To be honest, best apartment complex I have lived in. From the move in experience a year ago to now, everything has been absolutely amazing. Sommers was my number one rock through the whole process and answered my questions and concerns any time they came up. I unfortunately had to break my lease due to pregnancy and job relocation out of state and even with that, her and the front staff were beyond helpful and not rude like most other complexes would be. My only Con of this complex is the parking situation but once I caved and added a spot to my lease, it was well worth it. I also had a view of the creek from my apartment so the sunrises were GORGEOUS 😍Highly recommend this complex!Thank you again Sommers and team for everything you’ve done this past year ☺️☺️Pictures of a 1bed 1bath layout (A) from move out(I forgot to take full pictures when I moved in, only of small things)

I have been living here for almost 1 week now and while my apartment had a few flaws when I moved in, the maintinence team here has been on top of it. almost as soon as I put a request in someone is here to fix it. the staff in the office has been some of the nicest and most welcoming I have dealt with in a long time. so far I am very satisfied with my experience here, and I will update throughout my lease.

I am really happy and satisfied with The maintenance team from MAA. Don Jose the #1 héroe from this apartment complex. A very respectful person, friendly and fast worker. He did an excellent job with the dishwasher after so many attempts he got a solution. The maintenance staff here are Rockstars. They are always polite and wave when I see them around the complex. Theyre professional and never seem annoyed or stressed. My maintenance requests always get handled either same day or next day and a note is left with a recap of what was done. One of them offered to put all overhead LED bulbs in my apartment one day while he was here to fix something completely unrelated. They absolutely go above and beyond. Sommers and Gianna were also very polite and helpful assisting me with changing garage units this week.

Nice area, Maintenance is fast and reliable. Very nice and fixed what needed to be fixed fast. The leasing agent, Tupou, was very helpful and kind while showing me the units and walking me through the process. Everyone here have been very helpful even after signing on (other places usually just want the contract and then ignore you after you sign the lease). It’s a nice gated community only downside is parking but that is just bc of construction otherwise the area is well kept and clean.

We’ve been living here for almost 5 years and this has been our best apartment experience. It’s a quiet neighborhood and the best part for us is their wonderful acceptance of our fur-children. Also the maintenance staff is wonderful and polite. I see and greet Jose every morning when I walk my dogs while he’s hard at work keeping the ground clean and orderly.

I’ve been a part of this wonderful apartment community for a few months now and I must say it has been a perfect experience. I woke up at 4 something this morning remembering a few things we needed attending to. I placed 4 different work orders for various things such as ac filter, light bulbs and we had an issue with our patio lock and the screen on our master bedroom window. Wayne came around 3pm this afternoon and took care of all of it. The maintenance team at this complex is, by far, the best I have ever dealt with. They deserve all of the praise! I tried to offer Wayne a glass of sweet tea, he declined, so we settled on a rice krispy treat instead. Bless you Wayne!

Love it here! From the moment I went for a tour a few months ago everything has been smooth sailing. By far it was the easiest move in process I have encountered. I was assisted by on the young ladies at the front office. Her name is Tupou. She has literally been an angel making sure I was satisfied. She checked all the boxes for what I was looking for in a new apartment and more. It’s a very quiet community. Family friendly and that’s what I love the most.

I had a virtual tour with one of the leasing agents Tupou. She toured me the entire property and shared detailed information about Maa and the property. The property is very beautiful. I love the fitness center! Which is what sold me aside from the apartment. The fitness center is 24 hrs and the equipment works great.

Jesus was FANTASTIC! He unfortunately had to come out on Thanksgiving when the burner on my stove decided to POP and blow the breaker. He came to fix it and save the day since I still had cooking to do. He got it back in working order and replaced the broken burner. Definitely something to be thankful for.

I’ve been here a week or so. My move in day was smooth. I’d like to thank everyone in the office. I don’t know everyone’s name but everyone in the office had a hand in making my move in smooth. I would like to thank Jesus and the young lady who came to take care of all the maintenance requests that I put in. One more thing there are so many friendly people who live here who don’t mind saying hello and make you feel apart of something great. I count it a blessing to have found this gem.lastly the grounds and buildings are well maintained.

