may come up. Plus, the location is perfect for me – its close to shopping, restaurants, workplace, and only a few minutes away from my university with a provided shuttle system that runs all throughout the day. I have been a resident at Midtown for about 5 months now and I am pleased to say I have not had one issue living here. I use the gym weekly and it’s never been dirty or too full. I did a picnic by the pool during sunset with my friends and didn’t have to worry about a thing. I’ve never struggled to find parking except after work at night which is understandable. I’ve almost been here a year, and decided to renew back in December! The everyone on staff is consistently kind and helpful, and any difficulties are dealt with super quickly by the maintenance service. The 24 hour pool is the best amenity, because it’s hard to find a pool that always open! It’s hard to find a complex that feels safe and is as well kept as Midtown! Im incredibly pleased with my decision to live here overall, and I would strongly suggest it to others.

I have lived in other apartments in Huntsville and Midtown is by far the best one. Management is terrific and the maintence crew respond quickly and do a good job. One thing I love about Midtown is the size of the kitchen which is much larger than the apartments in the surrounding area. 11/10 would recommend.

Moved into Midtown in 2020 and am still living here. Great place to be.Midtown is one of the most affordable spots in Huntsville, considering everything you get and how popular the place is. The staff is great and easy to get in contact with. Kevin the manager is a very calm understanding guy. You get free stuff occasionally. Maintenance is busy, but they are very nice guys also. Sometimes the parking can be annoying, or the drawers come out of place a lot. But for the experience it’s really not a big deal.

Having a gate and security cameras is super nice.The apartment itself is beautiful but very cheaply made, everything seems to be a rush job. Its a bit expensive for what youre actually getting. The study room is not accessible if the office isnt open, but maybe they will fix the side door.

I currently live at midtown and I would say overall it’s a great living environment! The staff and especially maintenance is super helpful. The amenities are great I wish the gym had more weight machines but besides that you get a good workout in! There pool is always maintained and is a great area to study.The only issue is sometimes the wifi is slow or most recently it was out for a couple of days but that was because of an actual issue. Our fridge goes out every once in a while but maintenance is quick to come fix it when a report is made .

I love living here! The only complaint I have is the package system. Sometimes packages (if they’re too big for the mailboxes) will be sent to the front office for you to pick up there. I love how I will get a text or email notifying me of this, but it’s pretty inconsistent. I wish it was consistent, in the case that I got sent something that I can’t track myself, or some kind of unexpected package that I didn’t know about. Therefore, I’d be able to know I have a package to pick up, even if I’m not expecting it.

This is my 3rd year living at midtown and I can honestly say I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. I have seen so many staff come and go and many I am still friends with but they all have the same thing in common and that is that they are super kind, understanding, and welcoming. I used to always sit up at the office and talk to them my first year living here and they loved hearing about all my crazy work days. Maintenance always services super fast and are really nice men. The staff today are all very nice and shout out to Monique for always complimenting my apartment decor! I have enjoyed living here for my time at Sam and even though it is almost coming to an end, i’m glad I got to live at Midtown :)

This is my second year at Midtown and I can confidently say this is the best apartment complex you could live at in Huntsville as a SHSU student.Pros:My room is huge (Room A). Our living space is very large especially for the price. We have always had great experiences with maintenance and the front office. They do a great job of keeping up with the grounds around the complex so it looks nice! Amenities are nice. The shuttle is a perk and the drivers are always very nice. There are always little events they host throughout the year with giveaways. It’s very pet friendly although the “dog park” isn’t the best.The cons:Walls are very very thin. My room was not cleaned before I moved in. We have had a bug problem in our unit (mosquitoes, nats, silverfish, spiders) even after they spray. Other residents who throw trash in the hallways or down from balconies onto cars.I have enjoyed my time living here and I can definitely say the pros do outweigh the cons.

Midtown is by far one of the best apartments to live at in Huntsville for students. The floor plans are spacious and the community is smaller than the surrounding areas which makes it, typically, a lot quieter. The staff make it a priority that you enjoy your time living here and thats why Ive made it my home for the past 1.5 years and counting. To give just one example of the quality that Midtown brings the AC unit in my apartment went out one night and after placing a maintenance order at midnight, the crew showed up and immediately took care of the issue.During my freshman year in the college dorms, 12 of my honors friends all decided to move in here and we all resigned our lease for another year as well as bringing new people into our mini community as well. Midtown is the perfect place to live and if youve ever been jealous of the TV show friends this would be the best place to fulfill that desire.

If you are a student at SHSU, pick Midtown Sam Houston to make your next home! I chose this apartment complex my sophomore year and stayed until I graduated—that in itself should tell you something! The front staff were always incredibly kind, respectful, and helpful in assisting their residents. Any time I had a maintenance request it was fulfilled timely, any time I had a question/request for the front office they did their best to do everything in their power to help. It is a wonderful place to live filled with community, beautiful furnished apartments, and great location. I loved my time living here and you will too:)

Midtown is a really open, spacious place to live. i think it’s a great apartment for those who are new to living in an apartment like myself who came from living in a dorm. The only issue i dealt with here was that the gates weren’t consistent. Sometimes the gates were wide open all the time even though you pay for a gated community and other times they were closed but the clicker wouldn’t work right or the exit gate was broken and guests couldn’t leave unless someone with a clicker was there to open it. Other than that, i felt pretty comfy at MidTown

I love love love these apartmemts and the staff! I am obessed with my living space (2 x 2). So spacious and lots of storage! During the warmer days, my roommate and I are always hitting up the pool to relax and enjoy the water. The staff are so friendly and fun to hang out with! They are great at making personal connections with you and are always there for your every need! I also love going to all the monthly events that Midtown hosts! My roommate and I always have a blast attending the events. Midtown also is always having giveaways, its so easy to enter and win! Already within living at Midtown for a few months, I immediatly renewed my lease with them because I couldnt imagine living anywhere else!

Midtown Sam Houston has been home for a year and a half and its been great! Rent prices are definitely the best around Huntsville, the apartments and rooms are spacious. The front desk staff are very helpful and polite, especially Kachi. I was locked out of my apartment, and he was able to answer the on call phone and help me. The only con I would have to say about this apartment would be the towing for visitors. The best option would be to get your parking pass early.Midtown is a great place to live!

Midtown is one of the better apartment here in Huntsville. Due to safety, lighting at night, and cleanliness (minus excessive dog poop) . Apartments come as is and you pay if theirs any damages upon move out (which is a poor quality).
