    From the apartment tour to moving in, the staff have been so helpful and kind! Cody gave my family and I a tour and we loved the apartment complex! He answered all of our questions and made sure the move-in process went smoothly! Kim and Nick have also been so welcoming; with all things considered this was the best option out of the five places my family visited! :D

    I stopped by to inquire about an apartment and was greeted by Cody he was very helpful with explaining the process step by step even did a tour around the apartment complex showing the amenities and the apartment unit. I was honestly sold after leaving the parking lot and went home to apply for the apartment. I Can’t thank Cody enough for everything he is so polite and has awesome customer service. I recommend anyone looking for an apartment to stop by MAA Westover hills and ask for Cody! :)

    I toured this residence with Cody and he was very sweet and was able to show me around different floor plans I was interested in. Cody also gave me some really good suggestions of nearby restaurants and grocery stores. The environment here seems very friendly, especially within the office. There are a lot of amenities and the area has a lot to offer. I will definitely be considering living here soon.

    I spent nearly a year at this apartment. I only left due to military obligations but I really enjoyed my apartment. Very spacious and I loved the built in desk. I am military as a senior airman and I do wanna say it’s close to the base and definitely within BAH rates. Aside from that the management/ leasing team were amazing to work with. My leasing agent Nick was phenomenal from start to end but the other ladies in the office were also great. Maintenance was always quick with tickets once I submitted a ticket at 4:30 and the maintenance guy came at 5. They were always very kind and i definitely had some hardships while I was there and the team was very accommodating. I left very abruptly due to a deployment and they relieved a lot of my stress simply for their kindness and flexibility. At a very hard time in my life I’m really grateful to have had this place to call home.

    My mom and I are looking for a place to stay while I finish college and we landed ourselves at this place. Though we haven’t moved in just yet, Cody did a phenomenal job showing us the property, elaborating on the utilities they have there, and has a good sense of humor. The apartment looked adorable and suitable for the 2 of us.

    The property is great with birds and the very seldom dears you come across. Maintance is great for our place. Michael has gone above and beyond to help us out, even when I had to rush out to work. Issue was fixed real quick. On that note, my only observation is the blatant disrespect some neighbors have with their animal droppings. This is not the properties responsibility and they provide a few stations with bags. Besides thatvthe gym is great, more than enough to get your pump and cardio on. Its been to cold to try out the pool yet we look forward to it nonetheless; the fountain sounds great and the pool area is very nice.

    Had a great experience moving here with the help of Cody. He was very clear and quick with what needed to be done. Even on his day off he coordinated my move in with Nick so that I had all my paperwork. They both were so helpful and kind.

    After weeks of searching I came across MAA Westover’s amazing reviews. I had to check out the complex. I walked in the office and was greeted by Kim whom let me tell you is the nicest welcoming agent. She took me on a tour and answered all my questions. I was convinced, MAA Westover would be my next home. After a week of living at the complex, it’s so nice to wake up to the view of trees outside my bedroom window, dinning, living room, and patio, but more so peace in quiet. I did come across tiny cosmetic issues that was taken care of so fast by the nicest maintenance gentleman. Thank you so much. I work from home and do not get disturbed by any noise. I love the built in office by the way. That has been a plus for me. No issues with parking, another plus. Let’s just say it’s been a great week. Cheers to a great 2024 and 2025 at MAA Westover. Highly recommend speaking to Kim. She will make your experience welcoming. Thank you so much again Kim… 🎉

    This will be our third apartment in SA and Ill say this one has been the best overall experience. Nick took care of us and answered all our questions. After the move in he helped make sure our clickers for the gate and garage were working and did an excellent job of accommodating our needs for this apartment. The apartments themselves are great and we have no complaints. They are a little older but nothing that should push you away. Thank you nick we appreciate all your hard work and efforts.

    My boyfriend was looking for a new apartment and we came to tour this place, Kim was so sweet and helpful to answer our questions. She gave an amazing tour! We love this place it is elegant, clean, and bright at night. Honestly best staff service we’ve had just coming in to tour the complex. My boyfriend did end up leasing here and Kim has been super helpful since day one. Maintenance is also fast to fix any problems you have. Highly recommend living here and shout out to Kim, she’s the best!!