Having previously worked for a company that completes renovations for MAA properties, I was already aware of their high standards, which is what made me consider this complex to begin with. But what I did not know, was how much I would absolutely LOVE living at Willow Creek.From the office staff (Ms. Rhonda is THE BEST), to the fellow tenants, the location itself, it has just been an overall awesome experience. The apartment layout and finishes made it seem more like a home than an apartment, and all of my neighbors were great. (Not even 1 porch pirate incident was rumored in my year of being here LOL) There is plenty of outside spaces for my doggy to explore and I love the addition of the dog wash podium at the dog park!! The lawn/property is kept clean and they are always finding ways to upgrade the property and make it even better. Sidenote, if you can get an apartment that overlooks the creek, you will not regret it! There are 2 pools, one that is full of bright sunshine if you like to layout, and another that is more shady and great for a BBQ or a poolside book. The office also often has events going on that tenants are invited to! Maintenance was timely, responsive, kind and courteous, and would honor requests when needed such as a courtesy call prior to entry so I could have my pup secured. (Thank you Wayne!) I could really go on, but hopefully you get the point.... :)Unfortunately with all of these great things being said, I have to move this summer to a different area and I am already heartbroken about leaving! If for any reason I find myself living in this area again, MAA Willow Creek would be the first place I go to!Thank you MAA Willow Creek

The location and the apartment complex itself is GORGEOUS.Sommers is an absolute sweetheart and made looking for the right apartment along with move in so effortless. She was also very informative about any changes and what to expect in the upcoming days for move in. At the time I came in to tour the place, she was training Tiffany who as well is an absolute sweetheart and was helping out with the million questions I had to the best of her ability with being new.The whole front office staff is just so nice and polite.I’ve only been living here for 5 days and it’s going great so far! Only down side is that it’s limited parking for if you don’t want to add a carport spot to your rent.Still recommend nonetheless!

The question is would i refer someone to MaaAnswer only to my friends i like.Even with the small hiccups the staff is wonderful and everyone is friendly I like the fact that sommers listened to my needs Rhonda and dave helped me not have heart attack With my move I hate moving and i like jades chipper smile. I made a choose to move a little further from where i work and i dont mind the extra minutes to come to a quiet environment and the parking is pretty good also.

I have lived here over 4 years, and I could not be happier with the apartments and staff. The property is beautiful and quiet, and neighbors are pleasant and respectful. Office staff is always wonderful. Maintenance staff is the most expedient and efficient crew I have ever dealt with. They are quick to respond and get the job done right. Is parking a problem? Only if you are not willing to pay for your own space. Covered parking is only $35 a month, $1.15 a day for your own spot, and you never have to worry about finding a place to park. The complaints about parking on here are, in my opinion, not warranted since you are offered reserved parking with your lease, and if you choose to take your chances, you really shouldnt complain. I have had only a handful of issues while living here and they all have been addressed promptly and professionally. I would highly recommend this property.

I love living here. The team that works here has worked so hard over the last couple of weeks on the gates and the doors. The grounds always look amazing. The office staff is so nice. It’s very quiet. I have lived here for 2 months and have not had any problems with parking. My mother in law has lived here since March and she hasn’t had any problems with parking either. I know there are some bad reviews on here but seriously it is a great place to live.

Great apartments and the best I have ever lived in! I love the layout of our apartment and the office staff are always friendly and helpful! Maintenance has been great and prompt as well. The only notes that I would add is that I would like to see the free parking availability expanded and I wish that there were options to recycle as it is inconvenient having to drive to the recycling center in Fort Worth.

This apartment complex is beautiful! The move in process was very easy. The staff was very helpful and friendly when inquiring. But unfortunately after signing the lease, my emails and calls weren’t returned as frequently. But none the less the staff was great. Upon entering my home, I noticed dead roaches in the kitchen. My apartment was not thoroughly cleaned before moving in. I also noticed some areas of debris in the washing machine area and bathroom. I’m guessing the apartments are turned around quickly so the cleaning company that’s being used, isn’t paying much attention to detail. But hey, coming from Northern Virginia where my rent was 1600, this apartment complex is wonderful. By the way! The area is GREAT! Quiet and filled with so many restaurants and shopping opportunities! It’s the perfect area to live in!

