After 3 weeks living here I can do my honest review and... its incredible! When we found out we were moving from Houston to Austin we visited 16 properties and fell in love with MAA WINDMILL HILL, not just because of how beautiful it is! Clean common areas, the grass is always freshly cut and green! The pool area is incredible and always clean and the apartments are bright and tasteful! but also for the 10/10 attention that Jade gave us, she made the entire application and moving process easy, she answered all of our questions with kindness. I would highly recommend living here! We love!

Ive been living at MAA Windmill Hill for almost a year, and I still love it! The sleek modern appliances and comfortable space are definitely perks, but what truly makes this place special is the friendly staff. Sofia and Colin are always there with a smile and a helping hand, ready to answer any questions I have. Plus, the amenities are amazing! My wife and I love spending time at the pool, and the fitness center is perfect for those days I need to get my sweat on. My friends and I also enjoy playing pool and table tennis in the common areas. There are multiple outdoor seating areas in the courtyard for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air. My apartment even has a patio with comfortable seating, perfect for watching sports with friends or simply relaxing by the fire pit. It truly feels like a community here, and the entire apartment complex is well-maintained for the residents.I want to express my sincere gratitude to Johnny who went above and beyond to fix my AC after hours. His dedication and quick response time is greatly appreciated. Excellent service!

Let me preface this by saying I’ve been a resident here for two years now and from the beginning the entire staff has been above and beyond. My vehicle was recently stolen and Jade was super helpful and and quick to help me locate the car in a matter of days. I never had a reason to leave but after that situation and the two years of being a resident I have a million reasons to stay! I love MAA and will be renewing as long as I can!

But I wanted to take a moment to specifically highlight Dianna for her amazing professionalism and vibrant personality. I had the pleasure of having her as my Leasing Specialist and she made the whole experience fun, informative, and stress-free.Apartment hunting can be overwhelming, but Dianna’s warm and energetic approach made me feel right at home. Her kindness and the welcoming atmosphere of the entire community really stood out to me, which is a big reason why I’m seriously considering making MAA Windmill my next home after my current lease ends.If you’re looking for a place with great amenities, high-quality living spaces, and a positive community vibe, I highly recommend checking out MAA Windmill. She has kindly picked up my package and is currently holding it for me.I also wanted to mention how impressed I am that she answers the phone, which is not always the case in many apartment complexes. If she is unable to answer, she promptly returns my calls, which I greatly appreciate. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to accommodate my needs have made my experience here much more enjoyable.Thank you for having such a wonderful team member at MAA Windmill Hill. I want to start off first by saying these apartments are gorgeous! The pool, the gym, the outdoor amenities are all so nice.It’s now been 10 months living here and I still love it. Maintenance is quick, office staff is very quick and helpful. Never had any issues living here. It’s a smart home so everything can be accessed by your phone, nice appliances, beautiful finishes throughout the apartment. The office host monthly gatherings to meet people in the community. They’re building a Costco just right down the road and it’s right in the middle of everything you can think of.

My girlfriend moved for a job for a year down to Texas and this was the 2nd place we looked at for her and knew this was the place. Colin was our guy that helped us and went above and beyond to show us the place and make her big move a smooth one. The complex is super nice and the pool area is nothing short of amazing. The apartments are beautiful as well. She moved back to Nebraska in May of 2023 but we forgot to give our review. I actually loved visiting here when I came to visit.Thanks MAA and Colin

I moved into MAA Windmill Hill about a month ago and the experience has been nothing short from delightful. The touring process was easy and simple thanks to Collin Gann, but more importantly he and Amy went through lengths to ensure I was able to get the exact Apartment and Garage I wanted. Collin has followed up post-move to ensure satisfaction and make sure I was happy in my new home. Complex is a 10/10! Pool is gorgeous, top of the line gym and amenities center, along with AMAZING technology throughout my home and property. Happier everyday with my decision to go Windmill!