    This is a great place!!! The Ladies in the Leasing Office were wonderful!     KIM is the BEST. From the first day I meet her to view the apartment up until the move in day she has been nothing but amazing and helpful.     One of my best experiences I have had when living in an apartment. The leasing office personal were always welcoming and will to assist with anything I needed. They all knew me by first name, which I thought was great. I will absolutely recommend this property to any of my friends looking for a wonderful place to live.

    We have lived here for a while now and we do not have any major issues besides the normal lease increases that may come up every year. The maintenance team is always friendly and helpful. The management team is responsive and helpful too. They recently changed the exterior lights to LCDs and this really lighted up the community. One improvement that would make our unit more presentable is to power wash the breezeways and stairs more often, now with the brighter lights stains, webs, etc are more noticeable.

    An absolutely beautiful place to live in, with an environment where you can enjoy a thought if you are ever by the pool or main office. It offers a place to recharge from a stressful day. The reason this review received a 5 star review is because of the wonderful Mrs. Kim who always goes above and beyond. Her care for her people makes you feel at your forever home and would recommend anyone to go to her for the best service available.

Beautiful apartments complex @ Stone Ranch 151 love it,…My best experience with Ryah and Kim is very pleasant both incredible…maintenance Is amazing and Mike is doing a great job,…Suggestion please send flyers owners or pets dogs do not left pooping everywhere… and they are many bees , yellow jackets last summer so pls needs removing net wax around ( I am too allergic about that) thank u

    We loved living here! The amenities were always clean! The front office staff and maintenance were always so friendly and nice! The entire complex is always kept up with and the landscaping is so beautiful! It’s very quiet here which we loved considering we were so close to the highway!     I love living here. I am a long term resident and have had zero problems this entire time. The property is always beautiful and upkept. The spa-like pool is always a pleaser. The maintenance team is very quick to respond and the office personnel are always lovely!     This is my second year at Stone Ranch and this is a great place to live. This place is awesome and its location is perfect . I recently upgraded to a bigger apartment and it is what i was looking for .     I am soon going to complete my first month of staying at stone ranch, The experience of staying here is gratifying. Right from day one meeting with leasing office and meeting leasing associates and completing moving formalities to making any maintenance request is a very streamlined process. The Leasing associate Kim and Kendra were very helpful and addressed my queries well. The maintenance person Mike is very kind the quality of work done by him is also good. The maintenance support team for issues in midnight helped me a lot by fixing my thermostat issue in summer. Overall, its a nice experience staying at Stone Ranch.

    My experience in MAA Westover hills was outstanding one of the best apartment complex I have live in, the only reason I’m moving for work related reason. But the staff in the office was amazing, extremely helpful. It didn’t matter who I talk to or what I need help with they were always to resolve what ever issues I maid had, the clerk I talk to was Rayah, she was the one that help me with the application for the lease and she is also the one that help me with the transfer of apartment complex. The ppl in these office have gone above and beyond in there jobs.As far as the complex and units themselves it’s keep clean at all times landscape was always done plenty of space to park, the units are well maintained and furnished with all new appliances. Really comfortable to live in . Maintenance request were alway handle the same.rent is really affordable for the location and all of what the place has to offer. Overall excellent place to live in definitely recommend 10/10 .

    I have been here for 5 months and it is a wonderful place to live. The staff is very welcoming and will go out of their way sometimes to assist you. The residents so far I have encountered are nice and to themselves. Very quiet mostly, I like that and sometimes you hear people having a good time and I enjoy that also. The staff really helped me get here and settled in and I am grateful to have come across this complex. Very beautiful landscape and pool area, well kept, some ppl need to pick up their trash and dog poop in their area so the maintenance people are not having to do it, other than that this is a very safe place so far to live

    The staff is really amazing, fast to answer and take care of any issues. It’s really quiet, the apartment is spacious, and the keyless entry is awesome. Especially if you have kids that ride the bus. No chance of them losing the key! The only down side to living here so far that I’ve experienced is that we had a car and a motorcycle stolen from the parking lot. I would definitely suggest multiple garages if you have multiple vehicles, even though it’s pricey. I’m sure that could happen anywhere but that’s the only issue we’ve run into since we’ve been here for a year and a half.