I give them five stars, only because 6 wasn’t an option.I’ve been here, 4 years now. the office staff, couldn’t be friendlier, customer service is Top Notch,They have a large Maintenance team And they guys are All great, (I’m not sure they ever leave though I see the golf carts day and night). I had ac problems, and the gentleman ‘Jesus was here promptly, determined the problem, Stayed Working on a solution, To get me through til the next day, They then replaced the unit.Beautiful units, high ceilings, crown molding, stainless appliances, a sense of community, and I have the absolute best neighbors ever. The grounds always look great, the residents are all friendly, you make friends at the pool, the parking lot, even the mail room. I shopped around. All over Bedford, Hurst, Euless, NRH.Truth is, I couldn’t be happier that I chose this place.Price point is very fair, and it’s a place I feel my kids are safe. Thank you, MAA Willow Creek, and Thank you, Eric and MAA Maintenance team. You guys are Rock Stars.Nick, and Family

They make putting in a request easy by going online. My neighbors are friendly. The insulation has to be great. I have lived places where you can hear everything in the apartments you are connected toNOT HERE! My place is so peaceful and homelike.

I had the most positive experience with the leasing office on 06/22 when I stopped by to get some information and look at floor plans and pricing. I was helped by Gianna Decker and she went above and beyond on showing me the property, floor plans, etc. She also provided me information on 2 of the MAA sister properties that I was also interested in. Gianna took the time to look in the system to see what they had available for my move in time frame with floor plans and pricing and printed out that information for me prior to me driving there so that I was prepared with their information as well. She truly took the time to listen and go above and provided exceptional customer service.

Chelsea has been the absolute best! She made it so much easier for our transition moving from out of state. Her communication was on point and she got in everything we needed to do in no time. I also loved how we had our names on a board when we arrived that said welcome in the front office. So far they have been great. Talking to Chelsea is like talking to a friend or family because she makes it seem like you’re family. Absolutely love her!

I have lived at this property for 2.5-3 years and absolutely LOVE the location. The tenants in my building really do look out for one another and the property stays clean and clear of trash and clutter. They are not cheap but worth every penny it cost to call this place home. The office staff and their team of folks are nice and does what it takes to assist all of us and keeping our homes in order. Inside and out. We love our apartment. Chelsea was great! We moved from Denver, Co and had no idea how the city or apartment looked. We literally moved blindly. Chelsea eased the burden of our move by providing everything that we needed and when we needed it by. She was very communicative throughout the whole process. Our first weekend in the apartment, we grilled and she came out to talk with our family for a little while.Our apartment unit is great. Weve had a few minor issues, but maintenance came and fixed those within a reasonable time. These are not the fanciest apartments, but it is the best apartment community we have been a part of. :)

Katie and Ronda helped me through my move in process. They were both very helpful and knowledgeable. They have also been very patient with me and all of my questions! All in all, everything is going well.. I gave 4 stars because once I moved in, some items were not changed as they should have been when a new tenant moves in. I have been in my apartment for a little over a week now. I love my apartment. It is spacious and the layout is awesome. I am on the 3rd floor. My apartment is not super hot and it’s mid summer right now. I think I made a great choice. Thank you ladies!

Turn around for maintenance has always been same day. Ive lived here almost two years and have had several maintenance requests. I cant imagine that I could be happier in another apartment setting. I just signed for a third year.

Lived here nearly 12 years. Rhonda and her maintenance team are always 5 star !!! The grounds are always well cared for. They have done it again. Jesus and Jose of the maintenance team found my electrical problem of tripping breakers and fixed it the first time around!!!!

I have lived here just over two years and any maintenance issues have been resolved quickly and satisfactorily. Parking can be a challenge, but it is simple math, so if you like or must come home late often, then you should pay for a reserved parking space. I lived on 1st floor and never had issues with bugs or vandalism. I have either stopped by the office to talk with them or submitted work orders online and was always immediately dealt with...this complex does cater to the paperless technology for paying your rent, requesting work orders, and communicating. I have had a great experience at the Colonial Village at Willow Creek. Met a lot of great people, enjoyed the pool in my location, and have no complaints about my neighbors that I have had living around me. I have lived in several houses and apartments and this complex and the staff have been responsive and pleasant to deal with during my stay.

Staff has always been friendly and helpful. Anytime I needed maintenance they were always on the request the same or next day. They are the best! I love the pool and great landscaping around apartment complex. Sometimes the grill may not be clean all the time, but mostly due to some residents not cleaning after themselves. As far as location, the apartment is in the center everything!! Minutes from DFW airport, shopping centers, movie theaters, grocery stores, post office, police station and fire department.