I have LOVED living in MAA Windmill Hill. The pool was somewhere I frequently visited and the fitness center/gym was always well kept. I loved the options for covered parking or garage (I got the garage to protect my car from that texas heat!). Yes there are no elevators but living on the top floor (3rd) I didn’t mind! I had one issue when I first moved in with the garbage disposal not working but maintenance came out right away and fixed it. No issues after that! The people who also live here are so nice and between the ages 25-38 I noticed!! It was always a great experience here and I loved it so much, when I had to move out to Austin, I went with one of the MAA properties 🥰 you will not regret living here!

We have had such a wonderful experience living at Windmill Hill. The apartments are nice and well built, the other residents and staff (especially Jade and Dianna!) are considerate and kind. They host resident event which we love, and helps us feel a strong sense of community! We also really like the location, as it’s quiet but not far from anything we might need! I’m so glad we found Windmill Hill and chose to make this our home.

6 Month Update: The apartment complex is amazing! It really is a gated community, the landscaping team does an amazing job, the apartments are pretty new so I’ve had no issues with appliances, and the neighbors are generally nice and quiet. I have seen no surprise charges on my resident account and my rent is broken up so I can see exactly what I’m paying for. It is very dog friendly (be warned many people do not pick up their dog’s poop, but enough do that it’s not too bad).The only two very minor issues I’ve had are an alarming amount of large spiders in my apartment (I now spray insecticide regularly and they have been gone for a couple of months) likely due to the newness of the place, and there are ants EVERYWHERE outside (not in the apartment, but just beware if you have a furry friend you take on walks).Original Review: I love this apartment complex! Dianna and the rest of the team are so kind. They make sure residents follow the rules to keep everything new and clean. Excited to have stumbled upon it!

Jade and Dianna were super helpful, and kind throughout the whole move in process and even after the fact following up with me!Coming from a transfer property back in September the process was completely seamless! The 2023 interior is just chefs kiss, sunsets are gorgeous in the evening. I am absolutely in LOVE with our apartment. The property is gorgeous, maintenance is always super kind and helpful and the valet trash makes life so much easier on a momma!!WHY ARE YOU STILL READING!!!!! JUST MOVE IN ALREADY HAHA

Although I did not rent here as I moved out of the Austin area, this would have been my first choice for renting had I lived in Austin. I had a very positive experience with the leasing consultant Ms Jade Winn. Ms Winn was very courteous, proactive, professional and extremely helpful in answering all queries. She also visited the empty apartment unit multiple times just to answer my queries about the apartment(direction of kitchen etc.). I interacted with other leasing consultants in the Austin area and I can confidently say that Ms. Winn from MAA Windmill was the most helpful in helping with the leasing. I strongly recommend MAA Windmill Hill if you plan to rent in the area.

If you want customer service and genuinely great people this is the place to be. Collin is the the man, he made everything smooth and easy transition. I had a million questions and he answered all of them without hesitation. The community is nice because it’s not too many buildings. The way they set up the living accommodation makes it very convenient. We went and looked at least 4 apartments near by and when we spoke to Collin and check the on-site property it was home. With all the people moving to Texas sometimes business forget about good ole customer service but this place does not disappoint. Definitely recommend this place. Thanks WindMill Hill Team.

Service and communication was top notch before move-in and they have been pretty great since. Ive been here since mid April. No major issues and only a few minor maintenance calls which were handled efficiently. The maintenance team is also friendly and knowledgeable. The apartment community has attractive interior and mostly clean grounds (small exception for dust and occasional debris). Its still a construction zone. At the time that I decided to rent the selection was smaller since the buildings were still being constructed, so I opted for an apartment facing the parking lot thinking that it would be less noisy than hearing the medical center being built next door. I was wrong. Some of the noises are to be expected, but avoidable noises such as blaring music from cars is a bit out of control and certainly disruptive. I recently reached out to them regarding this but got no response. I want to mention the internet for those who work from home or perhaps just generally need the internet to be productive... the only option currently is Suddenlink and theyre the absolute worst. Multiple times per day, they throttle the internet. My internet is down right now. Sometimes its just a few minutes, and other times its extensive. This is no fault by MAA but I wish Id known, so Im mentioning it for others. You can hear a lot from the neighbors and the doors slam very loudly, so I recommend a 3rd floor unit if you are able. The location is great -near shopping, eateries, and close enough to I35. If you enjoy tech convenience then youll like the smart-home features, although it sometimes has issues connecting to the apartment. You can control access, lights, and temp. In all, I recommend this community if you dont rely on the internet lol. Hoping that recycling will be available soon. (Rewrote this review now that I have lived here a bit)

