    Apartments are really clean and nice. Everything from the exterior, to the lobby, pool, and fitness center looks pristine and modern. Makes you feel proud to walk in to the building and call it your home every day. Erik is amazing, and greets you like he’s happy to see you every time you walk by. Couldn’t be happier with my decision to lease an apartment here.

    I’ve been apartment hunting for a while now. Spoke with Miss Nichole and her staff and also so vied a few units. absolutely love units. The apartments are spacious and well-maintained, the staff is incredibly friendly welcome and very knowledgeable. The on-site amenities like the pool and gym are great.     A sample size, in most situations that can be more than enough. I’ve felt that way during my short stay at Main Street Lofts. From the beginning the application process was new and easy to understand. The amenities are second to none. Whether you want to take a nice walk, bike ride or simply workout in the gym (Cancelled membership @Planet Fitness) Main Street Lofts has it all. Nicole, her staff, and the maintenance team have been nothing short of amazing. No matter who I’ve encountered, I received an attentive and enthusiastic “hello” followed by “How may we be of assistance to you and your family?”Thank Nicole for providing a professional and personable environment during my stay at Main Street Lofts.

    The best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. The aesthetics, people and vibe 🫡..And Erik(the cutsey guy in the front) and Nichole(boss lady) are my absolute fav. Extremely professional and fun to work with. Maintenance(if needed) is always on time if not early, the building is kept clean, pool is always clean and quiet and gym here is not just for show but for actual workout. You won’t regret living here…..

I felt right at home from the moment I walked in to discuss their apartments.     I visited this structure a week ago, I was received by Vahida, a very kind and prepared girl who gave me a tour of the structure and made me visit the apartments, after 3 days I was inside my apartment, new, spacious and the soundproofing is excellent, the rooms have very spacious bathrooms, the kitchen is very large and for me, as I love cooking, it is very important😃.then the common areas are spotless and well cared for.the pool area is fantastic, I havent had a chance to use it yet but next weekend I want to spend some time there.in front of the building there is a wonderful park where you can go for walks in the countryside and relax!what can I say at the moment everything is perfect !!highly recommended

    My cousin Mario hosted his baby’s 1st birthday here and it was a very lovely space. It was equipped with everything you would need to host a birthday or any type of event. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a space to host.

    So there were a few hiccups with my move in date and me getting in before having to leave my current apartment. But NICOLE WORKED A MIRACLE! She was very empathetic and went out of her way on a weekend just to get me moved in earlier so I wouldn’t have to be in between places and pay to get my things moved twice. I’m super grateful and cannot wait to move into my unit.

    The lofts at Main Street are absolutely stunning! The property, office, and pool are all gorgeous, and the staff is phenomenal. The amenities are top-notch—you couldnt ask for better! We toured both the one- and two-bedroom models and were very impressed with the spacious layouts. Plus, the included appliances, like the washer and dryer, are a great addition.     We love our apartments! When we moved in they were offering 6 weeks free! That was a big help with expenses. The apartments are very new and so our unit was super clean and move in ready. The property is well kept and has a modern loft vibe. We live on the 3rd floor. Its very quiet. We hardly ever hear our neighbors. We also feel safe. The property is well lit and the gate helps by keeping random traffic from passing in/out. We moved in during the Fall months, so we havent been able to try to pool yet, but it looks so beautiful! I cant wait. I havent had to call maintenance too much, but when I have had to call the response time is usually the next day. The front staff and management is also friendly and helpful too! We are very happy with our new apartment. Our lease is not even up yet and we have already decided we are going to renew another year.

    I am so grateful to God to be part of 715 N Main street, Mansfield, Tx. for over 2 years. It was a home to us until we relocated to another city because of job transfer. Since we have been renting houses/apartments, we have never for once met an apartment or community manager like Nicole and her team. Nicole is so amazing, full of passion for her tenants, very lovely and understanding, God fearing as well. It is a brand new apartment with everything any human being should wished to have in a home- It has great features including washer and dryer available, excellent swimming pool, a very safe community that is children friendly. Close to stores, and name them. Because of Nicole my children and I came out from the community with tears the day we moved out. The community is a peace of mind because of Nicole and the entire team. As tenants you are highly respected and loved by the manager. She shows empathy, smiley face always, very humble and caring.You have a challenge as a tenant with anything they resolve it ASAP. They are very flexible and Nicole please keep doing what you are doing by putting smiles on your tenants faces and making it certain to them that they are in their homes. My family and I really missed this gorgeous community and Nicole in particular. We love you Nicole. God bless you so richly.Christiana

    The Manager is always hands on. All the leasing stuff is available for all my request. They even recommend a moving company called Blueprint Moving and Packing, hands down best movers I ever used.THANKS Main Street staff for all the help to make this a great transition.

    I can’t speak to the apartments themselves but the leasing center staff was amazing. We got rained out at the Pickle Parade with our 2 small grandchildren (who of course had to pee) and the staff was so inviting and friendly. They even gave the kids the snacks that were probably for perspective residents! I hate I didn’t get their names because I would love for them to get the recognition they deserve. If I’m ever looking for an apartment, they would be my first stop. Thank you so much!

    My experience renting and living at Main Street Lofts has been incredible! I had an emergency situation with another complex close by that, when I arrived to move in, had me in a unit that smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was in a non-smoking building. Vahida was quick to answer my questions and make accommodations to get me in as quickly as possible. Since moving in she has been extremely kind and helpful to make sure I have all questions answered and the building itself is quiet, clean and feels incredibly safe. I am thankful I ended up here!

    My experience so far has been amazing. I love my new apartment and I love the amenities and all of the friendly neighbors that I have met. I am grateful to live in a place where everything in my apartment works. This place is a huge step up from where I moved from.     Very nice, upscale apts. The amenities are modern, clean and available for use. I would like to Thank Alaiuh Summers for her time. She showed us the actual unit we requested. Unfortunately there were one or two rules/policy that were a deal breaker, so I passed on the unit. It is definitely a place 8 out 10 ppl would love. Definitely worth a tour.

    There isnt a finer spot to stay than this! The location is amazing with direct access to the walking trails and so many restaurants and shopping stores close by. I am very impressed with the new management from Greystar. The staff works really hard to get things repaired and ensure the community stays looking immaculate. Vahida always has a smile on her face and is very friendly and knowledgable. I highly recommend coming in and speaking with her, you wont be disappointed. Main Street Lofts comes highly recommended. You will be happy to call it home.

    *10 out of 10*MSL has everything you could want. The apartments, amenities and location to the cutest little town is just perfect.     For apartments these are very nice, the rent is reasonable, though it is on the higher end to keep the facility looking nice. The staff is very respectful and helpful, always helping with mail mixups and anything else. There is an indoor mail room with package lockers and a really great indoor gym. I have had an amazing experience here so far:)

    We moved in to Main Street Lofts about six weeks ago. Staff are attentive and the complex is beautiful. I absolutely love the mid century modern/minimalist decor in the leasing office. The leasing staff have been amazing at receiving mail and packages for me almost daily. (unfortunately Amazon has still not figured out that Main Street Lofts is a separate complex from the neighboring Bexley complex). The manager responds to my emails typically within an hour, and has always interacted with me and my family in a warm, friendly manner. She also promptly assisted me with renting several storage rooms, thank you Dallas!! My three bedroom unit is just over 1400 ft.², with amenities like Wifi thermostat and washer/dryer. The kitchen has a cute little backsplash herringbone tile, and the white, marble-ish countertops look great. The master suite is decent sized, with a nice sized walk-in closet. Price is super affordable for a 3 bed unit :)