No roach issues (some spiders but dont mind). Rent is pricey, but Im happy to pay for it. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder but I really think this place is a gem. Sure its on the Freeway (dont mind) the pool doesnt have much seating area, gym is small but nice. The creek is cute, I love the little forest, I hope they dont remove anymore trees its so nice to wake up to bird songs, to cicadas, to crickets(I do have to disclose its located by a police/fire station so sirens are heard just about everyday but I choose to not let that bother me). The maintenance men here are friendly, not super engaging (understandably) but exceptional service.Be on time with everything they almost forced me to pay insurance when I had given them my renewal 3 days after my renewal date and 2 weeks before rent. Parking used to be better, I much preferred the park anywhere uncovered, but the limited visitor spots are inconvenient.Property manager Rhonda knows common sense and always provides me above an above and beyond service. I complained that the garages only came with one remote that I have to keep track of it basically everyday(for those whose garage isnt attached to their home, also the remotes have zero key chain utility and are large as hell), and when I complained how absurd it was at the front office she personally called me back and apologized and gave me advice that after speaking with her maintenance men they can program any remote so I can buy any kind of chamberlain universal remotes and they would sync it for me. You can say thats not the answer I wanted, but it was a creative solution she could offer which is far more meaningful. Also waived the renters fee.I honestly feel like I hit the jackpot here. Most complexes have stingy management, but they had their pool open pretty much during covid maybe closed for like 4months. But its amazing, you can go to the pool dawn to dusk, Ive gone to the pool from 9am to 11am and have the pool all to myself. The different level of pools is nice, children really enjoy it too.Sorry for the novel but after looking for apartments I just cant not express my gratitude and appreciation of this place! Its rated 3 out of 5 stars which is extremely hard to believe. Thank you colonial-village-at-willow-creek!

Overall, this apartment is pleasant to live in. The parking issue isn’t really an issue. In my opinion, you have to pay for what you want. If you want the convenience of your own spot, pay for a spot. If you want to take a chance there may not be parking, then it is what it is. Maintenance is quick and I’m always called after the fact to make sure everything went well. The people in the front office have been nice. Close to the highway which is very nice since I work in Dallas. My girlfriend also enjoys the apartment. LOVE this community! It’s well-kept and convenient to anything you may need. My apartment was clean, freshly painted and new carpet and vinyl. The community is pet-friendly and I have a garage for my car. The ladies in the office are wonderful and very helpful. Would not want to be anywhere else!

Ive lived here about 3 years now and there is just no reason to move anywhere else apartment wise. While there are cheaper alternatives in the area.. you get so much for your money at CV. All of your bills are bundled into your rent at the end of the month. You never have to worry about paying a seperate internet bill because its included in the media package part of your rent. They best part about that is they have someone who works for Spectrum living ON site, so in 3 years time I have NEVER had the internet go down for some extended period of time.I have to mention how great the grounds are kept.. I dont know what kind of miracle pesticide they are spraying to kill bugs or rodents whatever.. But I have never seen so much as a small spider in my apartment, in 3 years time.. And this was only on one occasion..Truly remarkable. You would be hard pressed to go to any other apartment complex and have such protection from all manner of rodents and bugs..Theres many other positives I could list, but one great thing I want to mention before ending this. The Staff. The Office staff are seriously fast at responding to any questions or concerns you might have.. and the grounds are well kept, the porters /landscapers do an awesome job.You would be blown away with how excellent the maintenance staff does their jobs as well.. I have never had an issue that they didnt come out and resolve the next day.. completely replacing my blinds on the sliding glass door, just because the chain was malfunctioning.I want to point out that during the recent Snowstorm in North texas, we never went without power, or heating.. and water has never come in short supply. This place has really taken care of me, I would recommend it for sure.

Im moving across the states for a promotion at work and they have been so kind and warm with answering all of my questions. I hope to call this place home soon! 💜

I moved in here a month ago and I really do love the place but I just think the price is a bit high for basic amenities. Leasing Consultant Chelsea was really nice and worked with me .I just think its a bit pricey in the sense that my unit does not even come with a washer and dryer and Im paying around $1404 for a 1 bedroom apart .

I was apartment hunting for what felt like 10 years, when I called up Colonial Village in Bedford. They were able to show me several apartments that same day. Madison in the office was amazing!! Everything felt safe and clean. Also, all the apartments have what’s called garden tubs. I didn’t know I needed a garden tub, but now I will never go without one. Definitely check them out! They will be happy to help you and help you find what you need!

