I’ve had an excellent experience living here! The management team is incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything I need. They make an effort to create a welcoming and supportive community, which makes all the difference. The maintenance staff is also amazing—requests are handled quickly, and they’re always professional and courteous. It’s so reassuring to know that if anything comes up, it’ll be taken care of promptly and with a smile. This is truly a great place to live, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-managed and comfortable home!

I been here sense 2022 its been hell to pay the captain but sense Ms. Carmen became the office manager things have changed a lots she work with her residents and she very understanding and work with your situation she got good communication and customer service sense she been in the office she done changed a lot of things around here at meadows on Merrill apartment.Maintenance is on point every time so I do recommend these apartments if you love to stay here.

Ever since Carmen has been the property manager, things are always being taken care of in a timely manner. She has so much patience and is always there to help. Out of all the years I been here, she is the best property manager ever!!

I been at these apartments for 9 years. So I been through all the changes some haven’t been all that great. But one thing is for sure since carman came and took over things have been pretty great, she’s very understanding and always willing to help in any way she can so we thank you and appreciate you for all your hard work.

Manager Carmen very nice she cares about our safety She does an excellent job on communication when theirs a issue she looks out for the well being of our Seniors an single family she informs us when their any water issues Ive learn management can only do so much as a hold if the community keep the property clean it would be great Management only can do so much we have to do ours as well

I am a resident at Meadows I just want to share the good news management has been doing an amazing job with apartment they respond pretty quick for anything you may need. If you looking for a great place to stay, all bills paid and great customer service from the keasing office. I visited this place a few times while looking for a place to stay. The Meadows at Merrill in Duncanville, Miss Esther is so sweet and very consistent with communicating on the whole move in process and reliable. Please swing by if you looking for somewhere to call home.

I ended up applying for the 3bedroom the lady who helped me was named Francia the regional supervisor for Meadows On Merrill. She went out of her way to help me and make sure it was not difficult to apply. Hopefully we get good news. I recommend them. They actually care and want you to get approved.

I have lived here for 6 years and have never had an issue. However I can say the new management is wonderful! Carolina always attends to my needs as well as Karla. They are always with a welcoming smile and great attitude. Due to me being here 6 years I was looking for a change but due to these lovely ladies & how professional they are I will for sure continue to reside at Meadows!

I worked with Jocelyn in the process of leasing an apt here. She effectively communicated with me and was extremely responsive in replying to all of my emails. She’s so kind and professional. I would highly recommend working with Jocelyn if you’re looking for a new home. She was great!!!!!

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a smiling face. Veronica was very accommodating in answering all my questions as well as being up front about my concerns! I honestly didn’t expect to apply, but her honesty made all the difference for me! The property was quiet and the renovations are something to see! I wish there were more professional honest people in management like her!

Wow I stay in meadow on Merrill apartments for 3 yrs now so the new manager Mrs. Carman and the new assistant manager they are a nice ladies and they will work with you and if you have a problem with your apartment they make sure the maintenance with come to ur unit I have no problem believe me if you stay here they will treat you right....

Ive been here for a while now and I must say I am overly satisfied with the resident and staff! Meadows on Merrill formerly Fairmeadows have came along way. The new manager, Ms. Sandy, is the best and Im glad shes here! Professionalism at its best! She is willing to help in any way that She can! She is what Meadows on Merrill needed! Every unit have new toliets, there are barbecue pits thats been added around the entire complex, their are upgraded units with all black appliances and more! She cares about the residence...We have had numerous events that her and her staff has had....Weve had movie night, bingo, and a Christmas party to nane a few...She is actually giving away things (including money) through raffles! She have a lot of respect for us as residence..Any and every issue I have had she has made suee ur was taken care of..Maintence are very night and get the job done! Ms. Veronica, assistant, is very good at taking care of things and getting things done. Shes down to earth as well and professional ! Our staff is complete and they are doing an excellent job with this property. Ive lived here for 5 years and Ive always had a complaint... I honestly have no reason to complain...Management and staff have changed alot through the years..I can honestly say we have the best management and staff that I have ever seen. Im soo very thankful! I give this resident now, more than 5 stars! They deserve more than 5 stars for all the hard work they have put in to overturn the mess and negativity that was once here..I recommend Meadows on Merrill to everyone! I promise you will not be disappointed!

This is my first year living in this community, it’s a great Quiet area and everyone is really friendly. The maintenance personnel is really efficient they do their best to do repair ASAP, office management is always great really professional always wiling to help you.