After completing 2 years of living at MAA Windmill hill I have very little negative things to say.The office is exceptional at responding to you, as well as maintenance. Some neighbors don’t respect the property the way they should but the team at Windmill hill work non stop to get things fixed and resolved. Management (Collin) is easily reached for any issues as well.One major plus here is the courtesy Officer Erron Oliver, having his presence has been life saving literally. Our 10 month old had a seizure and went unresponsive and within 1 minute after calling 911 he was already at the apartments complex and able to respond and help get our little one stable and breathing while the ambulance arrived. Couldn’t be more grateful for his presence and response. Even went out of his way to check in on how she was doing.If you’re looking for a place to live look here. There are always bad experiences people have but every interaction is what you make of it. If it wasn’t time to buy a house we’d be at Windmill hill for a 3rd year without a doubt.Also they host great events for the community! Go get to know everyoneSpecial thanks to Dianna who went out of her way to help us get in the apartment in the first place. Had some obstacles she helped us hurdle which we are grateful for.

I toured this property with my family and the office staff were so friendly! Dianna and Collin were so kind and really went out of their way to show us the highlights of the property. The community amenities were also a huge plus! The pool looked amazing (especially for the summertime right now). I would have loved to live here, but it’s too far from my work. Still, it’s a very nice property and the staff was amazing!

From touring to move in day. The staff at MAA Windmill Hill were amazing! They made the complex feel like a place to call home. Super sweet and answered all my questions without hesitation. The complex itself is CLEAN and quiet.Update: I’ve been living here for over a year now and I can say this complex is still a 10/10! I’ve love living here and the office/maintenance staff are just amazing!! They truly make this place amazing and keep this place updated and clean. I’ve only had to reach out to maintenance twice for minor issues since living here, both times they were quick to respond. If you are moving here, reach out to Scott with optimum he gets you amazing deals on your internet and the process is very simple in setting up service.

I lived at Windmill Hill for 15 months and would still be there if I hadnt left the city. Ive lived in several apartment complexes and this one was by far the best. Maintenance is VERY reliable! AC went out on Saturday and they were there to fix it within the hour. The complex is quiet and the pool is amazing! The staff is very kind and helpful.

The well-kept grounds and amenities showcased the management’s commitment to quality. While I haven’t made a decision yet, based on the tour alone, I can confidently recommend MAA Windmill Hill Apartments and Diane’s exceptional service.

The leasing office was helpful and timely in our communications regarding trying to find an apartment for me from out of state. They have been transparent and honest. The apartment is quiet with modern/new appliances. The grounds are well kept. Tenants note that property theft is high in Georgetown in general so be cautious of leaving packages out for too long unattended. Highly recommend Windmill Hill.Update: been here a couple months now. Maintenance is quick to fix small maintenance items in the apartment. Valet trash is great. Quiet living here.

MAA windmill hill is, simply put, the best. I could not ask for a better experience. From touring apartments in May, to communicating with the team until move-in day, the MAA windmill hill team has been nothing but exceptional. My experience so far has been more than wonderful. Dianna was my leasing agent and she is just a gem! She worked with me to help me get into the unit I wanted, and even being a on a short timeline she was able to still work with my moving schedule to get me in when I needed. Sophia is also great and was there to answer questions throughout the process if Dianna wasn’t available. This community is beautiful! The units are even better, and the smart home technology is so convenient. It’s very quiet, and truly a gated community so I feel safe and secure. I couldn’t recommend this complex to be your next home enough!