Moved in 3rd week of October 2018. Staff very professional and knowledgeable. Community - quiet, apartment clean and well maintained. Submitting ticket for any issues - easy online and addressed w/in 24-48 hours with knowledgeable team.I see reviews griping about parking. Heres an idea, pay the $35 fee for covered parking!! Dont gripe about something you choose not to pay for the better option. Parking is one of the first things I inquired about because I didnt want friends or fam getting towed when they visited. Any parking spot, not covered is available to whomever and theres plenty, unless its super late, after 11 p.m. , which is expected, people are settling in for the night.Its apartment living - they dont micromanage, generally quiet and beautiful property. Very happy!

March of 2020 will be four years that I have lived at Colonial Village. It is said the average person will move from one apartment to another every two years. Maybe I’m old and lazy, maybe I’m spoiled. I don’t see myself going anywhere anytime soon.The complex is refurbishing all the apartments as people move out. New cabinets, ceiling fans, etc. I have been blessed with a first floor unit with an attached garage that goes into my unit. I guess I have become very low maintainence in my old age, because I don’t really need or ask for half the amenities I get living here.I like that they come and pick up my trash. I like that the maintainence crew tries to address issues the same day the requests are filled out. Sure, sometimes they forget to let you know they are coming, but they are busy and trying to get residents satisfied. Small price to pay in my opinion.

Weve been living here going on three years. Only issue weve had is the parking, but thats with any complex in my opinion. Office staff is very friendly and the rate of the rent is fairly priced for the area. Nice gym, pool, and upkeep of the property. I would definitely recommended this complex!

I have lived here for almost 8 months now and I have never had an issue. Maintenance is great at responding to requests and the staff handled the covid19 situation very professionally. Friendly neighbors, but - PARKING IS HORRENDOUS. If you get here after 6 there wont be anything available. We have to park at the front of the complex to the back with my 10 month old and everything in hand. Recommend that you get a carport - but even then thats an additional 70-80 bucks. There are garages but most of them are taken. I love my view from my patio/balcony but there is an issue with people not picking up dog feces. The actual apartment is spacious enough, we have a 1200 sq ft and love the jack and jill layout. The dinning room situation sucks - honestly. The dining room is next to the living room with carpet - were forced to put our dining table in the kitchen area, which leaves very little space. When it comes to the bill - we are charged a fee by the city of Bedford than the actual cost of the utility. So there is an additional $130ish in trash/water/additional fees. All that set aside - we are generally happy with our choice.

Wish we had never left. Had a first floor three bedroom apartment two years ago. The only reason why we left is because rent went up far too much for us to afford. Yes, there was issues with parking-especially on the weekends. We spent the extra bucks on covered parking and was worth it. Never had a problem with bugs as they sprayed a lot. Never had a problem with neighbors and Bedford PD drives patrols through the parking lot. Its pricey, true, but you get what you pay for.

I want to start off by saying that I love these apartments, the floor plans are amazing, the people who work here are great, and the maintenance always gets done quickly. The problem is the parking and the non optional fees. I am a two year resident here and I can not express enough how frustrating the parking is. Phase 2 does not have enough spaces for its residents and the overflow spills into phase 3. They have the option of covered($35/m) and garaged($85/m) parking, however, you have to be on the wait list before you are assigned one because they are usually full. I have attached my statement with the fee amounts for you to look at. Everything that is highlighted is not optional. The one that gets me the most is the trash. It is not optional and almost $40 a month! I visited a complex that uses the same company for services and the residents only pay $25 a month. I would prefer not to pay for valet trash pick up and just walk my happy butt to the dumpster(which is not far by the way) but if I do have to then at least give me a reasonable price. I thought maybe it was a company that picked up the trash and took it to be recycled or something but no it is a couple of guys in a pick up who throw the trash in the bed of their truck and then toss it in our own dumpster! Also, the cable is irritating because they use spectrum which offers a bundle discount for tv and internet but you cant qualify for the discount because the cable is through a group account with the complex. So we have to pay a higher price for internet and pay for cable that we rarely use. As frustrating as these things are sometimes I love my apartment, I take the good with the bad, and I look forward to a day when the fees are more resident friendly. Thanks for reading!
