I absolutely have to commend Jenna John for her exceptional service as the concierge! She always goes above and beyond to make residents feel welcome as soon as they walk in the door. Her professionalism and proficiency in handling phone calls and app messages make everything run smoothly. Shes a pleasure to chat with, always friendly and smiling. I cant tell you how many times Ive found myself locked out of my apartment, and Jenna is always there with a positive attitude, ready to assist. Truly a standout team member!

I had the pleasure of touring Maple Terrace in Uptown Dallas yesterday, and I was thoroughly impressed—not only by the property itself but by the exceptional professionalism of Jessica Medina. From the moment I arrived, Jessica exuded a deep knowledge of the community, articulating its features and amenities with clarity and enthusiasm. She effortlessly balanced warmth and expertise, ensuring that every question I had was met with a thoughtful and insightful response. What stood out most, however, was her meticulous attention to detail; at one point during our tour, I noticed her instinctively straightening lounge chairs in the spa area, a small yet telling gesture that underscored her dedication to the presentation and upkeep of the property. It was evident that she takes great pride in Maple Terrace, and her commitment to providing an exceptional experience is truly commendable. If youre considering a visit, I highly recommend requesting a tour with Jessica—her professionalism and passion make all the difference.

Upon my arrival, I was kindly greeted by valet with a smile who parked my vehicle. I entered the building and approached the concierge who was friendly and eager to assist me. I arrived early so I was willing to wait but Chris approached me and advise that he had time to start the tour early. Chris ended up handing the tour off to Jessica which was no problem at all. Jessica was great! She showed me 3 different 2 bedroom floor plans and all of the amenities which were beautiful! I had an amazing experience. Thank you to the staff at Maple Terrace Residences!

We just moved in and the building is incredible, but the staff truly make the experience! As I was loading and unloading heavy items from my car, Aaron and Jonathan noticed then took time out of their day to help me all the way up to my apartment – so above and beyond what I’ve ever experienced! I feel so lucky to be here with a team like this supporting residents and our guests. Thank you!

From 2017 through 2021, I lived just down the street from this historic building, admiring its charm from afar. Since then, it has been transformed into a stunning luxury high-rise, and for the past six months, I’ve had the absolute pleasure of calling it home. While the building itself is breathtaking—boasting elegant design and every high-end amenity imaginable, from two infrared saunas to a heated pool—it’s the people who truly make this place special.The management team, Briget and Jessica, go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly, while the leasing staff, especially my man Chris, made the entire move-in process seamless. The incredible concierge team, especially Genna, Hermine and Mensur, adds an extra level of warmth and hospitality that makes coming home every day feel like a five-star experience. And I can’t forget Ray, the service manager, whose promptness and professionalism ensure that everything is always in top shape.Beyond the impeccable service and luxurious living spaces, the location is unbeatable. A VERY short walk takes you to the Katy Trail, perfect for morning jogs or evening strolls. And when it comes to dining, you’re just steps away from some of the best restaurants in town, including Doce Mesas, CATCH, Nick & Sam’s, and Uchi.Living here has been nothing short of amazing, and I can’t recommend it enough to anyone looking for a place that seamlessly blends elegance, comfort, and a true sense of community.

Had the pleasure of eating at a new Restaurant at this location Dose Mesa, which was pretty good, i must say!! I am new to this area and dont leave reviews often. I was very impressed as i was was speaking to one of the Managers of the property Jarred, he was out front with the Vallet team. Such a great thing seeing fellow Veterans thriving after service, he was sharply dressed, very courteous, well spoken and very informative of the Dallas area in general, based on his recommendations of Maple Terrace property as a whole and surroundings, I am scheduling an appointment to possibly lease an apartment here. If thier managers are this attention to detail oriented taking care of people just stopping in for a quick bite for lunch, yes I would love to live here!!

I love visiting Maple Terrace and eating at Doce Mesa. I wanted to mention in particular how great Kam and Aaron were outside the restaurant, making sure we watched our step and wanting to know if we were satisfied with our experience. I understand the lobby bar inside the Maple Terrace closes at 6pm. I wish it was open a little longer, but everything was perfect!

Just moved into this beautiful building. The staff is absolutely amazing. Ray who is the engineer was able to address my issues literally within 24 hrs and is so nice! He’s super knowledgeable about how everything works in the building and his services are invaluable. Aaron from concierge is so nice and was so helpful and has been a rockstar with my move. Chris and and Bridget from the leasing office have been so accommodating as well and overall love where I live.

Her expertise and friendly demeanor made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free.Overall, my apartment tour experience was nothing short of outstanding. For the lions share of the last 15 years I have lived within a 1 mile radius from here and believe I have lived in some of the nicest buildings in the area, but Maple Terrace Residences knocks them all out of the park. Apart from the location, amenities and impeccable finish-outs, the personnel make this place. From end-end (Leasing - literally everyone is the consummate professional, especially Julieth with whom I worked and Jessica who made me feel home my first night in the building with a poolside Wine down Wednesday) to the concierges Marie and my favorite concierge on the planet, Menseur (we meet again my friend!). I whole-heartedly recommend living here.

Not only is this property in the perfect location, the amenities are top-notch. Not a detail was spared from the community spaces to the apartment units. After researching all possible apartment complexes around Dallas, no comps are even available to this finish out and price. Within one week of touring, I signed my lease and am elated for my upcoming experience at Maple Terrace. Jessica Mendina, the leasing agent, responded to every inquiry and request I had extremely promptly. She was INCREDIBLE to work with and I am excited for future community members to work with her as well.