If you are looking to live in a beautiful apartment community with amazing leasing staff, MAA Windmill Hill is the place for you! Collin was the reason we decided to move to MAA Windmill Hill and hes the reason we had a hard time leaving. If we did not have to move to another city, MAA would still be our home.I waited to write this review because I wanted to ensure that the leasing staff was not only being nice to get us to move in. Collin was helpful from the time we viewed the apartment until the time we moved out. I really felt supported, heard, and cared for the entire year+ we lived at MAA. One of the things I realized with other apartment complexes is that once you move in and they have you locked in a lease, they start to become rude and inconsiderate. The staffing lease NEVER changed. Anytime I had an issue, concern, or question MAA made my concerns, issues, and questions their own. I appreciated the staff, especially Collin, being by our side throughout the entire process.Collins consideration, professionalism, and knowledge is absolutely refreshing! I will always recommend MAA Windmill Hill, not only because of the luxury apartments, but because Collin makes the community even more pleasant to live in.The amenities, THE SHOWER (oh my), the kitchen, the floors, and everything else made living at MAA pleasant. We felt like MAA was worth every penny because of all the thought that went into the layout, format, and appliances.Thank you to my MAA family for having me. I appreciate you guys for making living at MAA fun, luxurious, pleasant, and stress free. Collin, thank you for always having our backs. I went through about 9 different apartments, searching for one that would feel like home, since moving away. Collin, really helped in this. The amenities are always a plus amazing pool, fitness center and even has places to lounge about, but seeing how nicely kept and aware of how they maintain their property was incredible. I’m always happy when I get to go home. It’s a nice, quiet and cozy atmosphere that really captures how serene this apartment complex is.Then you so much for making this such an easy process as well!

We’ve lived here for a week now and love it, the finishes in the home are great and everything is accessible on your phone. The clubhouse is stunning as is the pool and grill areas. They welcome all dogs and have 2 dog parks, one for smaller and another for bigger dogs. There’s also a dog wash in the park. Everything is super close in distance. Dianna has been amazing and helpful in helping us throughout the whole process. From touring to helping us check in and following up. We’re so happy with the choice we made to live at MAA

I wish I could give 10 stars!! My husband and I were looking for a place to live closer to my office and had toured a couple apartment complexes in around the Georgetown/round rock area. MAA Windmill Hill apartments were by far the best across the board. Taking into account cost, community, complex features, and staff!Our initial tour of 2 bed apartments was given by Collin Gann. He was very easy to talk with and gave us all the information needed to fall in love with this property! He kept in communication and was great to work with!After being set on this complex, we had decided a 3 bed 2 bath would fit better with my Husband working from home. I had come for a second tour and was shown the unit by Dianna Cantrell! She was absolutely amazing and helped us through a lot of the process after that. It is so important for the staff working at apartment complexes to be very informational and friendly and she went above and beyond to ensure a good experience! We picked up our keys and I could not be more excited to live here!Beautiful new complex and AMAZING office employees.

My husband toured this beautiful property in February with Dianna. She’s been with us every step of the way! What a gorgeous view out our windows!!! We are extremely particular and have lived in several apartment communities and this is top notch. The amenities, finishes and apartment layouts are awesome! We had lots of questions and requests throughout the few months before we arrived and Dianna was on top of everything in record time! We are very happy and can only hope that this community continues with this top notch level of cleanliness & efficiency. Move in day, Collin assisted us and after a small issue, he too was right on top of it & got it resolved immediately. Thank you to both Dianna & Collin. Beautiful complex! Great layout, awesome amenities and modern! The entire team was helpful throughout the process of moving in. However, I absolutely have to say how grateful we were to have Dianna take us for our first tour. We were her last tour of the day, but she made it very hard for us to tell. She was still engaged, very patient, and she truly helped us choose the unit that was best for us. We’re still very new, but happy with what we’ve been able to see and experience thus far!

We are coming to this community as a downsizing couple. With that said we did a lot of searching for our new home. The staff has been amazing. We must have come by at least 5 times to see the complex and apartment. Each time they were patient and accommodating allowing us to tour and measure. We had a great application and move in process. The apartment is beautiful and well equipped. We are excited for the complex to be completed as the amenities are going to be amazing. Of course there are always a few things that need addressed with new construction, but that is to be expected and the team here has been great and quick with responses. The doors do slam a little loudly, but that is likely just part of apartment living. We also appreciate all of the security/technology features with the apartment. We look forward to living in this community as MAA has chosen well with their staff and are doing a great job at making us feel at home.