We looked at other communities but ended up choosing this one because of how we were treated by her and everyone else in the leasing office.     From start to finish, my visit with the leasing team has been exceptional. Mrs Espinoza found the right apartment and move in date with some needed requests. Nick, closed the loop on everything, and was very understanding to my requests. Location was a key and availability of a garage. Plus all the added amenities Stone Ranch has to offer.

    I have lived at these apartments for 2 years and have actually decided to transfer units within the community after look at other apartment complex’s. The maintenance team here is great, every single time I’ve had an issue with my appliances for the apartment, the maintenance team always took care of it within 2-3 days even replaced my hot water heater within 3 days. The office staff is amazing and friendly. After putting in my 60 day notice to move, Kendra (assistant office manager) reached out to me asking my reason why for wanting to move. After talking with her about possible upgrade from a 1/1, I followed up with Rayah to go ahead and upgrade. Rayah was super help during the Application process and friendly. The office staff has changed since I first moved in, but everyone has still been super helpful and friendly every time I had to contact the front office for something.

    Just moved in about a week ago and loving it! Nice clean complex that’s constantly maintained there was a huge storm first week I was here with fallen trees and debris everywhere even chairs fallen in the pool and everything was cleaned up by noon the next day! Staff is very friendly and welcoming too. Definitely an upgrade from my previous apartment I actually want to have guest over it’s so nice :)

    This is by far the best apartment complex i have lived in. The staff at leasing office are very nice. The maintenance are very up to part, any maintenance issues are fixed with in 1-2 days. The apartment complex is very well maintained. Vehicle parking is not a very big issue due to alot of spaces available. I recommend.

    Well first of all i locked myself out of system and had to get help. i met everyone in the office and found the personalities, just clicked and worked well together. Rayna , Cody, Kim, Amy and Bettie were all fantastic. I even had a work order that was taken care of seems like in minutes - there i met John and the Michael. the move its self was hard but they made it worth while. The apartment was clean except base board at top and ceiling fan top . i would do all over again. I would highly recommend Stone Ranch as a new home to lease. They have long lease terms , maintence is great , clean and astatically wonderful . thank you for a great team working together as one unit.... I am blessed....

    I was so very sad to have to move from these lovely apartments they were always very quick to fix or address any concerns that I had. I had a really lovely apartment over looking the golf course and I loved it. I lived there for 3 years I had good neighbors. Very clean and modern looking apartment. Good location and I felt safe. Would return if I needed to live on that side if town. I moved to be closer to work.

    A New HomeMoving into my first apartment was very nerve-racking to start. Going from apartment to apartment and looking at different amenities and writing down figures. Soon as I got this apartment I fell in love and I knew I was where I needed to be. With every amenity I need, with friendly staff always willing to hear problems I had or requests, was beautiful apartments. What more could I want?Mr. Cody and Ms Ray along with their colleagues at the front The paperwork was easy and every worry I had was answered. I have lived here for a few months now and have enjoyed every moment. There is constant maintenance going on making sure that everything from landscaping to parking lot paving is well taken care of. I have put in work orders which have been answered and completed and under 72 hours. I hope this continues and that I have many more happy days at the stone ranch.

    I have lived here for about two years. The first year we had some issues with late night noise at the pool but the management has since gone with a new security company and havent had any issues since! The apartments here are all very nice. Ive seen a couple as I also have friends who live here. The leasing office here has some of the most helpful staff and if I cant speak to someone when I call, they ALWAYS call me back in a timely manner. The maintenance team here is awesome! If they cant take care of my maintenance issue same day its usually the next day. Parking around some buildings can be limited but from what Ive seen thats the norm around San Antonio but they have reasonably priced garages and car ports. The dog park is very nice and well kept, as is all the landscaping here. All in all I would recommend living here.

