I am currently a resident here. I only gave 4 stars because when I originally applied it was such a horrible process with the old office staff. They lied and delayed my move in until I decided to cancel everything and asked for my money back. When I didn’t receive my money I decided to go back up to the office to talk to someone. I was greeted by Vanessa, Phil, and Day. They were definitely welcoming and helpful. They reopened my application and moved me in within a week or two. The process was fast stress free and I am glad I came back with an open mind and now I am in LOVEEEEE with my unit and community. It’s been a month so far and I only can say great things. They have activities such as recently they had a brunch with a private chef to make custom omelets. Overall it’s a great peaceful place to live. I really appreciate the office staff Vanessa, Day, and Phil thank you all for being a blessing for my daughter and I. We love are new home. If you thinking of moving here you got the right idea.

When I came to the property I immediately felt a warm welcome from the office staff. I was greeted by Deymornay, their Assistant Manager. Her bubbly personality instantly made me feel right at home. I had a very nice tour with Phil, he was personable and seemed very knowledgeable, all questions/concerns were answered. It’s very rare to feel such a welcoming presence from management. I highly recommend Memorial at Six!

Memorial at Six was the first and only apartment I toured when my lease ended. Phil, a representative there made it such a welcoming and friendly environment. That very moment I knew I didn’t want to waste my time and look elsewhere. During the process Day, assisted me with my application. She was very quick to respond and when Phil wasn’t available she stepped in and help. Daniel made sure to answer all my questions and concerns on my move in day. The staffs there are amazing. They’re well aware of the place and made sure everything was intact before I moved in.In regard to the apartment complex, it feels extremely safe and secure. If you are looking for a new home I definitely recommend stopping by. Such a beautiful community!

Good evening to you all atbMemorial at Six. My experience at the property was everything that I imagined it would be. Phillip Martin was the Best Leasing agent that I have ever experienced! He was very knowledgeable and helpful with things that were new to me with applying. I would recommend to anyone that I know that’s looking to move in this area to come and ask for him if they are thinking of moving here. This was the best moving experience I have had so far. The schools zoned to the property are great as well. The property is definitely 10/10. I am really enjoying this move and have no complaints.

While the approval process was lengthy and somewhat tedious, the end result was well worth the wait.I must highlight the exceptional service provided by my leasing agent, Phil. From the moment I first toured the apartment complex, Phil was transparent, honest, and incredibly helpful. I remember expressing my concerns about providing my financial information before submitting the application fee, and Phil reassured me based on my initial numbers. His professionalism and dedication to assisting me throughout the application process truly stood out. Even when he was sick and working from home, Phil made sure to promptly address all my concerns and inquiries, and for that, he deserves recognition and praise.Furthermore, I would like to commend the entire team at Memorial at Six Apartments for their professionalism, kindness, and efficiency. The compliance department, while taking some time, ultimately ensured that all necessary documentation was processed correctly. The best part about this property is the unit layout options. This apartment community has a we work station for studying or doing a podcast, an outdoor gym, firepit to hang out with my guests, a pool with a cool vibe, and a fancy resident club house.

OMG this property is so beautiful. When my parents and I stopped by the leasing agents Claudio and Phillip greeted us and provided the best customer service by giving us information on floor plans and pricing. I love how they have elevators and I have to admit I am truly grateful to have stumbled across this place because it is such a gorgeous property. A few times I called and could not get them by phone so I then showed up in person only to notice how busy they were. The gorgeous assistant manager Alexandra she always greets me with a smile and makes herself available to me every time I stop by. Management is great here. Professionalism is over the top!

My husband and I had a great touring experience here! The assistant manager Alexandra Roe is very professional and informative about price and amenities. If we decide on renting we would have to get the regular priced rent which is something to think about but I think it might be worth it considering that there is good staff in place and the fitness center has a stair master.

I dont know how I can begin to express my feelings about this property...The moment I started to see the first signs of this property I said, this will soon be my new home!!!From the first day I contacted them to obtain information they have treated me with respect, warmth and although at some point there were communication problems (WHICH I UNDERSTAND PERFECTLY BECAUSE IT WAS DURING HURRICANE BERLYN SEASON) and for obvious reasons they had problems with the light LIKE MOST PEOPLE, everything else was PERFECT!!!When I entered the doors of this complex I was like 😱🤤 WAOOO this is luxury and the apartments inside are a delight, from the moment I filled out my application until they told me ***YOU ARE APPROVED*** Claudio and Phillip were spectacular in their treatment!!!My home is so beautiful that it is a dream, I HAVE EVERYTHING, swimming pool ✅️, billiard room ✅️, gym ✅️, Starbucks coffee machine ✅️, tranquility ✅️, comfort ✅️ I mean what more could I ask for!!!P.S!!!They did not pay me for this review, much less do I work here (although I would love to) 🤣 I did it because it was born to me, not out of obligation because I still pay rent as I should!!!Claudio continues to be spectacular 😘👌!!!