What a seamless process when applying to live here! I had a tragic experience at my last apartment and after googling MAA and reading all the amazing reviews, I had to come see it for myself. MAA Windmill Hill is a pretty decent place to stay. Its been a month since we moved in and it was the right decision to choose this place. Thanks to Collin Gann, the touring process was easy and simple and he made sure we were happy and satisfied in our new home. The complex is good and clean. The apartment is beautiful and well equipped. We had few minor maintenance issues as it was a new construction zone and these were very well handled by the maintenance team. Lets start with the Luxury level of customer service, I’ve received from day one! My main interactions were with Collin. He has been extremely professional, patient, and accommodating (within reason). However, I must say all of the staff that I’ve interacted with throughout the entire process have been wonderful and friendly! I relocated from Charlotte, NC and I haven’t been disappointed! I had a family member meet with Collin to do a property visit, while I was on FaceTime. I knew from that moment I want to make this my new home. The property is absolutely beautiful and the units are Smart Units. I don’t have to get out of the bed to turn off the lights, turn down the thermostat, or even unlock the front door for a guest (unless the deadbolt of engaged!!). You can control so much from your phone.I opted for a garage, it’s perfect for my SUV and plenty of space to put a few items. The garage can be accessed through the breeze, which is perfect. It has a touch keypad lock similar to the apartment doors. The appliances are wonderful, especially if you get a unit with the four (4) door Whirlpool Refrigerator. Second bathroom has shower only but the master bathroom has a really nice tub/shower, perfect for those long WFH days😉!! I don’t have a pup but the play area is really nice! As of now I have an amazing view in the distance. Hopefully, no one builds anything to block my view anytime soon.I’m grateful to be a resident of MAA Windmill Hill. If anything changes I’ll update this review accordingly! 😊

Update: After roughly 6 months here I have to say still the staff is top of the line. Dianna and the rest of the office are the most helpful group I have had the pleasure to interact with. Maintenance is on point fast and reliable anytime beeded, the complex and apartments are beautiful. The share areas the pool, gym, etc are super nice. But there are some things that I feel could be better1. Internet Provider- the current provider just isnt that good, response times to issues are slow, and anytime you have a issue it magically seems to resolve itself the day the technician is supposed to arrive and they cant seem to find the issue. Just overall not a pleasant company or good reliable service2. Kids being unsupervised in the common areas. Everyone understands Kids will be Kids at some point but parents allowing their kids to jump fences onto peoples porches/back patios, hit balls into the building, run thru the building yelling etc just isnt acceptable and seems to be getting worse now that everything is filling up.3. Irresponsible pet ownersNow again none of this is a slight on the staff they are awesome and do everything they can. These just seem to be common themes at most complexes. This is a beautiful place to call home, I would just recommend a top floor unless you can guarantee there are no kids above you, because the walls do shake with kids running and stomping around.

From the first time I walked in, took the tour on short notice (FYI pictures or words dont do this place justice so come see it for yourself), how quick the approval process was, how they accomadated me with a sooner move in date, Amy and Diana were wonderful with getting me moved in.I looked at many properties but the options MAA has available today is second to none. Other properties were not as complete. They had waitlist for garages or becuse theyre not new could only offer based on move outs. Which made it difficult to find a property that met what I was looking for. A few features I liked is everything is new, well thought out layout makes the unit feel more spacious w/ plenty of storage, they have good balcony views, garages available, in unit washer/dryer, quick access to 35, very nice pool/gym amenites, and awesome staff. I had been looking for months and after a few mins during the tour decided that this was the right place.Great spot if youre military that commute to Fort Hood but also want to be closer to Austin.Shout out to Collin he has been exceptional and helped make my decision easier...very sharp individual and handles concerns on the spot!

