    Been living here for a little over 3 years now and I moved here out of an emergency situation but have stayed because I have been satisfied with it and the management have been understanding and seem genuinely concerned about the tenants here.The restroom is large with plenty of safety handles for disabled people and I do believe that there are at least 3 floor plans.

    My elderly aunt lives there and Seth, the manager, and staff all treat her good. When I call (Im 325 miles away) to talk to Seth or any if the staff about something, Im always treated with respect and professionalism. I have read all the reviews about this place, and you know?...there are people, unfortunately, in the world, that complain about EVERYTHING. I wouldnt place much weight on the negative reviews.

    I have been a resident of midtown Manor for a couple years ...I appreciate the staff at Midtown Manor from the Office staff to the Housekeeper...and the maintenance people.. theres compassion and friendliness but also a sense of professionalism because this is a Hud facility.. I am grateful to live here.

    Not exactly the best place to live, but its a roof over your head. Most tennants are generally nice and easy to get along with. Staff is somewhat easy to get along with, if you can tolerate the occasional double standard regarding policy. Otherwise, great place in a somewhat quiet area. Love the fact that you can catch city buses from outside the building, and there is entertainment and restaurants within walking distance.

    I go visit my best friend Jerri Bowman..every time i walk in its clean has a few friendly people sitting around visiting..its a warm family feeling...i know my friend is safe for sure..thank u for making sure my friend is safe nd BLESSED...πŸ˜‡πŸ˜‡πŸ’―πŸ’―Have a blessed DAY

    An alcoholic friend once told me that he didnt like it because it is a controlled environment,,I couldnt help but laugh at him because YES,,IT is a controlled,,but the difference between his controlled environment and mine,,I have all the control because I have the key to the building and after 5,,no one gets in unless they call me and I let them in,,total security!!!

    Went there to visit a friend the reason I gave it four stars because of the unease I guess you could say Im getting access Im sure things are that way security doors are locked excetera excetera but this is during the day I would understand if it was 9 or 10 at night doors would be locked but not when the sun still out 5 or 6 in the evening

    I love living here it is quite and clean. The perfect place to live if you are elderly or disabled, and they base your rent by your income.