    What a place to call home! Ive been a resident now for about 7 months and not only has it been a good experience, but a great one. Sure the gates stop working every once in a while, but those are repaired quite fast until someone hits them again. They also put up a fair share amount of social events and host food trucks occasionally once or twice a month. The apartments are in quite great condition and the kitchen cabinet height is no joke as I had to get a stool. The complex kept neat and tidy and the pool is absolutely stunning. The maintenance team are extremely quick to respond to repair requests, huge props to them! Ive submitted four and they were all resolved next day. One of them was a leaky sink faucet which I was able to identify due to the new smart sensors that were installed, while a little noisy at first, drying them off and moving their location made them hush.Now the management team on the other hand..... Theyre an extremely wonderful group of people. They go above and beyond when it comes to their duties (especially over the phone, Ive witnessed it first hand by Rahya).Rayah has one of the biggest smiles and is sure to make your leasing experience a joyful one. She even by some miracle remembers your name and which apartment youve leased.Cody was my leasing agent and he was extremely understanding, supportive, and thorough when it came to helping me get my lease set up over the phone as Im military and was relocating to the SATX area.Amy is extremely knowledgeable about the area and was able to make multiple suggestions about mechanics, grocery stores, and other local areas, she was also extremely understanding when it came to some rent hiccups I was having due to external issues and helped make the worrisome process much easier to handle.Kim is the newest member to the team and while she may be learning, she is extremely sharp and picks things up quite fast which is helpful when it comes to some of the busier days the team has.The property manager Betty while less visible, does a lot of work behind the scenes. She coordinated the recent blacktop repairs at the Complex which helped to fix a lot of the potholes. Throughout the entire process, she was extremely communicative with the entire complex, sending out not just one notification, but 9 of them, notifying us a weekend in advance and throughout the week so as to make sure nobody was inconvenienced waking up to a surprise tow truck. She also keeps the gym in a great condition when the parts arent stuck on back order.Each of the members are an absolute joy to socialize with at the social events that they host as well and make living at the complex so much better.

    The office team (Kendra, Betty, Kim, Ray, and Nick) is always willing to help. The maintenance team always knocks out work orders quickly. The pool and gym are the top amenities that brought me in!

    Amazing apartments, peaceful, quite, and beautiful. I really enjoy living here. One of the main things I enjoy is maintenance turn around point. I had door issue once and next day it was fixed, a bulb went out and by next day it was fixed. I am greatful that maintenance is respectful and kind. I want to give mike a big thanks about always being professional and responsive with following back up with maintenance request. Great maintenance team!

    I just want to say what an Amazing place to move into!!! First time looking at apartments and had plenty of questions, the young lady, Rayan was really patient and helpful through out the tour. Great customer hospitality, I really felt like she enjoys her job and would like living somewhere where the staff are great to their tenants and care about them.     I have been living here for going on almost 2 years! Great place! The accommodations are great! Amazing pool area, gym and business center. Parking is for the most part okay like any other place.     I absolutely loved living here. Parking really wasn’t that much of an issue but they have good pricing on garages and covered parking to help with that if it’s an issue for you. Close to Highway 151, to sea world, etc !

    Were the people that pay our bills on time and whom are polite and courteous always. That being said, the apartment quality was on par with the price. The staff were always friendly and professional. We had zero problems getting our deposit back. We handled our business and Stone Ranch handled theirs accordingly. The only thing I noticed in our 2 years in this community was that the quality of individual they were allowing to rent was gradually decreasing. However, with the demographic and slew of new apartments popping up around the area, this is completely understandable.

    I lived there 3 years and just moved out due to the increase of rent at my renewal. Here is my outlook of living here.Maineteance was always quick, professional and clean when I had to call them. I never had issues with bugs except occasional silver fish and spider here and there but as a tenant I also took advantage of having them spray inside my apt every 2 months. The issue I had were neighbors not picking up after their pet or leaving their dog alone All day/night leaving them barking constantly at all hours. When I addressed my concerns the dog poop was picked up but the dog barking continued. The gates did breakdown where they had to leave them open and I agree they need to be quicker when repairing them or replace them. Also, I think management should be there at tenant/community events and not just the front leasing staff. Overall I did enjoy living here and would recommend.

    I have lived here for 2 years.. and I love it. I love the staff and the maintenance they are quick to respond and I have never had issues. I am very sad that i may have to move soon :( because I need more space and the rate here may not be within range. But never had an issue with pest or maintenance that wasnt addressed within 48 hours , love the gated access and requirement of access to all amenities. They keep it nice and clean and I have loved my time here. Hopefully I can get a good deal on a 2 bedroom and I can continue my experience.