As I drove up and down the i35 corridor, I came across Georgetown, a neat Victorian-Texan hamlet that has become one of the fastest growing towns in the state. Not far from the eclectic town square is Windmill Hill - a newly constructed apartment complex that is situated at the base of a water tower with spectacular views and is in a prime location with accessibility to urban and rural adventures, alike. But, most importantly, this property is managed by an impressive, professional staff that cares about each tenant and their individual needs.I would like to give a shout out to one employee in particular - Collin Gann. His level of professionalism coupled with his very personable nature makes him a top leasing professional. From the tour to answering all my questions, Collin was attentive and very detail oriented. He had even called to check in on me as I drove 14 hours from Denver to Georgetown; a level of client care that is not common anymore.If you are in search of a new home in central Texas, I certainly recommend checking this property out and requesting a tour with Mr. Gann. My husband and I just moved into Windmill Hill two weeks ago. I wanted to give it a beat before I was able to make an informed review.Pros:- Extremely helpful and welcoming staff. They’re very accessible. A special thanks to Collin, Diana & Marquell!- Beautiful complex & grounds- The gym is top of the line and overlooks the pool- The main office is stunning. It honestly looks like a cocktail lounge.- The pool is such a pretty place to lounge, swim and entertain friends- Fire pits with Adirondack chairs in multiple locations- Grills and comfy seating at the pool and in the park area near our unit- Super dog friendly with a dog park coming soon!- Very high tech complex. All the units and amenities are keyless entry with smart home technology.- The gates and doors are all opened with codes or your phone. The gate being opened remotely in an app is genius!- I love that the garages are detached, so you can still have a garage even if you’re up in the third floor units. Plus storage closets are available too. All of these options are keyless entry as well.- Covered parking option- We have a ground floor unit with an attached yard. There’s way more room out in our little yard than I anticipated. Our dog loves it.- I love that there’s absolutely no carpet anywhere. 🙌🏽- There’s a shredder in the mail room. A SHREDDER!!! I almost fainted from excitement when I saw it for the first time.- Plenty of parking spaces for guests- Under cabinet lighting in the kitchen. This is a huge deal for me. Lighting can really make or break a space.- Smoking is prohibited for the entire property. We’re talking not in your apartment either. That’s great for moving into the property down the road. You can have peace of mind without those carcinogens, smell or, if you’re like me, no asthma issues!Cons:- Since we’re on the bottom floor, we hear every single step or movement our upstairs neighbor makes. Nothing that can be done about that. So far no issues at night, though. So that’s really all that matters.- The refrigerators don’t have water or ice dispensers. I didn’t realize how much I’d miss having a filtered water & ice dispenser in the door of my fridge. (There is an ice maker though.) But, I will say, the fridges are super nice, 4 French door whirlpool brand. So it’s more of a change than a con.- The complex is contracted with Suddenlink for the next 10 years. 😵‍💫As you can see the pros outweigh the cons by a great deal. I love our new place and I’d recommend Windmill Hill! In fact, I recommend living here so much that now my parents are moving into Windmill Hill too!

Collin Gann , IS THE MAN! Prior to move in, he helped my and my Fiancé immensely. Even through a strenuous paperwork event that popped up, he went through the troubles necessary to ensure our move in wouldn’t be affected. All in all this place is wonderful. Great staff in the office, helpful maintenance team, and courteous neighbors make the windmill hill a nice place to live. Just make sure to have a doormat because the amount of loose grass can be a little crazy at times haha!

Entire staff at MAA Windmill warmly welcomed us to Texas after a 1,500 mile move. Visitors are envious of the HUGE walk-in bedroom closets. Complex hosts monthly social events for residents that include food and beverage. I have not seen that anywhere else.

Good residence to live in! Very quiet and with very spacious and comfortable apartments, with technology included that makes some things easier. Very pleasant social areas, although I would add a coffee maker to the office as usual and a small house to rent and be able to use it for any residents festivities.The only thing I dont like is that you can hear footsteps a lot and it can be uncomfortable or annoying at times.

Both the Condominium and the apartments are brand new, their maintenance is seen daily and you will love the apartments, they are beautiful and have all their appliances excellent, it is truly a good and exclusive option.
