The staff in the leasing office is very helpful, they are not dismissive when it comes to answering any questions you have. Wonderful people. I went in the leasing office to ask questions about the application 1 hour later walked out excepted into them. They were so fast and amazing 10/10.

I waited at least 2 complete months of my stay to finally write a review. Going on month 3. It was a last minute move for us, so it was already stressful. The young man in the office made our move such a quick and easy process. His communication skills are great. The office gets back to me in a timely manner through email and phone calls. I feel like the property is well maintained for its size. It is pretty big. It’s not the most luxurious place due to location, however you do get your bang for your buck! I feel like anywhere you go you have to be aware of your surroundings and just mind your own business and you’ll be alright… only complaint is that this place only has 1-2 bedroom floor plans. I wish it had 3!

They just raised the trash concierge service five dollars when I renewed my lease and since then there’s been three times that they failed to pick up my trash. I’ve reported it and there was no resolution. You cannot leave your garbage outside because of the stray cats and wildlife will scatter it all over your front door, I would like to have the option of not having to pay for the service or get a refund for those days and they didn’t pick up. Update since I filed this complaint, they failed to pick up my trash two days in a row. I think it’s retaliation.Update June 19, 2024 since I posted as they failed to pick up the trash for a total of 12 times every time i’ve been assured the problem would be resolved yet it continues.Yesterday I found a representative Edward at Magnolia Terrace, Apartments and he is a miracle worker. He resolved this issue for me so I’ve changed from one star to five star.A few days ago, my garbage disposal was fixed within two days and I no longer have to deal with a clogged up sink

I have lived here almost a year and I love it. The leasing staff is great. I have been met with nothing but kindness during my time here. Maintenance has always came and resolved my issues in a timely manner. I love that I can let my guest in from my phone. I haven’t had any issues with theft or break-ins. Love it here! I been living here for 4 months now and it’s really quiet and peaceful. Pedro and Barbara in the office are really helpful and attentive! Matienece is very punctual and nice as well. Really enjoying my stay here! Only thing that could be better is parking for guest and ppl that stay on property. Too many reserved spots. I feel residents should be able to park wherever long as a sticker is in the window.

Its been a long battle with parking. Since things have become automated it has been nice. No towing issues since and I pay for a reserved spot. But will say the staff will get someone new who answers the phone and after about a week they stop answering. Still theyve gotten all our issues resolved so far. Its hard to imagine leaving this place unless moving into a house.

Miesha and I can’t remember the Leasing Manager name did AMAZING !! with getting me and my husband the BEST price for our townhome !! And they were SUPER sweet I’m very much excited for my new home I’ve always wanted a townhome but it can get expensive but they worked with me day and day out for two weeks straight making me feel comfortable .. whoever is in the corporate office for Magnolia Terrace thank you for these amazing women their vibes are what truly made me want to move here

I would like to take the time out to welcome the New Management Team and give them a BIG THANK YOU for jumping into action quickly to ensure all concerns, issues and work orders are taking care of in a timely manner without skipping a beat or dropping the ball while transitioning into place, getting settled in and becoming familiar with the property as well as the residents. Marlies and Mi’Esha i welcome you both with arms open wide as we prepare to embark on this journey of putting the pieces together and connecting the dots. You Ladies came in swing and knocking the baseball ⚾️ out of the park with prompt and fast service, reaching out and follow ups, upgrades and turn arounds, but most importantly for having great Customer Service and getting to know your residents and not to mention getting the job done with a smile😊. If i must say so myself, the Houston Astros don’t have nothing on y’all at all. You Ladies are constantly hitting home runs throughout the property on a daily (bases) even when all the (bases) are fully loaded with contractors, deliveries, landscaping, make ready(s), move-in’s, plumbing(plumbers), phone calls, residents and last but not least the walk-in’s. Welcome Ladies once again, keep up the good work, this property is LUCKY to have y’all. One of the reasons I chose this property over others was the customer service and so far its been a great experience. Special shout out to Pedro for processing everything so quickly, keeping me updated and overall, just super friendly and professional.

First time ever moving to apartments. Must say Magnolia Terrace staff made this process great for me. I thank each and every single one of them. Setting up my utilities was so simple I literally was able to take care of everything needed in a day or two. So great! .. Victoria was so helpful, very informative with everything I needed to know. I’m very happy I was able to find apartments that makes me feel safe day and night. At nights the whole apartment complex is lit up makes it feels safe walking from the parking spot to your apartment.. Again thank you to the staff for making this transition great for me. Totally recommend moving in.

Staff is professional and helpful. Security is nice. Was here 4.5 years. Was time to move on. Price was climbing for same, non-upgraded apartment. No issues with the place, however. I had great neighbors. Parking had improved tremendously. Even one of the leasing agents there had known that I rarely come in there for issues and always paid on time. Maintenance was good too. The couple of issues I had were handled within a day or two.

I’m so relieved that after 3 months of reporting issues with my AC and pleading with them to fix it- it finally is working great ! I no longer have 80+ degrees in my apt. Thank goodness because I think we are going to have record breaking heat still for several more weeks.

No doubt youll be in great hands if you work with her.In some ways, your property management company can make or break your living experience and with Magnolia Terrace, it’s all in the service. I couldn’t be happier!

So far so good. Only complaint is parking and visitor parking. maintenance is very good and there are no issues with the staff in the leasing office.Update***I’ve been here 2 years and will be moving soon. The staff are great and whenever I need anything they always respond in a timely manner. I’m moving because of the area. Across the street brings down the quality of the area. I also can’t stand my nasty neighbors which make outdoor patio living a nasty smelly event. I’m also moving for bigger space. The community is still nice people just need to pick up their animals waste and dispose of it properly. The amazing thing is I don’t have an infestation of bugs at all! I do also do my own pesticide but I’ve only had a problem once which came from nasty neighbors.Update after move***Teana is great! She’s so professional helpful and cares about her tenants. The actual unit that I was in definitely needs help. The neighbors had the area smelling like animal urine and feces. Whether you were in the front or the patio. There was mold behind my washer and dryer and I had pipe issues a lot from neighbors and even mine leaking into other apartments. With being there two years a lot can happen with water damage. Also there in a rat problem. I didn’t experience it when I was there but when I moved out there was a huge hole in the storage closet and rat feces everywhere and it ate through my Christmas and boxes I had there. I didn’t let Veronica know when I saw it. Hopefully they get the unit cleaned.

Garbage disposal did not work and leak beneath kitchen sink. The first Maintenance guy(older guy) was here 2 min and said ok its fixed!! After maybe 5 min after he left I noticed the leak remained. After contacting office again I was told they would be sending someone... The maintenance guy (younger Hispanic male was awesome to say the least. He found the problem and instead of a quick fix he assured me he would take care of it and that he did....Didnt get his name but that guy is awesome!!

They go over and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied with whatever you need. 10/10. Would definitely recommend to anybody looking for a serene, peaceful apartment. Definitely one of the best apartments I’ve lived in.

I am a new resident & work from home. Lourdes was a big help! This place & the staff really care about the residents! When I walked into the office this month they were wrapping & wrapping. You’d have thought it was like other places. Putting like fake gift boxes for decorations. & NOPE! 😅 They were literally Wrapping gifts up for all the residents kids just giving them away! Outside. In the middle of the hard freeze by the front gate with speakers! I love this place! Where have you ever lived where the staff was that dedicated 🥶🥰 My son hasnt stopped playing with his gift & I hadnt stopped screaming their praises !

I’ve lived here for over a year and a half now and I really can’t complain. Sure, parking can be scarce and last month my bike was stolen (to be fair, it was locked up on the first floor staircase for all to see), but for the price it is the best out there. Maintenance is pretty quick to help, and the complex is kept very clean. My neighbors are very nice and not bothersome. Management is always trying something new to improve the complex and are very interested in helping where they can.

I do recommend this place because new ownership is making a lot of changes as the manager is really changing everything . I hope the Manager stays here . I’ve been living on this apartments for almost 3 years now, and i love it. They constantly keep improving the property by adding new items like the dog park and bbq stations. They also keep maintenance to a 100% I love the fact that if i need anything fix i can count on getting it done the SAME! Day or the most by the next day and to me that’s amazing. And lets not start with management and office staff. If i have any questions or need any help I know i can count on them. I give them a quick call and they are there to assist me in a profesional way. Overall i love and recommend this apartments! ❤️

Awesome bunch. the manager isnt only pretty, she is pleasant and professional too. Timeous response to work request. Anna was awesome when she was with the management office. Whilst there is some more improvement required, management is really doing a lot to improve the facilities. so far so good.UPDATEI might have to retract the above comment if the Management Company does not eliminate the repulsive sewer smell and roaches in my apartment. I have requested for this severally and nothing has been done as of this moment. This living condition is injurious and detrimental to an occupants health and I would hope the Management would take heed.

Ive been here for 3 years now and I like it here. The previous management had some mean ladies and I was looking forward to ending my lease. I had even picked out a new place and applied and also gave my notice to leave. However I ended up renewing my lease again this month and getting a bigger unit thanks to JC and Ermilio. Just have to say, JC is super sweet and he goes out of his way to be nice and accomodating. I love my huge 2 bedroom 2 bath for the price I pay. And I was also informed we will be getting washer & dryers soon so Im glad about that. Jose has been the absolute best with helping me feel at home here.

Jose is such a help with looking for an apartment and he lets you know everything about the apartment before you pick which floor plan you want. I went in wanted a townhome and he sold me a 1bd room he explains the features of it so well I wanted it before even looking at it. He really rocks and so friendly if you don’t get this experience anywhere else don’t move there this is the PLACE TO LIVE!!!

I had big 2/2 & paid about $650...on 2nd floor, & then below on the grounds they had waterscapes, around the property they used to put greenish color in the water in the scapes, eventually filled them in, said it was a liability....I thought ..when they built the place i think around 1985 it was NOT a liability!! ??? But I liked the place then.
